Great gluten free restaurant. Only one item was not gluten free but it is prepared separately. The food was amazing. Everything we tried was excellent.

This was such great pizza and pretty rare to find a thicker crust that’s gluten free! I’m a highly sensitive celiac and this place made me feel so safe and the servers were super knowledgeable about safe foods and cross contamination! We’ll definitely be back here. My gluten eating friends loved their pizzas as well!

Can't get anyone to answer the phone to place an order and inquire about their gluten free menu. Was hoping to place a large group order, but...screw me, right?
Post reply: yeah, uhm...your voice mail box is full. My friend went in there to place our order. You guys had four tables. The hostess denied many calls in front of him. Y'all weren't busy and no options to leave a message. Everyone liked the food, though.
Casual vibes and a diverse menu make this spot a hit, offering hearty portions and a great experience after a day of exploring.

Was so nice to meet Jordan and had lots in common to talk about. She was friendly, genuine, and made us feel comfortable and so welcomed. The overall atmosphere was lively and food was perfect after a long day of hiking. I cam twice for the Brussel sprouts that were the crispiest I ever had and the vegetarian ban mi on gluten free bread.

We had a great experience. Gluten free options. (The gluten free bun did not fall apart.) I had the Chipotle sandwich, my husband had the cheeseburger. Both were delicious. Service was great. Our server was friendly and fun to joke with, but did not hover. Good atmosphere. Definitely a 10.

Wasn’t super impressed. Came for breakfast, my boyfriend and I both got the breakfast crepe, mine was gluten free. The crepes themselves, both regular and gf, weren’t super flavorful, and the ingredients inside didn’t integrate to create anything special. Hollandaise was a good move, but they just provided a random, undressed side of mixed greens on the side of the plate which mixed with the holly, and besides the crepe, that was it.
Service was sweet, place was busy, and food came out fast.
Couldn’t seem to find wifi which may have been on us, but worth mentioning.
All in all, we weren’t super impressed, but didn’t necessarily have the worst time.
Chill vibes with live music, a creative seasonal menu, and a generous variety of drinks make this spot great for a night out with friends.

With over 300 beers and a great food menu, this place is phenomenal. Throw in wine and mixed drinks as well plus gluten free options. My group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed both types of wings - dry and wet. We had a variety of their pizzas and they did not dissapoint. The crust was light and crispy and the three pies we ordered were each as good as the other. A solo singer guitar player added to the ambiance. A great meal after a full day in the slopes.
With a fantastic two-story patio boasting great views, this spot is perfect for gathering with friends and enjoying a laid-back atmosphere.

We love Sonora! My husband and I have been here many times. The food is great quality for a great price. I have celiac disease and the servers have always been very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination in the kitchen. I have gotten many different items but my favorite is the cochinita pibil. My husband loves the chili verde burrito. But you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

We hadn’t visited Red Robin for years because of distance from our home. We weren’t sure how it would taste, but were happy to have a great meal and bottomless steak fries. Also, because of gluten sensitivity, they prepared my burger- lettuce wrap style. Delicious. Great food, great service.

Spaghetti Factory has been hosting parties, reunions, and prom dates for over 50 years. The food is good, the service is great, and it's a noisy, busy place. My gluten free pasta with meat sauce and sausage was pretty good, and my wife enjoyed her shrimp pasta dish. Our salads were fresh and light, and our server kept our drinks full. Some things never change, and in this case that's a good thing!

12/10 stars for this place!! I was SOOOO surprised by everything here. We went for weekend brunch and I was shocked to hear there was a short 20 min wait when we arrived around 10:45 AM. So if you want to come here, make reservations if you can, the day before at the latest. Around 11:30, I heard the wait was 45 minutes. Prices here were fantastic and the flavour profiles for the dishes were top notch. Great coffee options, tea options, and plenty to choose from! They have a cafe on the left where you order at the counter, with pastries, coffee/tea, and food options. To the right, they have weekend brunch. The menus are different, but similar.
Best of all- So many gluten free options! And vegan options!
We ordered their breakfast bowl, the regular breakfast (forget the name, eggs, bacon/sausage, sweet potato smash, toast), and the parfait. I also got the gluten free cinnamon sandwich cookies and the chocolate chip cookies. Oh my gawd. Both of these! The cinnamon cookie was delicious, even for anyone who is not gluten free. The choc chip cookie was huge and DIVINE.
I wish I lived closer so I could come here DAILY. It's that good.
Do your mouth a favour and come here.
And, you're welcome. 🫰

Highly recommended. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is super friendly, the selection of dishes is good (even a lot of it is gluten-free) and the food was delicious. We had tuna and chicken. The only point of criticism: the tuna dish with risotto was cold to lukewarm.

Nacho Daddy in SLC is a must-visit for nacho lovers! This hip and vibrant spot delivers gourmet nachos that truly satisfy. I took a friend visiting from California for lunch, and it did not disappoint. Though it started as a Las Vegas franchise, this place elevates nachos to the next level.
We kicked things off with the Triple Dip appetizer—guacamole, salsa, and queso—all absolutely delicious. Then, we shared the exotic Lobster & Crab Nachos, which were phenomenal. The best part? They offer plenty of gluten-free options! To top it all off, we indulged in their Churro Sundae.
If you’re craving gourmet nachos, this spot is a must-try!

This place deserves a crown! I wrote in our reservation notes that we had some gluten precautions for celiacs and when we arrived they had a GF menu. It had 70% of the regular menu on it. Food was excellent. We loved the filet mignon, Cobb salad, chicken clackers, orange chicken, sea bass, and crème brûlée. The only let down was the raclette and we ordered a GF and a regular one and they were both bad. Our waitress was very casual about the GF orders. I am not sure if that was because she was so familiar with precautions or if so many things were naturally gluten free. She wrote it on the order and we figured the chef prepares the food so it would be fine. We had a great experience. It is expensive. Also there is an online menu that will help you see GF options before you go as well.

Very cool little spot in the Art Village. Nice decor, friendly and efficient service, and a delicious salad. A salad was one of only three choices on the menu as someone with a gluten allergy. They need more GF options; get GF buns and you open up most of your sandwiches and burgers! It's an easy fix. Charge us $2-3 for the bun. We're used to it, and at that rate, you're making profit, so cost is not the issue.

We love Caffe Molise! It's our go-to date night spot in SLC! We have enjoyed many dishes on the menu and have loved every one. My favorite have been their salmon specials (especially the lemon curry salmon), my husband loves the pasta. The cheesecake is incredible.

I might be a bit biased, but I love the Bayou! We’ve consistently received good service, and both the food and drinks are delicious. Our waitress was so rude to us. My mother who is Gluten free felt rushed ordering and the waitress didn’t ask if she wanted her Avocado Toast Gluten Free or not. I traded my mom food so she could eat and the waitress didn’t ask if I wanted something else instead of the toast so i didn’t get to eat

Second Visit: Still excellent food…but extraordinarily poor service. After getting seated, the waiter spilled one of the waters all over the table and onto my son. They brought the wrong fries with our order and then said they would bring out the right kind only to not get them until I was more than half way through my entree.
Our water and soft drinks were never refilled. They frankly forgot about us once the food was out. Once we were finished and had waited 10-15 minutes with no sign of our server, we had to walk to the bar to ask for our server. Someone else came to the table a few minutes later and said they didn’t know where our server went (like she disappeared after bringing us our food and never came back.).
So he ended up bringing out our check. The proper thing to do would have been to offer up one of the entrees as free, or the drink, or offer a free dessert, but nothing. Just a check and an expectation for a tip.
So disappointing for a place that really does have good food which the PC scene still desperately needs more of.

Sammy’s is a great diner. What should you get v stay away from?
Recommendations to get:
- Chivito Sandwich (best thing we ate)
- Salmon Salad on quinoa
- Nachos (weren’t much to look at but were surprisingly good)
- Sweet Potato Fries and Fry Sauce
- Fountain Drink (they nail there syrup mixture for Coke Zero)
- Gluten Free options (so happy with the GF selections)
Avoid:
- Bacon Cheeseburger (we were excited to try this…But really meh)
Regular Fries
Carrot Cake

I am a very sensitive celiac and am always afraid to try new places. Based on some of the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! The employees went WAY above and beyond to accommodate me. They cleaned everything, they washed their hands and changed gloves, and used new utensils. The buckwheat crepes were thick, filling, and insanely good!

First off, I'm from out of town and these guys are way way better then Spencer's. Secondly, I have celiacs and they guided me on what to order and I didn't get sick. I'm writing this the next day so if you have celiacs you know. Third, the wine in all bottles is protected by argon, which is heavier than air. You'll never have a bad wine at this place and they have a selection. Fourth, service is great. Fifth, food was great. If I come back to Salt Lake, I'll bring my fellow travelers here. With that I give them 5 stars on every thing.

Food was decent but the staff seemed to have an attitude problem. I ordered the GF remix bowl due to my gluten allergy but when they served it there were ingredients in the food with gluten that had gotten into the food. When I pointed this out the staff acted very annoyed and treated me like I was the problem. I regret giving a tip, they were not deserving of it.

What a great experience at Kona Grill! It was a relaxed Wednesday evening, with Maria as our wonderful server. I have a gluten intolerance, and the appetizer menu has very limited options. But Maria asked the chef, and I was able to have the Salmon Crudo made gluten free. It was fresh and yummy. My husband, who does not need to eat GF had the meatballs which he said were delicious. I ordered the surf and turf, grilled shrimp with a wagyu filet and substituted asparagus. Everything was so well done; my steak was perfectly medium rare and the shrimp were flavorful. My husband had three sushi rolls: the Las Vegas, the Sunset, and the Crunchy Spicy Tuna. His favorite was the Sunset, though he liked them all. For dessert, there is nothing technically GF, but I ate the cheesecake and avoided the crust. It was a good cheesecake, and a nice small piece. My husband ordered the double stack brownie, which is big enough for two. He loves chocolate and was quite satisfied. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kona grill.
The portion sizes of the food were wonderful, the service from Maria was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. We were even able to meet Elliot, the manager, who was warm and welcoming.
