Excellent place for celiacs! Note that if you want to book a group of 10 or more, you must EMAIL them although it says call on the table booking portal. Also with a group size of 14, we had to agree to a set menu. No problem there since the food was fantastic but the communication for this large group booking could've been better.

As someone who has to eat dairy and gluten free, it is hard to find a great meal in a restaurant that isn't some sort of compromise of an existing menue item. Not here! Most of the meals are gluten and dairy free without any compromise in flavor! In fact, everything we ate was delicious and well priced. Service was also amazing. It is a place I will come back to frequently in my stay here. Thank you Nourish!

Had an incredible meal here. Server was welcoming and offered excellent recommendations from the all gluten-free menu. I had two small plates plus dessert and was absolutely stuffed. Chicken satay and pandan crème brûlée were highlights. This spot is best for smaller parties of 4 or less, and reservations recommended as it fills up quickly.

No MSG No Garlic Foodie

We decided to visit Victoria after finding several restaurants offering vegan food. Since Be Love is dedicated vegan and also gluten free, it was my first choice. However, there wasn't that many items on the menu to my taste, but since they promise seasonal items, I had hoped that there would be some pleasant surprises. The rest of my party decided to order organic red and white wines by the glass. I chose Earthblood Tonic juice made with carrot, beet, celery, kale and ginger. It was very refreshing and looked stunning. The Mac Bowl appealed to me because it claimed to have braising greens, seasonal vegetable, and broccoli. I was warned that the sauce contains garlic, but I took a chance hoping that it would be black garlic rather than fresh garlic. Fortunately, the garlic was hardly noticeable and I was not affected. It was a very rich dish and I loved the creamy taste of the sauce. The roasted hazel nuts were strange and tasted as though the vegetables still had soil/sand/grit. I was disappointed with the scant amount of greens and vegetables, and if I had known, I might have asked for extra vegetables. And of course, I could not finish it the macaroni. If it wasn't for the 'gritty texture' I would have rated this four stars. My friends ordered the daily special gluten free ravioli with nettle. They all loved it. We also shared a platter with flatbread, cashew cream cheese, apple & beet chutney. I was only able to have one item because the rest were heavy with garlic.

Went out with our family on a busy summer Saturday night; our server Gabriel met all of our expectations service-wise including the fact that one of us was celiac! Happy with the quality of the food and the way our steaks were done, everything without mentioning our many special demands for our dishes were executed. Many thanks to The Keg for this outstanding night and we are looking forward to going back there soon!

Every place that can create brownies without gluten or dairy, and which still taste delicious, deserves five stars. In addition, staff was super friendly and the interior is modern and up to date. The cortado coffee is great as well. Recommended. The washrooms were clean. They ate located in the basement and are not wheelchair accessible.

I may still be young and not a big restaurant explorer, but it's the best restaurant I've been to in Quebec or in my life. The ambiance, space and bathrooms (guest only, good sanitary idea) are not luxurious, but are just right. The service and wait compared to other restaurants is fair. Server entertained my curiosity about the format and menu. You can take it comfortably if not finished (Take Mega size only if you are a serious bodybuilder 😅). Putting the word Poutine in the name of the restaurant makes a mark, but it's diverse! And just the idea of ​​a paperwork version of a buffet is incredible; Give a list of ingredients, choose what you want, and the plate is cooked personally. (Junior format with a good number of additions still makes a reasonable portion). Me who must be healthy, gluten-free and sugar-free... sincerely, you are putting me on the path to loving the word restaurant again. A bit luxurious for my pocket, but if it's the occasion; to Poutineville, Quality Price, Favorite. !!LONG LIFE!!

Just ate here with two of my friends as we treated ourselves for mother's day! All I can say is that Sav and Sydney were absolutely amazing! They accommodated allergies, gluten free, and anything we asked with no problems at all. They were both so personable and really made our stay here amazing. I went to P.F. Chang's for the first time last month. I was alone because I was on a work trip. Even though this is a family style restaurant, I had the best time dining alone. The food was so good!! Liam, my server was so nice and helpful as it was my first time. I have celiac disease, this was no problem at all, I had quite a few options and all things I ate were delicious! I highly recommend checking it out. I can't wait to go back with some friends.

We always have such an incredible time here! Brendan has been our server the past two times and service has been excellent. He makes great recommendations & everything is so quick! I’m celiac and they take very good care with their gluten free items, and confirm it in writing when punching in the order, and a manager brings it out and specifies it’s gluten free. Food is always top notch as well. No complaints, can definitely see us becoming regulars here lol.

This Mexican breakfast spot is so delicious and quaint. Their menu is loaded with so many gluten and dairy free options and the service is amazing. They are knowledgeable of gluten and dairy allergies and do whatever they can to accommodate you. All the staff is so friendly as well! I will definitely be back!

Had the pleasure of dining at Bonnie Day, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I had the pleasure of dining at Bonnie Day twice in one week because the food was just that good! The first time, we tried the Burger & Chips— a hearty and satisfying dish, and there's a gluten-free option available. We also had the Veggie Burger and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a delicious plant-based option. The second visit, we started with the Whipped Feta —so fresh and creamy! For the main, the Sweet Potato Gnocchi was absolutely divine, and we also tried the Vegan Galette with Confit Tomato, featuring a pistachio crust and a rich, savory filling. Bonnie Day has quickly become one of our favorite spots, offering incredible dishes that cater to all tastes and dietary preferences. Both times we also tried a few of the cocktails, and LOVED them. Highly recommend overall!

It’s rare to feel so confident and included when dining out, but The Table Bistro really delivered. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all top-tier. Went to this place for brunch for the first time and had 3 amazing things to note. 1) the coconut chai was to die for and I would return just for that drink alone. 2) the vegan eggs Benedict on falafel was so perfectly savoury and delicious, as someone eating vegan and gluten free, I haven’t had something that covers my dietary restrictions taste so good in a long time. 3) the portion sizes!!! The quesadilla my family had was enormous, the side salads were huge! Amazing to have leftovers for later and even though we ate a lot, we didn’t feel gross after (which we often do with other places) because the ingredients were so clean. The staff were so kind and the restaurant gives cute earthy vibes. Hands down will be going back! (Wish we got photos to share!)

Upon arriving, the hostess was great. Our server, Taylar, is a gem! Very knowledgeable, polite, and very pleasant. I wasn’t sure what to order and she pointed out some great items from the gluten free menu. I was very pleased to see such a great variety.
