The food is incredible, you can tell they are Italian. They have gluten-free pasta options although there isn't much to choose from. It comes in a VERY small quantity for the price, but it is very very delicious for a treat-meal.

We came here for the final breakfast of a mini break. We were sent over from scran who recommended Hula for allergens. The breakfasts were overpriced and painfully mediocre. I massively resented paying £40 for 2 blah coffees, and 2 plates of avocado toast, one of which was on the crapest gluten free bread available. Sorry Hula, maybe we ordered wrong but really not worth it.

Unreal restaurant especially if you have dietary restrictions. Nearly the entire menu is gluten free which is awesome because they have local delicacies like scotch eggs and haggis that you can’t find GF elsewhere. They were super diligent with other allergies and dietary requirements. Also, make sure you check out the mushroom emporium in the basement!!

I am not a vegetarian, but was traveling with a friend who is both gluten-free and a vegetarian. I would go back to David Bann on my own, so delicious was my pea, mint, basil pudding. The service was impeccable, attentive but not hovering. We enjoyed a leisurely meal, and left with that warm glow of a great meal.

Central location, reservations recommended because it is a highly sought-after restaurant! You can choose meat or fish courses and interesting typical Scottish dishes

We ate very well. One of us is celiac, and the pizza was delicious. They were very attentive to our tastes. Our waitress, Maria, was very attentive and helpful. My only complaint is that the tables are very close together.

This place is amazing! The haggis is so delicious. A whiskey sauce that isn't only about the whiskey. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nearly everything has a gluten free, veg, or vegan option. Absolutely a must.

Incredible food and great service. Picked it out because I needed somewhere that did good gluten free and lactose intolerant food - as soon as we walked in they handed us a special allergen menu with all the gluten items removed. All the food was great (recommend lots of sharing plates - Street food or classics) but the honey shredded pork soft tacos were mindblowing. Good cocktails too, really fast and friendly service, and reasonable prices!

Had minestrone to start which was lukewarm. Carbonate for main was average and the crepes for dessert which was lovely. Staff were very pleasant and the cafe itself had a comfortable feel. Toilets were spotless. Also had a wide variety of gluten free options for all courses.

A very pleasant experience. The pizzas are very good and are generous in size. They have gluten-free options for the entire menu. We were also lucky to be assisted by Calum, who speaks Spanish very well and who made sure that we were comfortable at all times.

Adapted gluten-free breakfasts, without contamination. They give you gluten-free bread if you want and the menu says what does NOT contain gluten. Celiacs, you can have breakfast in peace, my celiac wife was not contaminated.

I love this place. They’re waiters are lovely, the music is great and the whole vibe is fun. The menu is massive and great if you are vegetarian as you can sub most meat for tofu and vice versa. Similarly, loads of gluten free options. Only downsides - you often have to queue, their flavoured negroni is a bit too strong on the lemongrass/ lychee and you have to pay for rice separately which always puts me off the curry

Worst experience in a Pizza Hut in my entire life. I love pizza Hut, there is none in my city so when I travel I always try to find a Pizza Hut to eat. I ordered one chicken pizza. It was not good at all, I had to take literally all chicken pieces out of the pizza and still couldn’t eat all. My husband ordered a gluten free pizza, it was as bad as mine. The worst part is that we have paid around £17 in each pizza. The staff was super friendly though. Anyway do not recommend chicken pizza neither the gluten free one.

Highly recommended, it is very rich. We ordered the medium one and we were fine, if you are hungry it is better to get the large one. The delicious apple sauce, it suits you very well. There is gluten-free bread.

Went with my mum and aunt, mum is coeliac. Both rated their food 10/10 (and are usually a little fussy). My burger was great, chips fluffy and generous portions. Beef burger slightly pink and tender, gluten free fish and chips crumbed batter lovely and crisp. Service very friendly and warm.

Been three times in the last 4-5 months, each time the food has been spot on. Food comes quickly and on the table is a variety of well stocked sauces. The most recent visit and it looks like the menu has changed to be a lot easier for coeliacs to see what they can have (probably 75% of the menu!). We had nachos which are banging, a burger with a gluten free bun and the brisket. The only negative is that on all three occasions the brisket has been significantly different in texture but still delicious.

Food was excellent and they did Gluten Free which was a bonus. Covid restrictions did not stop us from having a good time. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Service was good. It was our first time there but we will be back.

Went for just a light dinner and had the vegetarian/vegan pakora and bhindi bhaji which very really delicious!! (Also made with gram flour in case you want a gluten-free dish). The staff was very lovely, we had a great time. Thank you!

Really disappointing experience. Made a booking for a large group for dinner and drinks. Limited space available despite communicating the group size. Very poor service. Lots of miscommunication from the servers, some saying we can order food from the restaurant and bar and some only saying bar. GF guest told they were out of all snacks and that they don’t do gluten free options only to be then told if you come back in 5-10 we may be able to help you. Long waits for drinks and probably the worst expresso martini. Do not recommend.

Fresh and delicious sushi. Very kind staff and super attentive to allergies. Allergens are clearly indicated on the products, ideal for those intolerant to gluten and lactose.

She explained to us what dishes I could eat due to my gluten intolerance and was super attentive at all times, they take cross contamination into account. I went here the night I got engaged and can hands down say it was the best meal I have ever had. From the get go, the service was great. Drinks came quick, the Pork Belly appetizer we got was unbelievable. My fiancé got the sea trout while I got the chicken for mains. Each dish was literally unreal - the balance between the main meat & all the supplementary vegetables/sauces/purees, mashes, etc., were truly remarkable. They provided a shot glass each full of some type of broth “on the house” to boost the experience as well while waiting for the mains. This type of little detail goes a long way to making the dining experience unique & special. Another thing to note - the portion sizes are nailed down perfectly. They were large enough that you didn’t feel ripped off, while not being too big that leave you feeling TOO full & sick afterwards - well done. I believe to finish the meal we got the chocolate mousse cake - it was great as well. And with the bill, again, they provided some type of treat “on the house” that was also unreal and bite sized. For the quality, size of meals, diverse flavours, and the fact that they accommodated my gluten free allergies very well (could get almost everything on the menu), the price was exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. Thanks for making the night I got engaged truly memorable!

The set 3 course Christmas menu was nicely varied and as a party of 7 we ordered right across it. All dishes were rated excellent and flavoursome. Adaptations were made by pre order for my friend who is gluten free. The atmosphere was Christmassy in a foliage and white lights way with a soul based playlist. Service was very friendly and attentive but discreet. It was noisy but at this time of year when fully booked and the wine is flowing but you expect that. Would recommend.

What a great place!!!!!! Admittedly I prejudged the place as it looked too "chainy" and didn't think it'd be good. Thanks to a work lunch I've been introduced to this place, and it's great!!! There are loads of options and filling combinations available -which are REALLY delicious! I look forward to going back and trying need things. You basically select a main, add a filling (or two) and then lots of different toppings! Even better; there are gluten free options available; rice bowl and nachos Staff were absolutely lovely, down to earth, friendly and helpful Freshmex started out in Aberdeen and this is their next branch, great to see! I'm a new fan now and look forward to my next visit Price wise I think it's good; ~£12 for nachos and a drink.
