Delicious burger! This quiet outdoor courtyard was just a pleasant bonus. They have such variety of gluten free options. They also have vegan and vegetarian options for those interested. Our server was attentive and offered lots of extras. We took her up on a few.

A lovely spot for a relaxing sit down dinner after a day of wandering around Florence. I got the Cinghiale in umido alla maremmana con polenta ai funghi porcini (wild boar stew with polenta) and it was delicious! Another AiC certified restaurant.

As a Neapolitan I can tell you that I ate one of the best gluten-free pizzas of my entire life. It is not easy to find suitable solutions for those with allergies and intolerances, well they found it. Congratulations again. Really amazing glutenfree croissant I never had before within now more than 10 years with coeliac disease (Zöliakie): so fluffy (fluffig), freshly-baked and Even with different flavours (plain, pistaccio/chocolate creme and more). Beside there are a lot more tasty options like focaccia or you can also order pancakes for breakfast. Everything in the bakery is glutenfree with normal prices without extra charges and so a real dream became true!! :-))

I've never had a gluten-free pizza of this quality before. Wow! Eduardo, my host, was extremely attentive. I initially had a table outside. When the sun started shining too brightly in my face, he repeatedly asked me if I wanted to move to another table. Normally, you don't like doing that because you then have to clean two tables. Great! I can't confirm the long wait times mentioned in the reviews. Firstly, I was on vacation, and secondly, I enjoyed the view of the Medici Chapel. Everything was perfect, and I would gladly go back!

Before returning to Pisa we decided to stop for dinner at this very special place that makes you live in the 50s, from the decorations to the waiters' uniforms and everything that surrounds it. Even though I am celiac I had no problem ordering my sandwich with gluten-free bread. Everything was very good, we had a great time.

We were totally impressed by this store! The selection of gluten-free products is truly exceptional; you rarely find such a variety. We were particularly impressed by the fresh focaccias and croissants; they were wonderfully fresh and delicious. What we were particularly pleased about was that they even had refrigerated products, such as fresh gluten-free tortellini and other refrigerated goods. Unfortunately, we couldn't take any of these with us because we were driving and it was very hot that day; the products would have gone bad on the journey. The lady in the store was incredibly friendly, took her time, and responded to all our questions and requests. She even gave us tips on where to find certain gluten-free products in Germany. The prices are really fair in comparison, and the selection of alternative products is impressive. A highly recommended place for anyone who relies on a gluten-free diet – or is simply looking for high-quality specialty products.

The gluten-free pizza is completely pre-cooked, it is topped on the spot but it stays in the oven for a very short time, just to heat up the toppings such as the tomato remains raw. I don't think that even if it is the only pizzeria in the area it should serve such a terrible quality of pizza. Then to praise Neapolitan pizza seems really a bit excessive to me. Neapolitan pizza is something else

Gluten-free spaghetti with clams, bread, fried squid and shrimp, mini magnums…all really very good. Qualified and kind staff who give that added value to the restaurant. Price in line with the quality and portions. We will definitely be back!

You really eat like a god. Focaccia, pizza, Spinsa... everything is gluten free and if you didn't know it you wouldn't have noticed. Everything is genuine, even the desserts are gourmet, better, tastier and lighter than you can imagine!!!! Courtesy and cordiality accompany customers on a journey of taste that you never want to end. Hey...I'm not celiac or vegan but I'll come back to visit them as soon as I get back to Prato.

The bakery has a seperate case for gluten free items- some pastries and mini sandwiches. I got 2 pastries and they asked if I would like any filling: you can get it plain, chocolate, pistachio, jam, etc. I got one chocolate and one pistachio. Both were delicious! Limited table space but I didn't have to wait too long for a seat.

Found by chance, looking for gluten-free pizza in Montecatini. From the outside it seems like a very "cool and expensive" place... instead it is a nice place, run by young and willing guys, that makes good dishes at honest prices. The gluten-free pizza was really good! (Also the one with:) Excellent tomato. ONLY IMPORTANT ADVICE... MARK CLEARLY WITH A WRITING ON THE CARTONS OR WITH DIFFERENT COLORED PLATES WHEN THE PIZZA IS GLUTEN-FREE TO AVOID UNPLEASANT MISTAKES. Worth a visit. Thanks!

I went to eat at this restaurant because they say they do gluten-free food, in reality after having dinner there, I vomited all night... clearly there was gluten! I went on holiday to enjoy a dinner out and I found myself feeling sick.. I don't recommend it for celiacs
