Food and service were good. This place is popular!!! I would highly suggest checking in online and then again when you get there. Good for Vegan/Gluten free eaters-lots of options and menu is clearly marked. Servers are knowledgeable about gluten free (ours was at least) and they have separate kitchen space for gluten free food.

Taproot is one of my favorite spots in the area—I tell everyone to go if they’re anywhere nearby, and I always hear rave reviews after they do. The vibe is cozy and stylish without trying too hard, and the decor really makes it feel like a place you want to hang out for a while. They’re great with allergies (gluten-free included!) and the menu seriously has something for everyone—but that doesn’t mean it skimps on flavor. Firstly- it is just wonderful to have a place that has gluten free fried food. A real treat for those of us with celiac disease. Secondly, my husband loved his regular (not GF) chicken tenders salad. It was huge and he said the chicken was delicious. Lastly, I wish I could rate the GF food higher. I had the 4 piece chicken tenders meal with coleslaw as my side. The coleslaw was fresh, but very basic. It would be better with more zing- maybe just more vinegar? The chicken was hot, crispy, moist and tender and the tenders were big. I could eat only two of them. But again the flavor was a bit underwhelming. The GF flour coating needs to be seasoned with far more spices. The standard mixture of seasonings for fried chicken is paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano and cayenne along with salt and pepper. I did not taste anything but salt and pepper. Please consider adjusting the recipe. Overall, pretty good but it could be better.

I ordered a GF waffle and the server brought a vegan waffle. Unfortunately didn’t realize until after it was eaten. Sick for 2 days. It was my fault. I let my guard down. Always verify you are getting what you ordered.

Wonderful food and atmosphere! Friendly and attentive staff! They can cater to those with gluten allergies (like myself) very well. I only had some Mac n cheese and veggies but it was very good and I'll be back to try dessert (bc they have gluten free dessert options)! The homemade chips are the best chips I have EVER had! I am going back to grab a bag for my husband (bc you can order them to go)! I will say that the presentation was nothing special for my dish but others had meals like looked amazing on the plate. But the food does speak for itself! Charming and delicious!

Absolutely amazing food, we had a variety of the empanadas but honestly I can’t wait to go back again and try some other menu items. It's so hard to find a place to eat out when one has food allergies so imagine my surprise when Anna's popped up in my Google search for a gluten free breakfast. We first visited Anna's back in April for my son's birthday breakfast and I was utterly amazed at their gluten free and vegan options that were available. Say WHAT?! I actually had choices to choose from!! The chicken sausage tater tot casserole with vegan eggs was absolutely delicious!! The food and atmosphere was so memorable that I made an online order for pickup yesterday morning for my daughter's birthday breakfast and it was so easy to order and pickup was a breeze! Food is always filling and still as good as we remember! Highly recommend their fresh pressed fruit juices as well! My new favorite place to grab a bite to eat!

Decided to call in a carry out order after a long day and not wanting to cook when I got home. The gal I placed my order with over the phone I believe her name was Charlie was amazing. When I placed my order I explained to her my husband is celiac and his order needed to be GF and she immediately offered to have his food be in a separate bag from the rest to avoid contamination (most places would never). Also took her recommendation on some apps that were all amazing. When I came in to pick up my food I could tell this place was BUSY and there was a line up to the front but still I was greeted by a smile when I cashed out. Both our food and service was fantastic (I will be getting that ranch with everything) , will definitely be coming back!

As someone recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for restaurants that truly understand food allergies and an even deeper disappointment with how rare that is. The Filling Station is a breath of fresh air. They take gluten intolerance seriously, with completely separate prep areas and dedicated gluten-free fryers. It’s not just lip service they’ve clearly invested the time and effort to make dining safe and enjoyable. On top of that, they offer seed oil-free options and cook their hand-cut fries in tallow. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to our server, Canaan, who was not only friendly and attentive but went out of his way to let me know he could offer tips and guidance when I mentioned I was newly navigating Celiac. That kind of care and knowledge makes all the difference. Whether you’re managing food allergies or just looking for a great meal, The Filling Station is worth the visit.

Breakfast Club offers Gluten Free items and I'm always craving good French Toast. I was able to order the Strawberries and Cream stuffed french toast Gluten Free and it was delicious. I was scraping my plate clean. My son had a quesadilla and loves it also. And he was thrilled that instead of a mint with the bill, they brought a chocolate covered strawberry for each of us. It's a cozy little place. You may end up having conversation with your table neighbor like we did. I will return it I'm out that way again. I did drive 20 minutes out of my way to go and it was well worth it!

This Red Robin location is nothing short of amazing. The food is excellent. I had a monster burger with garlic parmesan fries. The burger was perfect, with all the right flavors. The fries are to die for, and can be replenished multiple times if that is your thing. They have an allergen menu. For gluten free they offer multiple options and a separate fryer. The servers I have had have all been kind, professional, competent, and timely. The atmosphere is good but I think the music is too loud to be able to hear the person sitting across from me.

I love this restaurant! They have delicious gluten free bread they bring out while you wait for your meal and they have so many gluten free options. I have celiac disease and I’ve eaten here several times without any issues. The risotto is fantastic! The chicken is amazing! I can’t wait to go back!

We visited for the second time last week and again had the best experience! Our server, K, did an excellent job. Our children declared their gluten free pancakes and French Toast to be the best they've ever had, the portion sizes were huge, and my parents were thrilled with the relaxing environment and the calm oldies music playing. The only thing I would recommend is listing the gluten free upcharge amount on the menu. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we look forward to going back!

We have been going to Hildalgo for the past few years. I have celiac disease, so must be strictly gluten free. The care the staff and owner have for the safety of their gluten free customers is unmatched. I have been there at least 30 times and have never had the slightest issue. I am confident every time I order they will take precautions. Additionally, the waitstaff is some of the nicest most efficient staff in the industry. The food is delicious, fast, and affordable. My husband and I often play the "where should we go to eat" game, which is more limited due to my dietary requirements. Nine times out 10, even though we know we will have to drive the 25 minutes from Ypsi, we still pick this place. We honestly have considered moving to Belleville solely to be closer to this restaurant. Thank you to the owner and staff who really care about all their customers, but especially those of us who must be gluten free!

First time visiting and brought my mom along with me. The owner and person taking our order were very helpful and friendly with suggesting their favorites. The owner asked if a separate fryer was needed for my gluten free order, and understood the need due to his wife having celiacs as well. I felt very well taken care of, and contrary to most gluten free taco options, these were decent sized and the flavor was outstanding!! I just love this place! The atmosphere is sexy yet casual. Great for a girls night out or family dinner. Valet available- Open table or CALL 1st for reservations- otherwise you may be turned away. Great selections - my favorite is the appetizers. Want to be wowed!? Try the Brussel Sprouts, new Salmon dip, and Country Rigatoni (gluten free with extra sauce) they prepare their own gluten free bread that is excellent too. Shaved Brussel salad and Wedge is also my favorite. I am a wine club member, I find the wines to be juicy - try the Blueberry Açaí! DESSERT- Key Lime hands down with the buttery crust! Happy Hour $10 apps menu is a great value.

First visit here was several years ago on an overnight stay for a concert. Today I had to go back because that time was so good. Today I went and sat at the bar for brunch the staff (all 4 I encountered) were friendly and helpful answering questions and making suggestions that made my visit amazing. I went for this avocado toast gluten free with added egg and coffee, followed up with a citrus drink they mixed for me (not cocktail) that was the perfect refresher after the delicious meal. 10/10 recommend going here when in Grand Rapids, it is a super adorable yet smaller space so try to go outside the typical meal times or be patient and willing to wait. It’s worth it in my opinion.

The Lucy’s Fire and Braided & Confused tacos were amazing! We added the loaded tots to the meal which were also fantastic. Highly recommend this place!
