Gluten-free bakery (safe for celiacs).
There are a lot of cookies and biscuits. But if you want savory baked goods or croissants, there is little choice, especially if you want it to be vegetarian or vegan (there is nothing there). I had a small pizza, but the base was soaked with liquid (mushy consistency). The pastry was filled with cream and there was way too much cream. The rolls were soft and didn't taste good. The staff is also not polite (makes you feel unwanted). I'll go to another gluten-free bakery next time.
A hidden gem near the theater with a cozy vibe, diverse menu, and a reputation for quality and creativity in every dish!

Fantastic dinner, fantastically prepared dishes, extremely fresh fish, sublime spaghetti with sea urchins, top second courses and caponata.
Very attentive to food intolerances and celiacs.
Trained and very friendly staff.
We will definitely return.

Good trattoria in the centre, traditional dishes with the possibility of having the entire menu also gluten-free. The dishes are tasty and plentiful, the prices are average for the center of Palermo, the only important note is that the penne rigate cannot be served with fried courgettes, this first course must absolutely be served with spaghetti or spaghettoni, a blue pencil mistake.
A go-to spot for a vast and tasty selection of unique sandwiches, plus a chill vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.

Yesterday I had lunch at this place with my celiac daughter. Excellent products and impeccable service. Very kind people and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it especially for the variety of gluten-free options. The piadina was very good.

After a long walk from Bagheria station, we arrived at the "Le Bontà gluten-free" bakery. They immediately welcomed us with kindness and made us feel at ease. We ate sweet and savory, we won't tell you how good it was, it was exceptional. Kind, friendly family and very nice Sofia. Coming from Palermo by train was worth it.
Enjoy a delightful range of creative sweet and savory options in a cozy spot known for its tasty choices and impressive quality.

I got a gluten-free and dairy-free cake due to an intolerance not only to gluten but also to casein. A pleasant, tasty and wonderful experience because I would have challenged anyone to notice the difference from a normal cake. Taste experience far beyond the wildest expectations. A balance of flavors and goodness appreciated by all. My compliments to the creator of this wonderful dessert. Fabio Leo

Perfectly glutenfree burger bun. Perfect taste of the meat, the sauces, and the fries. Maybe I have to eat another one just because they're so yummy, I was too hungry to take a food pic for you, and because the personnel is so kind and helpful and let me read the ingredients of the bun to satisfy my - absolutely unnecessary - paranoia. 10/10

Salvo Albicocco is a gluten-free genius! All delicious and well looked after. Excellent product layout, perfect service at the counter and at the table. The customer is well looked after. The bartenders are all very nice and polite. They take good care of the customer with a lot of attention. We were able to eat everything without fear of encountering any gluten contamination. It almost didn't seem possible to see all that goodness gluten-free and even lactose-free. Congratulations indeed! We saw the attention and respect for the customer by also noticing two microwave ovens, different in their intended use, both for gluten-free and normal products. Then the icing on the cake was the courtesy of Rosario, a very good and kind bartender, meticulous and attentive, who accompanied us in this pleasant experience from the beginning to the end of our stay in the shop. Friendly and cordial! A piece of the loaves! Staff like this need to be pampered and held dear! We interacted with him, without taking anything away from the girls who were also kind and ready! What can I say! We will definitely and happily return! Dear greetings from Alessia and Renato from Berlin.

All very good, even gluten-free, it's best to let them know a day in advance so you can also enjoy the mixed fried food and bread.

While looking for vegan restaurants in Palermo, we were lucky to have chosen La Casa di Francesco, we ate well with fresh and healthy food, the owners were very kind... and the biscuits they let us taste were excellent, perfect for our needs (vegan, gluten-free), made with buckwheat and chocolate chips. A thousand thanks.
A must-visit for anyone seeking a unique selection of fresh, beautifully crafted gluten-free pastries and treats in a cozy setting.

The best gluten free panettone I've ever eaten, too bad it's far from Palermo, but we'll definitely find a way, it's really worth it.... Congratulations for the love you put into making people who have gluten problems happy. I've tried other pastry shops, but you are the best.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very friendly service. There's oat milk and gluten-free toast and a gluten-free muffin. The lattemaciato with oat milk was very good. There is also brown sugar, which tastes delicious with the milk foam. I'd love to come back.

We had lunch at this restaurant, the service was a little slow at first but despite this the staff was very friendly and kind.
I have a wheat allergy and I often eat gluten free and they were very careful about this aspect which is always nice given that in some places they don't pay much attention. We took the tasting menu which includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert.
However, I couldn't eat the dessert due to my allergy to casein (often if a product is gluten-free it has milk and vice versa) if I can offer a little advice, the mousses can also be prepared with vegetable cream and therefore there would also be a vegetarian choice.
For the rest everything is very good, congratulations.🤗
If I had to recommend something I ate without a doubt the octopus with potatoes, grilled octopus on the grill, placed on a bed of potatoes flavored with rosemary, a mix of flavors perfect for the winter period.
A stunning spot with an amazing atmosphere and great views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time.

We returned a year later and the quality of the food, view and service are still impeccable. Among the dishes taken, we fell in love with the sesame and honey crusted tuna. I have celiac disease and I am always surprised by the amount of gluten-free choices and the attention with which they cook the dishes. Thank you very much, we will be back!

During my holiday in Palermo I had breakfast here several times because they have croissants for celiacs which are also good, not the usual massive unleavened products. They also have gluten-free cannoli which are good and look like the normal ones. Seriously, I recommend you stop by here if you need gluten free.

Five minutes from Mondello beach. The location was a real surprise, cared for and designed to be welcoming down to the smallest detail, the baked goods are excellent long-leavening dough and quality condiments. And what to say about gluten-free pizza, this is a precaution for those who sometimes find themselves with full eyes and vacant hands, or rather a vacant belly, when faced with that goodness. Well done! Well done! Well done!

I bought 2 packs of "bull's eyes" biscuits, one with hazelnut cream and the other with pistachio cream in a shop for celiacs in Palermo supplied by the "Liberi di Mangiare" bakery. What can I say, they were so good that after a few weeks I bought other packs to offer them to friends. Also highly appreciated by non-celiac people. Well done!
