Our recent experience at Biaggi’s in Omaha was deeply disappointing. We visited with a party of eight to celebrate three family birthdays and were initially excited to dine there, especially because my sister and I both require gluten-free options and were pleased to see they offered a dedicated menu. Unfortunately, the evening fell far short of expectations. Despite the restaurant’s reputation for offering an upscale dining experience, the service was rushed and inattentive, leaving us feeling as though we were being hurried through our meal rather than being allowed to enjoy our celebration. More concerning was the quality of the food. Shortly after eating their salad, I became ill and remained sick for the rest of the evening. Several dishes, including my parents’ meals, arrived lukewarm, indicating a lack of attention to proper preparation. My own entrée — the Dijon salmon — was especially disappointing, as it was simply a piece of salmon with Dijon mustard squeezed over the top from a bottle, with no care or culinary effort whatsoever. This not only ruined what should have been a joyful occasion but also raised serious concerns about the kitchen’s attention to food safety, quality, and dietary needs. If you’re looking for a place that cares about quality, customer experience, or food safety (especially for those with dietary restrictions), I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Biaggi’s was a major letdown. I won’t be going back.

Took my family here for lunch and we were blown away. The chicken sandwiches are huge and very crispy. My son said it blows Chick-fil-A out of the water. Fries were great too! My daughter has celiac and everything was good for her. Looking to try their burgers next, though I think my son has a fav that he won't let go of (and he's a burger guy).

Great place. Wish we had one at home. The gluten free calamari and catfish were to die for. I’m going to have to day trip to Omaha just to get good catfish. Partner has a oyster shooter and the crab and absolutely loves it

My wife and I had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory, thanks in large part to our wonderful waitress, Pat. We were seated right away, and Pat brought our drinks almost instantly. Her attentive and friendly service made our evening unforgettable—thank you, Pat! The gluten-free options and the SkinnyLicious menu made it easy for both of us to find delicious meals that fit our dietary needs. We were impressed that there were gluten-free options on every page of the menu, even for dessert! We enjoyed the garden salads, spicy shrimp pasta (gluten-free), and the four cheese pasta. The portions were huge, and while my only small complaint was the shrimp portion (around 60 grams), my wife loved her four cheese pasta so much, she polished off the entire dish and salad (she’s 122 lbs!). We couldn’t leave without taking home 5 different cheesecakes to enjoy later. Overall, this was a five-star experience, largely thanks to Pat’s exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

Not gluten friendly like the Jersey Mike's in Denver. They must 1 Not follow the same SOP as the ones in Denver and 2 Not care about the the GF community. I'm not going to be going to them again. Horrible reaction later after eating only half of the sandwich.

They have a dedicated fryer and have forewarned that due to other things from other fryers that there is a risk of cross contact. However, my daughter is extremely sensitive and has never had an issue.

First visit - salad bar was good, but needs some fruits on it. Also order grilled chicken & they tried to give me battered chicken. They seemed to be confused when I said no I ordered grilled. I am gluten free, I had to tell them. Just give the customer the right thing, don't ask who took your order and look at each other like you don't know what to do. Make it right - real simple !!!

We went in because of the advertising of gluten free options... thought we wld try it. I am not easily impressed. Holy moly! Great customer service! The GF bread was tasty... the meat moist and tender. It was quite the drive for us to get a sandwich... and I can say... we'll make the drive again!

A couple weeks ago we brought are kids in, it was me and my mom with my five kids and three nephews. We for sure thought it would be a circus. But the staff were so nice and helpful. They let each kid order, gave them their own coloring sheet and it just felt as if they went above and beyond for us. Every time we’ve ever gone for dinner it’s always a great experience but this time was just above all the rest!! Also the chicken bacon ranch taco was absolutely delicious!! They also were super helpful with my mom who is gluten free making sure she was able to enjoy lunch with the rest of us!! Shoot out to employee Tim who is always so friendly and just down to earth!

Decided on trying something new while we were in Omaha. There's a kids menu and also they have gluten free pizza which my wife loved. 2 pizzas and a kids meal and with chips and drinks for under 40.

Love their pastries! The gluten free chocolate torte though, OMG a must try!! They sell bread loaves and pizza crust too! Hope they update their coffee menu though, they keep fooling me with items I think they have and then they end up being out. Staff is always super nice about it though. Will always be back, I cant resist.

The staff was incredibly rude to my wife when she asked about gluten free salad dressing options. She was told that they do not have any gluten free options. She asked that they look at the ingredients in the salad dressings because she has had a salad from another location before without issue. The staff member rolled her eyes, reluctantly got the ingredient book, and casually flipped through it without looking at anything to again tell my wife that they don't have anything. Then the other staff member yelled at us for holding up the line and told us to hurry up. Will never return to this location.

My spouse and I recently dined at Gather in Omaha, and it was an exceptional experience, especially for anyone with food allergies or looking for high-quality ingredients. We started with the house salad, which was fresh and flavorful, and to our surprise, the greens were grown in-house using their innovative basement farm. For our entrees, I enjoyed the pan-seared miso salmon, which came with perfectly seasoned miso heirloom black-eyed peas and greens. My spouse had the Korean-marinated imperial wagyu, accompanied by bone marrow fried rice that was gluten-free yet rich with depth. Both dishes exploded with flavor, and the presentation was flawless. We also shared a side of pan-seared broccolini, and the entire meal was gluten-free, which is a huge plus for those with dietary restrictions. We paired our meal with a crisp white wine, and to top it off, we indulged in a gluten-free chocolate mousse torte. It was the perfect balance of rich chocolate and refreshing vanilla bean ice cream, complemented by fresh coffee. Gluten free bread option here is hands down the best, compared to other chains. They are also one of the few places that still have Coke Freestyle machines. We had super friendly service from the lone staff person here on a Sunday at lunchtime.

Jimmy John's is my favorite place to get subs and sandwiches. They have so many options, but I always get the #9, which is sooo good. They even have gluten free options, wrapping your sandwich in lettuce instead of packing it into a bun.

Took my family out for lunch, had a great experience! Really good food, nice staff, clean store. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that the owners consider adding gluten free option bread (my kid is obsessed with pb & j) and we try to keep gluten minimal in her diet. But we loved Wich which!
