El Menú de Gemma
Our favorite gluten-free place in Buenos Aires, with the peace of mind that everything is tacc-free.
During our vacation we went 3 times and among all the diners we ordered almost the entire menu: empanadas, salads, meats and desserts. And we celebrated a birthday with a huge, delicious cake. Super recommended
Exotic flavors and fresh dishes made right before your eyes in a cozy spot with great outdoor seating and a chill vibe.

Very good options for vegans and celiacs. The service is very slow, they take a long time to come take the order (more than 10 minutes) and after taking it a while later they tell me that they don't have what I ordered.
A charming, pet-friendly spot with a cozy vibe, offering high-quality coffee and unique pastries at reasonable prices.

Very good service. The breakfast I tried (avocado toast platter) was very delicious. Abundant.
It is not a 100% gluten free place, but they have options that can be ordered gluten free.
The atmosphere is beautiful, both inside and outside.
They have a great variety of dishes. I'll definitely come back to try others!
A cozy spot with a unique vibe, where you can savor flavorful burgers, crispy fries, and inventive sauces in a stylish setting.

I went in March 2025 because of the excellent reviews,
however, they clearly do not offer anything that they propose and advertise. I ordered gluten-free bread and it arrived cold, without any preparation, and it seemed old, it was even falling apart. The filling was bad too. Very disappointed, because there were much better options and unfortunately it was bad.
A cozy spot with a unique menu focuses on nutrition, offering tasty options that everyone can enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere.

Chabela took great care of us. The service is very good, they are always available and they had the detail of bringing a tray of gluten-free bread to eat before the main course. I would return!

What I tried was delicious but it didn't dazzle me. I was very excited to go with my celiac daughter but it is not a suitable place because there can be cross contamination. A shame.
Enjoy a cozy spot with comfy chairs, bright natural light, and unique vibes, perfect for unwinding with top-notch flavors and a chill atmosphere.

It stands out for the good service and the food that you can not only eat there but also take away, honestly one of the few places where going is not in question. Thank you Pain du jour for giving us that peace of mind Gluten Free

The food is very rich and abundant. The prices are appropriate and they have cash promotions. They have many options for celiacs and vegetarian options. The attention is always 10, the girls are very friendly and attentive. To stand out! I love it and I always come back❤️
A cozy spot with a warm vibe, serving delicious options that'll make your day brighter, though prices might be a bit steep.

The most expensive chips I bought in my life. To tell the truth, everything is overpriced, too expensive to work with gluten-free elements as if they were gold. The attention of the staff is demotivating and unpleasant.
A vibrant spot with generous portions and a diverse menu that keeps everyone happy—perfect for solo visits or family outings.

I have celiac disease and I had a delicious dinner, both salty and sweet. The waitress's attention was very attentive and they have knowledge about cross contamination, which left me much calmer. Very affordable prices.
Without a doubt one day I will return!

The place is nice, nice decoration. We agree because it offers a gluten-free menu. Although, we complained several times, they did not bring bread or the delicatessen with the coffee

The atmosphere is very calm and the service is very good.
They have several vegetarian options. They have some gluten-free cakes, and several cereal options with yogurt or fruit.
The Möoi combos are very complete.
Enjoy a charming atmosphere with delicious offerings and a unique ordering system, though service could use a friendlier touch.

First of all, I clarify that I am not a specialist in gluten-free desserts, but I do consume vegan (and non-vegan) pastries frequently. I see that many comments refer to the bad manners of the owner (or manager) of the premises or other details, I can only say in this regard that the lady, although she tried to be friendly, seemed to be stressed perhaps for fear of theft or for other reasons. reasons. I simply stopped by to buy a portion of carrot cake and once I placed the order, while I was waiting for it to be prepared, he repeatedly mentioned the price of the portion, as if I was going to leave without the order or run away. once he gave it to me. But all this is minor, the important thing is the carrot cake. Actually, I should call it carrot pudding, since it is known that a carrot CAKE has 2 or 3 separate layers with cream cheese (in addition to the frosting). On the one hand, the portion seemed very small to me and therefore expensive for the price, but this is secondary. On the other hand, the pudding was dry, and while I can understand that being gluten-free the consistency could be drier, this portion lacked the moisture of a good carrot cake. In addition, a good carrot cake has small filaments or pieces of carrot, giving it a particular texture not present in this piece of pudding. I understand that carrot cake is not a local dessert, but I think that a place that boasts of selling quality pastries should take good advice on the original recipe and make sure that the product reproduces it exactly (beyond whether or not it has gluten). , change the name and/or check that the pudding is not dry. Maybe the other desserts are exceptional, but I suggest avoiding the carrot cake.
Known for its careful attention to detail, this spot is perfect for gatherings with a cozy vibe and a variety of delicious shareable options.

I bought a pizza without tac (gluten free). The cross contamination in the place is tremendous. When they save the pizza for delivery, they cross their tongs and do not wash their hands before touching the pizza so as not to contaminate it.
It is better not to offer something that can be harmful to health

I didn't like the place, I wouldn't go back nor recommend it for breakfast/snack, maybe more bakery, takeaway.
* They did not have any menu to choose from, they had little product offering (only what is visible).
* The cup of coffee did not come complete in quantity (we chose the largest and it lacks approximately 1/4 to complete) and they also serve it very hot.
* The portions were tiny for the price they had, other places with similar characteristics, for the same price offer larger and/or better portions.
* Does not offer healthy products, only gluten-free, bakery style.
* They do not do any preparation at the moment (such as scrambled eggs, smoothies, etc.)
* They did not have much stock of products.
I don't recommend it other than to take away.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere with a diverse range of options and thoughtful touches that make every visit feel special.

I have celiac disease and the only salty option they could give me for lunch was scrambled eggs since they didn't have a way to heat the bread, the only solution they gave me was to give me frozen bread.

7 of us went for a snack, we ate to bursting and we paid around $50,000. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is super cozy. We stayed outside but it wasn't noticeable given the stoves present.
The waiters were very attentive and present throughout.
The options suitable for celiacs are few but they must be worth it, I only tried the cheesecake and the tiramisu and nothing to criticize them for. Really worth it!
With stunning views and a variety of diet-friendly choices, it's a chill spot that's perfect for a relaxed hangout, though service could be better.

I like that they have products for celiacs, but what offends me the most is that they are smaller than a normal product and MUCH more expensive. They can't charge you $3,600 for an empanada smaller than my hand or almost $9,000 for two minimal portions. Half stack.
PS: it does not include the complaint to the employees who are always very friendly.

It doesn't look clean. The sugar that is on the table must be 6 months old, yellowish, and is not safe for a celiac. Little cleanliness on the tables. The night we had lunch there, I was vomiting. I don't know if they take care of hygiene properly. We will not return. Nothing to do with the Belgrano location, which is impeccable.

I went twice. The first time I ate inside and the second time outside. They have a wide variety of food for both brunch and lunch.
They have food suitable for vegetarians, celiacs, and even those on a special diet.
On the last occasion, we had a cheese and eggplant sandwich, and some French toast with a Flat White, and then two Aperol Spritz.
A lively spot with a vibrant atmosphere, appealing decor, and a variety of options for all, though noise levels can be a bit much.

I went to Usina Cafetera on the corner of Corrientes and Gurruchaga and the place is really beautiful, with a warm, modern and well-kept atmosphere. They treated me very kindly and, something that I value a lot, they adapted a burger to a gluten-free version without any problem 🍔✨ Anyway, the food was average, but I wouldn't especially choose it.
But not everything was ideal: I ordered a lemonade and it came with a piece of cardboard inside! It really sucks, it was a total downturn and clearly a serious oversight 🥴. Furthermore, we were sitting on the mezzanine and no one came to serve us for a long time. So much so that, tired of waiting, I had to go downstairs myself to ask for the bill because I already wanted to leave.
At least, for the inconvenience, they offered me a 20% discount as compensation. The gesture is appreciated, but it does not take away from the awkwardness of the moment.
In summary: good place, nice atmosphere and friendly service, but I hope the supervision and service improve, especially on the upper floor.
With a cozy vibe and adaptable service, this spot perfectly balances outstanding quality and value, making it a must-visit in Buenos Aires.

The food is delicious and all with an original twist. Today I had a gluten-free chipá dough waffle sandwich stuffed with lettuce, roasted tomato and egg and crispy bacon, delicious! And a Basque cake with incredible passion fruit sauce, also gluten-free! They are pet-friendly and they also gave my pet some homemade dog cookies that he loved! The attention of the guys is super friendly and something not insignificant, they have an island where you can serve yourself naturally flavored water with citrus slices free of charge, something I have not seen in other places! The atmosphere is very nice and when the day is sunny, being at the tables outside is the best! Super recommended!

First time we came with my wife, honestly it is the first time I have found so much flavor in Mexican food in a restaurant in Buenos Aires. The service is of a high level, dedication and they show special attention to details, always with a smile and with great human value. The atmosphere is typical of real, sourced Mexican food. We chose the free fork option, highly recommended for the price-quality ratio and the variety of dishes that you can access in this alternative. Not insignificant fact to highlight: They have a menu without tac, with a separate kitchen, the level of the food in this version is just as excellent as the version with wheat (something that does not usually happen frequently in gastronomy and that deserves to be highlighted for the celiac segment). They have 2x1 drinks that are very delicious and generous in size. To repeat this place many times, our congratulations to its owners and staff who make it even bigger.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with diverse offerings, a kids' play area, and plenty of tasty options for everyone to indulge in.
