Today was our first time visiting this spot. We ordered tacos by dozen, nachos and sides. We started with a request to have vegetarian corn gluten free tortillas for all. We kept confirming while giving them order. And a final check before making the payment to make sure food is vegeterian and uses gluten free taco shells. They acknowledged and confirmed our requests. After confirming thrice, we ended up receiving half the order with flour tortillas. My family is allergic to gluten and that is why we confirmed multiple times. Please have your staff understand cooking the order right, or be clear if requested order isn't possible. If they aren't familiar what it means to have gluten free order, its in your best interest to train them. It's significantly better than risking someone's life. Food 3/5 Service 1/5 Atmosphere 3/5 (we didn't dine in but enjoyed the ambience) Never visiting this place again.

Ordered the breakfast tacos However have issues with eggs and onions. Explained this to our waiter. After which he repeated back my order emphasizing my special order. However when my order arrived it had onions in it. Knowing that the wait staff at the Ihop. In O'FALLON can be very rude when you return food that was done wrong I decided I'd try and remove the onions from my tacos. When I came to the conclusion that there where way too many I handed my food over to the server. At which time he Explained my issue to the cooks and manger. The manager and other staff members decided that they would make fun of my request and said very loudly that I would get no peppers on my tacos just chicken and cheese. However I said I like peppers, just no onions or egg with my side being hashbrown. I d ordered it like that before with no problem. After which I saw one of them very harshly hit the side of the trash can with the plate that had the tacos on it. I told the server that this was very upsetting and that my husband and myself will not be returning to this location. At which time the manger offered me 20% off my order which just seemed like a insult and took no blame for what took place that I saw and heard . Trying to act as if they were merely mad at the server for messing up my order not me. Said they have elderly people with dietary issues come in all the time and even offer gluten options. I did however get the food fixed but the humiliation of how I felt cant be fixed. This however wasn't the 1st time I've had issues. I shouldn't have to explain that I have issues with onions or eggs . I've excused the treatment in the past because of the fact the restaurant is convenient.

Really disappointed that the beans aren’t gluten free. The side turkey blt salad was awesome. The sauces aren’t nearly as good in the plastic packets- the white sauce has a too- strong horseradish taste

Everything we ordered was amazing. Love this new little place. It was our first time in and we tried the combination salads first. Then we ordered chicken parmesan, chicken artichoke, baked chicken carbonara and roast beef sandwich on garlic cheese bread. We will definitely be back to try more. They also have a fabulous gluten-free menu.

Chick-fil-A has never lt us down. They are consistently fresh, quick and have never messed up our order. I have a daughter who is celiac and must maintain a gluten free diet. This is the ONLY place we can put our trust In. I simply order and let them know hers needs to be gluten free, she's celiac. They change gloves for her order. She gets the salad minus fried chicken and croutons or she can have grilled nuggets and their fries. It's so nice to be able to not only eat out someplace with a celiac child but we can also drive through! I wish more places had reliable gluten free options but the truth is for now they just don't. All of their food is good though. Our whole family enjoys it.

I ordered 2 pizzas for my daughter's bday dinner. I was very disappointed for my 51.00. They gave me the pizzas in paper bags not pizza boxes. I just thought the gluten free pizza was very small and not worth the money. We've been there many times for dinner and I just expected more.

Food was really good, our first time there and we will be back for sure .. was craving pizza and wings and they did not disappoint.. their gluten free crust was tasty and the wings were that perfect crunch but still very juicy.

Probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! It was bigger than most other gf pizzas, with a generous amount of toppings. I finally didn’t feel like I was overcharged for a gf pizza! I also have a dairy allergy, and they circled that note on the receipt and made sure no cheese was on the gluten free pizza. My husband loved his Chicago deep dish too! We will definitely be back

Pleasantly surprised! Great food and service. I can't believe we've been driving by for two years and never tried it. It's now on our list of favorite places. I loved their gluten free pizza. My husband loved their cheese stuffed pasta although I can't remember exactly which one he had. Highly recommend!

This place didn't have many customers on a Monday at noon, but that's a shame because everything about it was great! The Bishop's Benidict was way better than Black Bear Diner's. The service was good, and they were careful about my mom's Gluten allergy. I definitely recommend!

Today, my friend and I ate at the Applebee's location on 1377 State Hwy K, O'Fallon, MO 63366 We had great service, and I had terrific guidance in ordering Safe food from our servers, Kara and Keri !

I came in hungry after a comedy show next door and I happen to be gluten free. I told them I’m hungry and I need safe food to eat. They jumped to it and accommodated and as I said “he didn’t f it up….and it tastes good.” For real….great staff, owner is a winner w service and the finished product was yummy and safe. Upon my first visit to Woodgrain Pizzeria, it became my very favorite pizza place. Their gluten free crust tastes like normal crust! You reply, "Whaaaaat? No. Just no. One can attempt to make GF pizza crust. One can boast it's possibilities. However, no one actually can." I attest to the truth. In fact, I can attest moreover as I have repeatedly visited and have yet to be disappointed. OTHER pizza chains advertise GF crust BUT YUCK... sticky, chewy, weird aftertaste, cauliflower (??? pizza crust should not taste like cauliflower. Who thought THAT was a good substitution???) Gluten Free-ers go. Seriously go! Taste! Allow your flavor buds to experience real pizza taste once again!!! While you're having your pizza (and thanking me), order Oberweis ice cream from your seat they'll deliver it right to your table! Sigh! It's perfect.

I stopped in cause I have seen a friend promote it on Facebook so I decided to stop in. Prices are reasonable, very clean, and the staff is friendly and informative. I have celiac disease (gluten intolerance), and the staff helped me on what meals contained gluten so I wouldn’t have to read the ingredients on everything. The food is so good and natural. It’s practically meal prep on the go. They have microwaves so you can eat in as well. They make protein shakes (get the Reese’s or chocolate peanut butter banana) and they are to die for. They have add ins for said smoothies including CBD oil. I will be returning just for the shakes alone.

When I walked in, this place smelled delicious and had a great atmosphere. The employees were very nice and friendly. They do have a Rice krispie treat that is gluten free, along with a beautiful selection of muffins and of course the beignets. The only thing that kept me from a five-star review is the fact that they did not have any guaranteed dairy free options, despite the fact that they have several different dairy-free milk choices, and a honey oat milk latte on the menu. They do offer gift cards and I was able to snag one as a Christmas gift hopefully my coffee shop loving friends will enjoy it.

Small, friendly place. Nothing fancy but yummy Thai food. They were very helpful with my families allergy issues. No muscles for one of us, no pepper for one of us, and 4 gluten-free members in our group! They handled all of that very well :-) They even had someone come in and ask for a special, custom meal and were able to give her a price and what she had asked for!

I have been in anticipation of mooyah Burger opening and as I was going past today I realized that today was their first day to be open. I went in, tried the most popular burger on the menu which is called the MDC. It is a double patty cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and special mooyah sauce. The bun was soft and warm, the burger was a wonderful smashburger style with charred edges and was quite delicious. They had regular gluten friendly fries as well as sweet potato fries or potato chips. I chose sweet potato fries and they were light and extremely flavorful. I downloaded the app and input my receipt to start earning points. It neglected to give me the free burger deal that was advertised so the owner personally made sure that I was treated well for any inconvenience. It was over and above as well as very generous and I appreciate the gesture. So happy to have mooyah Burger in our area and I will definitely be back and be bringing my family
