Awesome!! Just go here. You won’t be disappointed. My wife who has a gluten allergy raved about the bun - fluffy and didn’t fall apart. And my picky eater daughter enjoyed her meal as well. We will be back!

Had breakfast here two days in a row. It was that great. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Servers both days were very attentive, making sure everything was good throughout the entire meal. They also offered gluten-free pancakes for anyone who has gluten allergies, which was phenomenal for my wife, who loves them but doesn't always get a chance to have them. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area to come enjoy a great meal here!

Cici was a lovely server and really helpful with cocktail recommendations. The mango margarita is great! They have a separate gluten free menu and are super considerate of allergies. It’s a very authentic southern States themed restaurant right opposite the fountains.

Loved all the Christmas decorations and the service was so friendly and honey. I would definitely come back here again. They had gluten free pancakes AND waffles - big win for my family. Coffee was a bit on the weak side, but something about the service and homestyle food reminded me of diners from my hometown. I recommended the omelets - great amount of cheese and very filling!

If you like pizza, you'll love Pizza Rio. I can't have regular crust due to wheat allergy, no problem I just choose the pizza from the menu and it was prepared on Brazilian cheese crust. Wonderful!!! My husband had a beer that was ice cold and I also tried 2 different Brazilian cocktails. We will definitely return next visit to Pigeon Forge! Great view from the outdoor seating and we will bring our fur babies with us the next time as well. Oscar makes great cocktails. Gabriela was wonderfully helpful and friendly with making sure I got what I needed with gluten free options. Very beautiful relaxing atmosphere.

I should have listen to the other reviewers and NOT GOT THE GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES. They were AWFUL. Like eating cardboard. These really should be taken off the menu.
Everyone was very blah and a little rude. Our waitress didn’t really even speak or wait on us. This place is completely OVERRATED and outdated.
This awesome spot offers a chill vibe with a clean interior, unique cocktails, and a great atmosphere for a casual hangout.

Booze so impressive. Food - frustrated and dissatisfied. I’ll preface with I can not have gluten, I do not eat beef, and I loathe a dry sandwich or burger. So, I asked if I could do a bacon jam burger which is on gf menu with the veggie patties. 2 patties 2 cheeses, bbq sauce, bacon jam, onion, tomato and lettuce supposedly on it. I asked if it was doable, and offered to pay more. They sent me one pattie, veggie burger, I sent it back asked for what I originally ordered. Got a veggie burger with Jam and I *think*their sauce. Took awhile, was *still* somehow dry - see photo. I’d love to know why lettuce and tomato removed? Those shouldn’t contain gluten. Manager came out and said things on gf menu shouldn’t be and only one media person. If bbq sauce isn’t gf there’s several items on gf menu with it that shouldn’t be on there. They took care of my burger amount. Only gave 3*s due to tasting guide and speakeasy drink options, otherwise would be lower. Celiacs eat here with caution.
You’ll be impressed by the quick service and helpful staff, all while enjoying a fantastic meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

After a full day at Dollywood, my family and I stopped in late last night — and we were blown away! The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely divine. The gluten-free options were fantastic, and our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. She even brought the manager over to ensure everything was perfect with our gluten-free selections. I highly recommend dining here — it was truly a wonderful experience!

First visit to Dollywood. Stopped in for a bite after a shoe. Restaurant was clean and brit. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to be helpful. We both had burgers, John the half pound Southern and me the blackbean veggie burger on gluten fee bun. Yummy. The fies were amazing. We were in and out in a reasonable amount if time. Tab was around $50. Well worth a stop. #Dollywood # burgers #vegetarian

Went here tonight with my Dad. It was one of my first times going out to eat after finding out my daughter is celiac. The management was SO patient (did not seem annoyed at all) and was willing to explain how they handle the food.
Everybody at our table kept talking about how fresh the food tasted. (The vegetables were so crisp!) My Dad also said that he has the best steak of his entire life. (He has literally been to and eaten steak in 48 different states.)
We would definitely go back.

This was such a horrible experience!! I had to wait 30+ minutes for my veggie burger while groves of people came and went. When they finally brought it, it was only half cooked like pink slimey, mushy undercooked. I had ordered a veggie burger with cheese. The slightly cooked one they gave me had no cheese and for some reason a gluten free bun? They didnt offer to give me my mom or autistic son's food while we waited on mine. As they were finally plating our tray they asked a different customer who'd only been waiting 5 minutes if they would like the rest of their food while they waited. My son and mothers food was cold from waiting off the warmer too long. When we brought the burger back they took it, trashed it and said they didnt have any more of the veggie burgers at that point we just got a refund. I have never in my entire life asked for a refund from a restaurant before now. I dont send food back like that. It was horrible and they were so rude about it.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere with exceptional service and a menu that surprises with its freshness and flavor, making it a must-visit spot.

Local pie joint with quality food... I've had several gluten free pies here with good success. If you're celiac, you shouldn't have a problem here, at least not during the week. Wait times are normal and the food beats the national chains every time. The little extra you pay is worth it... if you found this review helpful, please like it.

I had a burger on a gluten free bun. That bun was as close to heaven as you can get on earth. Most gluten free breads you can tell a difference but not this one. The burger was juicy and tastes amazing. My daughter loved the fried pickles and her Alfredo with chicken and broccoli! The service wasn't perfect but nowhere is. We went before the rush and still had time wait a little longer than we should've each time we needed something but all in all a great experience and will definitely return again!

Cute country breakfast place. Food was good, pretty standard breakfast options. Gluten free pancakes, waffles, omelettes. Lots of GF options. Very friendly, great service. Great prices.
The Five Guys in Sevierville, TN dosed my husband with gluten after being told he has a gluten allergy, twice. Their large fry is (maybe) the size of a Five Guy airport small fry. That is being generous.

We went here for a family meal when we were all in town for a wedding. We did not have reservations, but they were able to quickly seat our party of four. The staff were all very friendly, checking on us consistently, and answering all of our questions. It was our first time visiting this establishment, and our servers were all really helpful and ensured we understood the process. One of our party is allergic to wheat (gluten free) and once informed of that restriction, our server brought us the included allergen list. He was able to eat the majority of the menu and was pleasantly surprised to learn all of their sides are gluten free! The only complaint about the food was that the garlic steak was overly garlicky, but that's purely preference. Multiple times throughout the meal we were talking about how good the food was tasting. We were offered meat promptly and frequently. One of our party chose the chicken, but they were offered fresh food as often as the rest at our table. Overall this was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place to others. The pricing was what I would consider fair - but make sure you go hungry. This wouldn't be a good place for somebody without a big appetite! We finished our meals with shared desserts and they were FANTASTIC. Truly from start to finish this was a great meal. Definitely recommend.

Thanks Jersey Hustle! We got take our just after a 12 hour drive from Florida! Food was great, service was quick and friendly. The best part for us is that it’s NOT on the Parkway so you have multiple ways to get there and don’t have to take the really congested way!
Loved the pizza and they have a cauliflower crust for my gluten free wife. It was good too! I had the last slice of her personal sized pizza with mushrooms and sausage.
The salads were nice also. And portion size was good enough to feed 6 of us, including my /0 yr old son who ate almost an entire LARGE pizza by themself.
Highly recommended.

We went there after reading a couple of reviews mentioning gluten free options. It may have been due to holiday schedule but service was very slow (looked like only two servers for the whole place). When asked about gluten free options they couldn't do potato pancakes because the one cook who can make them gluten free wasn't working that night. Also they weren't using their designated gluten free fryer so anything on the menu fried was also not an option. Very disappointed, but fortunately the pot roast was an option and amazing. Also potatoe salad is a must try. Would go back again, but will be calling first.

When we ordered, my husband chose the gluten free option of hickory-smoked half chicken. However, for the two of us (we got the same thing), it was $54. The problem is the gf chicken comes with cornbread, chow-chow, bread and butter pickles (made with malt vinegar) and baked beans. Out of this, the only thing gluten free was the chicken and baked beans. My husband asked to substitute all of those sides for the gluten free option of the pulled pork loaded spud for an up-charge. The cashier (Kayden) told him that wasn’t possible. He would pay full price for the chicken and an entire price of $18.99 for the potato. So my husband said never mind to that and asked that the food with gluten not be put on the tray. Kayden explained that it was fine because they would be in separate containers, even though we couldn’t eat it? So we get our food, and the cornbread is lying on the tray touching the chicken. We explained to the server, Keri, that we couldn’t eat the chicken because of the gluten cross-contamination. She told the cook, Angela, the problem. Angel came and showed us the ingredients in the chicken to make sure it was ok, gave us the baked beans and and extra side of pulled pork. She remade the food for us and brought it to Keri personally. Thank you, to Keri and Angela for being so understanding. I hope they explain to Kayden why it’s important to people with allergies to not allow the food to touch on request.
Expect generous portions at this spot with a stellar community spirit, as part of their profits support the local fire department!

After a drive from Memphis to Pigeon Forge, looking forward to dinner at Jersey Mike's. I'm gluten intolerant and always need to plan where we will be dining out. Thrilled I would be able to get a gf sandwich. With two other people in my party and their sandwiches made first, then observed staff doing all the cleaning protocol that Jersey Mike's does for gluten sensitive individuals. Worker go to the back room to get the Udi's gf bun, comes out to apologize and said they were out. Really??? She apologized and offered to make a salad, but that's not what I wanted . . . I wanted a sandwich. Manager needs to be on top of inventory of product and communication to staff. My companions did enjoy their sandwiches but were disappointed for me that I wasn't able to join them.

For the prices, I was not expecting to be served a frozen pizza. They should think about providing a gluten free option that contains animal and dairy products.
Gluten free does not equal vegan. Vegan does not apply to most GF people. Pepperoni made of plants and cheese made of oats tasted very weird.
I took my grandson's for lunch, the employees were so nice i informed them that my grandson was allergic to gluten and the lady changed her gloves and fixed his with his gluten free bun and bagged it separately to not cross contaminate his. They were very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best Subway sandwich that i have ever had.
The ice cream was good.. but the website said they offer gluten free option which they DO NOT. It was very disappointing that my mom couldn’t enjoy in the fun. We would have gone somewhere else where she would be able to eat. Please remove you have gluten free options on your website. It isn’t fair for the people who have celiac or gluten intolerance.
