El Taquero recently catered our wedding. They were absolutely incredible in all aspects. They had an exceptional team during the lead up to the event. On the day of they were extremely organized, personable with our guests, and the food was AMAZING! They managed allergies and took great care with my celiac disease. We are a few weeks out and I still have guests commenting on how delicious the food was! A huge thank you to the whole team! You made our special day that much more special!

This is a classic lunch stop in Kelowna. Crystal and her team are fantastic. She remembers my name and I go months without seeing her. They have alternating soups of the day. They also offer soup flights. She usually serves 4 types of soup and a sandwich feature and a lunch special. I love the veggie sandwich. She also has a lot of options for dietary restrictions and many gluten free options. It’s a nice warm place to feel important and have the most delicious lunch. Be sure to try her classic hobo soup. You can also purchase large format soups to go that are frozen to be enjoyed at home. Great value and comfort food!

Wow this place is incredible. For starters the service is amazing. Every staff member attentive and making sure everything is great. I am celiac and there is tones of fully GF options. The food is outstanding! Literally the best Thai food we've had in sooooo long. 12/10. What a lovely spot!!!!

This is a great place for delicious food with a variety of choices, including vegan and gluten friendly if you need it. Our service was top notch, staff were very friendly and super responsive to any needs. Would recommend a reservation as it was a very popular place. Highly recommend.

The food is absolutely delicious and the service was great as well. Dosa is a little hidden gem. They have a large menu of savoury and sweet crepes that cater to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free diet options to choose from! I had the vegetable Dosa. I'm obcessed. The prices were reseasonable too! N the service was excellent.

The margarita pizza was so delicious. The chicken pesto pizza was okay, a little dense and gave me a stomach ache. Some of the most delicious gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Kelowna !! They’ve been here over a YEAR!!! Best find ever. I’m currently posted up here by myself, working on my laptop while munching away on the most Bombbb food and sipping margaritas. I’ve tried a number of items off the menu and every single thing has been a winner. The service is always fantastic and incredibly friendly. Fantastic Happy Hours with delightful drinks and all my favourite dishes on the happy hour menu. They don’t use gluten in the building for anything and outsource their flour tortillas and buns. I have experienced zero digestive issues which is almost unheard of eating out. **Must try** the tacos dorados & the sticky ribs appies Huaraches are so good too omg - obsessed w the birria one. GLUTEN FREE CHURROS. Tacos and Burritos are equally bomb according to those who I’ve brought here so far haha 1000/10 recommend

Drove from Calgary to see Small Town Strip Club play here. Had no idea what to expect. The service from the bar was excellent and so was the pizza. I had the homemade gluten free crust which might have been one of the best GF crusts I’ve ever had, and the wife had a small regular crust, also very good. The sound from the band was great and we had a great time. Thank you Matt.

Went for my birthday dinner with my wife. The cabbage dish was incredible. The beef dish was cooked perfectly. The manager Dallas gave us phenomenal service as they were able to modify dishes to suit my wife’s dietary requirements (gluten & dairy free). Overall excellent. I would highly recommend checking it out for a special dinner or even just a casual night out.

Went at 11am on a Saturday and it was busy as expected (15 minute wait outside) but the service was fairly quick once we were in. We ordered, ate, and left within an hour. Appreciated the variety of options, good quality free run eggs, and gluten free options. Also appreciated having the option of choosing the number of eggs Benedict to order, which makes it nice for sharing at the table. Our server was super friendly- they forgot something I ordered, but ensured the issue was solved right away.

The service was great! The servers were all very friendly and attentive. The sushi was alright - nothing to swoon over but certainly scratched the itch. My main issue was everything was falling apart before you even added soya sauce. There were quite a few gluten free options, however they aren’t labelled which adds a bit of confusion and frustration.

This is my all-time favorite restaurant! The service is extremely friendly and extremely fast. Great portion sizes for a great price. I have celiac and I have word gluten-free food from this place many times and I have never had an allergic reaction ! Very impressed every time!

This place is awesome. We went two days in a row while visiting. The staff is SUPER nice. They have nitro cold brew! Really cool atmosphere. Delicious coffee. And they even gave our pup a big bone and told us he's welcome inside anytime. They also have a lot of gluten free options for pastries which is always a plus for me.

Finally made it to Humo, and not only did it not disappoint, it exceeded expectations. Chef is the boss of sauce. From the coconut lemongrass leche de tigre (ceviche), to the chorizo foam (octopus). Every bite we had was incredible. I’m intolerant of glutens and one of the guests was pescatarian, we very much enjoyed our entire dining experience ordering a few things at a time and sharing everything. We had Guacamole (which is hands down THE best guac I have ever had and I LOVE guac…), Albacore Tuna (that truffle ponzu 🤤), Aguachile (a must have whenever it appears on a menu), Cod Tacos (which I totally missed are beer battered, thankfully the server mentioned when she dropped them off and everyone else loved them) and the churro dessert (which they kindly put the glutens on the side so I could try, i took my bite and then my friends dumped the glutens on and nearly licked the bowl, probably would have if they could have.) I wish I was the type of human who took pictures of their food because everything was presented so beautifully but I’m not. So you’ll just have to go and see & taste for yourself. Also, as a side note felt it was very reasonably priced for what you get. We were all VERY satisfied at the end of our meal. My only critique would be it would have been really nice to have spoons, the sauces are so good. We did end up asking for a spoon nearly every course (we couldn’t wait on the first course because it was soo good), but it made us feel needy having to ask. So we appreciate how quickly one was provided and with a smile. All in all, a must try in the Okanagan from a very particular diner with exceptionally high expectations. 🤓

I love that they have gluten-free options! Their GF pizzas are the same as normal ones, and that's very rare! My husband loved the beer, and the atmosphere was really good. We had a really nice waiter also, so a great experience overall. Oh, and being rugged by the lake was also nice!

Not only was the food amazing (pork belly, fish and sweet potato tacos) but the staff were so nice and welcoming. I have celiac and was beyond excited to see a such a large GF offering with no mods. I will be stopping there every time I end up in Kelowna.

Went there last night to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We had the chefs 5 course tasting menu with the wine paring and it was absolutely amazing! Because they knew it was our anniversary to start we were given a beautiful sparkling wine and our table had a little happy anniversary card for us! The service was exceptional and with every bite my boyfriend took he mentioned how amazing the food tasted! I called a head to make sure a wheat allergy could be accommodated and they went above and beyond any restaurant. When they brought out the warm bread and butter for while we waited for our food, they gave me veggies with an amazing dip to enjoy. The gluten free dessert was to die for. Derrick's steakhouse really made our anniversary extra special!

Great service, great prices, great selection for food. Also, bonus, while they don’t cater specifically to gluten free people, my mostly gluten free fiancé does not react to their noodles (and most non sourdough will put her out is commission for a couple of days)

Great service and delicious food. Every time I go to Krafty I always say "why don't I come here more often?" The space is comfortable, the selection of food items are plenty and they have no problem accommodating my gluten free needs, along with a great BC wine list and tasty farm to glass cocktails. Mia is always a pleasure to see, but every team member ensures that you are comfortable and checks-in to make sure that you have everything you need. Highly recommend.

We came across this restaurant by accident when looking for a sushi restaurant while wandering around downtown Kelowna at 4pm. These guys are open through the lunch and dinner hour which is very convenient. The other sushi place we tried first didn't open until 5pm. And I was so glad that the other guys were not open because Yuzu was a fusion revelation! Their food was really delicious! Their Chicken Karaage was super flavourful and filling. The Sweet Chili sauce was robust and definitely not the usual gel-like sauce that comes in a bottle. Their Prawn Nori Taco was an absolute revelation of flavour and texture! I am a professional chef and love to experiment but would never have dreamed up this crispy creation on my own. To make it even more appealing their price points were very reasonable. I was so excited to have found this gem of a restaurant and I will definitely be back! This will also be my new go-to outlet for take-out/delivery. Really, Really Good Food! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I noted on the menu that they also accommodate Gluten-Free needs so it's a great place for celiacs to visit confidently.

Tried to order two gluten free pizza on line. I entered in the notes that I am celiac and required gluten free. After accepting my order and charging my credit card they cancelled my order and refunded my card. Do not advertise providing gluten free pizza if you cannot provide the product. It reminds me of a classic bait and switch tactic. I will never order from this place again.

It's a cool, independent café with personality and reasonable prices. I enjoyed the tomato soup, a veggie sandwich and a matcha latté. There are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options in the sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups, but unfortunately not in the "hot lunches" category. The menu is designed with nutrition in mind and I appreciate that they have items like quinoa, sprouts and avocado. The service was friendly and authentic, and I have to bump them up to 5 stars for that since it's so rare. It lifted my spirits a bit to have lunch here instead of a chain.

I stopped in to check out the local poutine offering in the area. Really enjoyed my experience. The menu had many options and also had a gluten-free gravy option. Portion was a little small but was in the proper range for price point. Was a tasty treat and enjoyed it very much. Worth a stop in here if you are craving that crazy potato and cheese gravy combination. Also they do serve it with a tasty beer if you are feeling so inclined.

Portions are a bit small for the price but also very delicious. I have to eat gluten free and it's hard to find tasty Italian food that is gluten free. It's a very nice atmosphere inside and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly.

Absolutely fabulous. It is a family owned Italian restaurant in downtown Kelowna, B.C. Canada. The Mother gets up every morning to make all the kast as for their dishes from scatch. If you've never had fresh pasta...... well there are no words. When you combine that with the fact that they have a gluten free pasta and then the stuffing and sauces OMG! Their Pizza is also like everything else is AMAZING. The service is exceptional and the staff make you feel right home. I highly recommend that if you are in the area or even just passing through you should take the time and eat here. FYI make a reservation a few days ahead as it is usually packed, especially now during the pandemic. They also have take out in case you want to eat it at home in elastic waist band sweats. Lol
