I'm sorry but we didn't like the pizza. We came for a person who is celiac, but basically, it seemed to us that all the pizzas were made for celiacs. The dough is biscuity. There are people who like pizza like that but we don't. The environment is small... normal prices.

Great pizza! I chose the "napoli" which was excellent and you can even eat the edges! For those who are celiac, however, my wife enjoyed a "Romana" and told me that she found the gluten-free pizza dough improved! All this in a very welcoming environment with helpful and efficient staff.

While looking for vegan restaurants in Palermo, we were lucky to have chosen La Casa di Francesco, we ate well with fresh and healthy food, the owners were very kind... and the biscuits they let us taste were excellent, perfect for our needs (vegan, gluten-free), made with buckwheat and chocolate chips. Very friendly service. There's oat milk and gluten-free toast and a gluten-free muffin. The lattemaciato with oat milk was very good. There is also brown sugar, which tastes delicious with the milk foam. I'd love to come back.

We had a great experience! The food was great! Sea Bream is a must try imo, so is the clam pasta! They have gluten free options, which is a big plus for us! When we got in (lunch time), it was packed with locals. Which was a great sign. We were not disappointed. We would come back to try other dishes, if we have enough time.

Five minutes from Mondello beach. The location was a real surprise, cared for and designed to be welcoming down to the smallest detail, the baked goods are excellent long-leavening dough and quality condiments. And what to say about gluten-free pizza, this is a precaution for those who sometimes find themselves with full eyes and vacant hands, or rather a vacant belly, when faced with that goodness.
