Service - Great hospitality by Debra, super cordial and can tell she likes being around people. Felix is quite friendly as well.
Food - Used Groupon vouchers but the food was plentiful and made 4x different variations on each meal and got all correct. They do extra crispy bacon and poached eggs as an option.
The gluten free option (no extra charge!), girlfriend thought they were excellent and we thought they tasted even better than our normal pancakes 🥞
Atmosphere - very clean and organised
A lively spot with a welcoming vibe, accommodating walk-ins, impressive menu options, and a great ambiance for a fun night out.

I wanted to order a takeaway through uber for my partners birthday. We have previously eaten here before and get a gluten free base pizza. I called to ask if that was ok if I could order through the app and request if they did a gluten free base. The guy on the phone said they don’t do gluten free bases there. I responded that I’ve had them before here and he said well you can write it in the notes. I said well I’m not going to pay for pizzas if they are not going to be gluten free bases so I said will they be gluten free base and he responded no.
Terrible, terrible service and did not make me feel welcome at all. Not accommodating and quite frankly rude.

Really lovely Indonesian restaurant. The staff here are so friendly, they were very patient and accommodating to all customers. The staff were knowledgeable about coeliac disease, so I felt safe eating here. Plenty of gluten free options! The food was delicious! Clean and a good atmosphere. Recommend!

I treated my sister who is gluten free to the Summer Sips high tea. We were very impressed with the attentive service that we experienced. The staff had excellent attention to detail, they made sure we had a wonderful afternoon.
The cocktails were well balanced with the food selection.
The biggest highlight was the GF selection, the savory pastry was delicious!

Highly recommended as this restaurant is in a beautiful area, staff are friendly and efficient, food is delicious and atmosphere is chilled.
We had the Sweet Potato poached eggs on gluten-free toast with avacado and red chillie scrambled eggs with coffee's. It was delicious, and coffee was amazing.
We were lucky with our timing and got a table straight away. However, within 5 mins, there were huge queues for the restaurant. So it's advisable to book if you can. I would still strongly advise: it's worth the wait as we had a wonderful experience.
Thank you so much to the staff and restaurant.

The best chocolate cake…ever!!! I ordered the chocolate decadence cake for a work celebration and every single person said the cake was delicious. I told them afterwards that it was gluten free…it was amazing!!! 😊
The people were also lovely and helpful. The only negative aspect is that it was a tad pricey…but I guess that you get what you pay for.
Chill vibe with great coffee, tasty desserts, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps bringing people back for more.

Awesome place. Food was amazing especially for the lower price tags. Really good service and atmosphere even under the pump they delivered. Good options for gluten free too. No soggy toast which has been a problem at other places. Definitely recommend

Excellent spot especially for food allergies. Wife and I had an great 3 course meal that cater for low fodmap and celiac diets. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about our requirements and there recommendations of baked brie and the risotto were spot on! The low fodmap wagyu burger was one of the best I have eaten. This meal was the highlight of our stay in the city. Will definitely be back and will bring more people :-)

I love this café for a few reasons, first and foremost. They have the best orange Matcha that is so creative and tasty!
Second is their staff is really friendly. We were waiting outside before they opened, staff at the opposite side of the laneway told us in the very abrupt way that they were open until 830 however they didn’t know that we were actually waiting for 10 square Café to open. When we came up right up to Ten Square at 8 AM, they were so friendly sat us down really quick to serve on top of all this they also have really wonderful food! They have gluten-free vegan and nut free options and I’ve had a number of things here and they’re all very delicious. Great place to come if you’re staying in the Melbourne CBD.

We managed to get a table outside and were promptly attended to by wait staff. The menu is diverse with delicious options and cater for vegetarians and gluten intolerances.
All meals arrived in a timely manner and each was delectable with alterations made as requested (no mayo on burger, gf bread for teriyaki mushrooms and added fried egg). Burgers looked so good there was an appetite of food envy! Would come back esp to try those.

Loved the vibe of this cafe! Buzzing and mostly corporate clientele during the week.
Very thick fluffy gluten free bread which is always a good surprise! Lovely presentation of the scrambled eggs which were creamy and big portion. Good selection of pastries and amazing breakfast menu.
They do a pretty good matcha. Not the best I’ve had but still good.
Would absolutely come back on a weekend where I have more time to sit back and enjoy.

Wonderful French breakfast for 4 this morning after we strolled in without a booking. Staff were genuine, helpful and accommodating. They quickly found us a table together. Food was great and I enjoyed my coffee 👍🏻 Good to see gluten free options on the menu and they had the lactose free milk for my coffee 😁 Happy 🙌

Fiancé and I came here and had French fries as an appetizer and seafood linguini. She enjoyed the linguini which is a big deal because she is gluten free so they had a few options that were gluten free! There was a Hispanic gentleman that was helping bring people into the restaurant that was very nice and had a nice conversation with!

What a great cafe!
Owner and staff were super friendly, the menu is great and plenty of gluten free options.
The prices are very reasonable and the portions sizes are generous.
We had the smashed avo and it was delicious, my only let down was there could have been a little more feta, we only got 2 small cubes.
Coffee was great too.
We'll definitely come back when we're in Melbourne next

Wonderful to experience such a historic tearoom in Melbourne - lovely historic decor too. The tea was very very expensive. The food did look lovely. Noticed they had gluten free treats, like pavlova, but couldn’t eat it, because they store it next to gluten filled cake - not coeliac safe! Felt rushed in a passive aggressive way by the staff to leave, understand it was busy but maybe inform customers that there’s a time slot to prevent a slight uncomfortable feeling?? The surcharge was also rather excessive, especially when the service was satisfactory.

Great buffet breakfast options, including many gluten free options - even a dedicated gluten free toaster just for the gluten free bread, and gluten free cereal options! As a coeliac, it was great to have so many options. Only suggestion would be to make the allergen markings more consistent - while the baked beans were marked GF (as you’d expect), the scrambled eggs and jams/spreads were not marked GF, which was confusing. However, would totally visit again - great buffet breakfast experience.
Cozy vibe with high ceilings, fantastic poached eggs, and delicious fresh juice make this spot a local favorite for brunch lovers.

Oats are 💯 not Gluten Free and dangerous for coeliacs no matter how loudly you shout over the top of me oh ill informed and rude waitress of Mr Tulk. And your cafe has been reported to Melbourne City Council food safety department who informed me they issued you with an offense warning. And thanks(not) for leaving me to smear jam on my toast with my fingers for fear of getting lectured again if I asked for a knife and serviette. What an unpleasant experience.

I almost didn't check it out, but I'm so glad we did. Hands down the most delicious breakfast I've had in a long time. Amazing customer service. We are both celiac, and we had plenty of choices. I can't wait to come back.
Hmm… I told staff I have a gluten intolerance. Explained that the bench needs to be sterilised before food prep, but they didn’t understand my request. Nor what the allergy symbols on their menu meant. Still, it was tasty pizza. I’ll give them that. And I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I have glue in my bones, so there’s that too. I guess it was gluten free after all.
Delicious food, great service.
I came here with my pregnant and gluten-free wife, and the chef and wait staff went above and beyond to accommodate her.
10/10 would come back soon!
Delicious food. Gluten free options. Amazing coffee. Great option for a quick lunch.

My teenage daughter is both coeliac and autistic, making what she can eat and what she will eat, very tricky when eating out.
Long story short, a nearby dedicated gluten free place could not accommodate a request for scrambled eggs instead of poached so we had to look elsewhere.
Thankfully we found Eliana Lulu, where we were looked after beautifully, the staff were very gracious and kind, they understood the coeliac requirements and the food and coffee were great!
I would not hesitate to go back here, the location is fab also!
Thank you, what a great place and great team you have here.

Best hotel restaurant I have been to in memory. The staff are genuine and caring and the food is exactly what you hope for: served hot and clearly fresh ingredients with good flavour. I had a few meals here including dinner and breakfast and had to ask a couple of questions about my dietary requirements (gluten-free). The staff were authentic in checking with the kitchen for me and the kitchen made some very thoughtful changes to the dishes in response. Indian fried chicken and seasonal vegetables were hot and delicious. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I had a great experience here.
With fantastic lamb cutlets and plenty of options that cater to diverse dietary needs, it’s a place worth checking out!

Sbriga cafe is my go to when at the office. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious and they are very accommodating to vegetarians and Gluten free. The chai- tea latte is one of the best I have ever had!
Look out for cross contamination if you have any allergies. I eat here often as it is close to my work and haven’t had a problem before but today I found a piece of a prawn tail in my veggie roll, I’m allergic to crustaceans. Still 3 stars as they label dietary needs and offer gluten free soy sauce now.
