Went here yesterday for my sister’s bday. Ordered scrambled egg on toast. It arrived like slop on the plate. Had been done in a microwave and hadn’t been scrambled. Toast was on the side and not buttered with no butter alongside. Completely tasteless. The only thing that saves it is the lovely waitress who was really nice and the gluten free caramel cake which was delicious. Won’t be back though as overpriced and too rustic for my taste.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff at Topolabamba, they went above and beyond super service for my mum and I when we visited on Saturday 25 January. My mum has quite a big mobility scooter and she always gets stressed about going to restaurants etc with regard to access. I had put on my booking that we had a scooter and when we arrived the maitre d who showed us to our table had it all thought out, where my mum could put her scooter, the distance to the table and the distance to the disabled toilets. He was very humourous and dealt with my mum very well. Also a massive thank you for the amount of gluten free dishes on offer, my mum is also coeliac. She loved her visit and she rarely gets out anymore so it was a real treat for her. All the staff was amazing and the food top notch.

Love this place!!!! Came in here yesterday and the first thing you notice is the decor, beautifully designed and gorgeous at night. Such a calm atmosphere which i appreciated as someone who gets overwhelmed with busy/loud places, this experience was relaxing and a great place to talk with friends while celebrating a birthday. Staff are lovely and helpful, even approached us to ask if we wanted them to sing happy birthday with us as they had noticed my friends 19th sash. Food was amazing, the gnocchi was delicious. Gluten Free options aswell!!! No complaints good portions. Overall, a lovely place to visit that is calm and has great food, five stars!

I'm a die hard mowgli fan, and I went to this restaurant twice this week. Good food, good portions, good service, good atmosphere. As a celiac I have never been hurt by this restaurant and it's so nice to have places that you know you can relax with, and just enjoy good food. I have introduced folk to this chain many many times, with great success! Both times I went this week the waitresses were lovely, very attentive, very chatty and on the ball. I think I've eaten the entire gluten free menu by now and there's nothing I wouldn't recommend but when I die want to be buried in sticky tamarind sauce. That might be a bit dramatic but it's very tasty.

A large group of us came to The Butchershop for dinner. Our friend, who got married that weekend, had recommended this place as he frequents it with his (now) wife! It was superb. The wine was incredible, the food came out at perfect temperatures, and the wait staff was attentive and accommodating. We did stay back for an after-dinner drink; we moved over to the bar area so they can seat another reservation. I had an Old-Fashioned and it was made perfectly! I have to say, their onion rings are delicious!!! There's also vegetarian and gluten free options available, which is lovely!

The steak was probably one of the best I have ever had. So tender it almost fell apart in my mouth, but with great flavour. The new waitress was really lovely, providing an attentive service without it being intrusive. Can't fault the place, but be advised that the side dish portions are quite generous so sharing should be considered. Most things are gluten free if you require that choice. Will definitely go again.

Had a Valentine’s Day Date here! New cocktails are delicious and food never ever disappoints - good portion sizes and reasonably priced too. Staff tonight were wonderful too - Sophie, Leigh, Sasha and Dean were so friendly and provided amazing service to myself and my partner. A restaurant you must visit, they’re great for vegan, veggie and gluten free menu items as well (which are actually very tasty too!). Will definitely be back 👍

They used to be gluten free friendly with thier menu but now made it difficult with a folder. It’s not in order of the menu. Servers don’t know what’s gluten free and what’s not. Wouldn’t recommend it. They were rude about it when I asked is this the gluten free dish.
