Awesome kid friendly eats in Rehoboth. Pasta is made in-house and everything is freshly prepared. Lots of options for both kids and adults as well as great gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Plenty of seating for large groups. Best food quality bang for your buck in the area!

6/2025 This time we ordered bowls for pickup, the ponzu glass noodles are so good, we also got spinach, chipotle chicken, balsamic mushrooms, garlic broccoli, and the chimichurri sauce. We loved it so much that we got it 2 days in a row! Dedicated gluten free for anyone who can’t have gluten! 5/2025 Employees were super friendly! We had smoothies and cheesecake, both were great. Will be back to try the bowls!

Delicious pizza. Your mouth will water just walking from the parking lot from the smell of the wood stove. As someone with celiac, I was happy to see that most of their pizzas could be made gluten-free and the wait staff was knowledgeable. My wife's wheat pizza was excellent too. They have table service, bar service, and takeout options.

We've been going to the Bethany Blues on Route 1 near Lewes for several years while on our annual Rehoboth Beach trip. The food and service is always excellent, but I'm writing this review to give them the credit they deserve for being amazing with gluten restrictions/celiac. Every single time, when I mention my gluten free diet, a manager is sent to our table and is very knowledgeable about their gluten free options. I have been gluten free since 2008 and eat out multiple times a week so I can attest that this place is definitely one of the best in handling this restriction. While most restaurants are familiar with GF diets these days, not many make a point to train their management on it and have such a consistent plan in place (they also said they now offer a gluten free bun which is great). I had the pulled pork with cheesy creamed corn and a chopped salad and it was delicious and a generous portion. Thanks, Bethany Blues, for being so accommodating!

Busy but only a 5 minute wait. Waitress (Kayla) was very attentive! When she saw you were low on a drink, she brought another before you had time to ask for one. Delicious food! Best burger I ever had!! Gluten free menu available.

Came here because of the reviews mentioning gluten free options. The place was packed but we were seated quickly, asked for a table outside and got it. Great view. Dolphins swimming in the water. The restaurant is very loud. Water comes by default in a plastic to go cup. I think they're trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. I asked for a gluten-free menu, they said they are in the process of printing one and showed me a sheet of paper i took a photo of. At the table there was very little talk of dietary restrictions, the server did check with the kitchen if what I'd chosen was compliant gluten free dairy free but there was no attempt at helping select something. I honestly think they didn't understand or care how serious an issue that is for some people. My companion who can eat anything ordered a pepperoni flat bread and described it as "meh". I ordered the octopus which came with "apple puree" that tasted like absolutely nothing and i mean nothing and the texture was like grainy mashed potatoes that sat on the counter for two days drying out. I suspect there was hidden butter in it because of how i felt after eating it. Also ordered a "veggie bowl". Instead of actually making something with this, they just slapped a bunch of ingredients on a plate, added a cup of tamari on the side and called it a day. At least i hope it was tamari. Feeling as bad as i did after eating here could have been caused by gluten containing soy sauce or butter. This was neither good, nor priced appropriately, not safe if you have a food allergy.

Not a great place if you have celiac disease. We have been visiting this restaurant for a while and didn't have issues until recently. The last visit I was sick afterwards from what I assume was cross contamination. We tried again today stressing that I have celiac disease. After making some modifications to the meal (which was marked as a gluten free option) and being assured everything would be ok as they have a celiac button that alerts the kitchen I was brought a burger that had a fried onion topping and the burger itself was fried (they do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer). I sent the meal back telling the server it wasn't safe after he kept telling me it was. He came back and confirmed it was not safe. When the manager came over to check on us 15 minutes later he offered to make me a salad with no protein to make up for it since that's faster. Anyway long story short not all the staff is trained on cross contamination or food allergies for that matter. Eat at your own risk...

One of the best spots for safe, delicious gluten-free food! Staff takes celiac seriously, manager confirmed separate cooking for my food.Clearly marked menu (GF/GFO). Favorites: shrimp & grits, crabcake sandwich, and that weirdly amazing potato salad. Even my gluten-eating husband loves it! Our favorite restaurant in Lewes & Reho.

We are vacationing close to Bethany and came across this gem! We are gluten free and dairy free, and it was amazing to be able to eat such great food without having to worry. It can be such a challenge. The staff is so helpful and the food is so good! Ate brunch and dinner and we will be back tomorrow! Prices are very reasonable and quality is great!

We have never had a bad meal or bad service at this location and they just continue to get better every time we go. If you have food allergies or if you’re gluten free, this is the place for you. The manager Tiffany personally bring your food to you and will address any concerns you. It’s evident that Tiffany truly cares about providing a great dining experience. She is a true joy and one a kind. Our server - Lisa was equally as fantastic and helped with our gluten concerns and reward points. I wished she could have joined us at our table she was so personable! Can’t talk highly enough about this restaurant - this is our #1 spot at the DE beaches! On a side note their Ranch is home made and the best Ranch sauce I have ever had! Photos are of gluten free Chesepeake Tortellini and a gluten free chocolate and peanut butter pie to die for.

Stopped by this BBQ spot while visiting and was blown away! I came with friends to enjoy some good barbecue and definitely got more than I expected. I didn’t mention my gluten restriction at first, but when they brought out the complimentary cornbread with my ribs, I let them know—and they were incredibly kind and remade my entire meal to ensure there was no cross-contamination. The ribs? Unreal. We’re talking fall-off-the-bone, melt-in-your-mouth good. Super flavorful and perfectly cooked. Great service, delicious food, and very accommodating—I’d give it a solid 10/10 and would absolutely come back!

We came for lunch on a Saturday we were seated promptly. The bread came quickly and was delicious. Our food was tasty, even the Gluten-Free pizza my daughter ordered. Brie was our waiter and she was friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

A great place to stop on our 3 hour drive back to Jersey from DC. Food came out right away. My husband had the meatloaf and said it was the best meatloaf he's ever had. I had the Philly cheesesteak on a gluten free bun (which btw thank you soo much for having gluten free buns!!!) Alexis was very nice. She checked on us regularly. Will come back on our next road trip soon!

very disorganised staff. gave us wrong order. after they fixed it had to tell them to take off surcharge for gluten free. cashier could care less didnt acknowledge or apologise. dirty dining area and staff are all on their phones. stained ceiling tiles peeling paint general lack of maintenance. for $10 subs need to do better. food was ok but very sloppy and careless prep. feel like they are expanding too fast and not focusing on quality. wont be going to jersey mikes anymore

We had Wendy as our server- and she was friendly and attentive and made good suggestions. The biggest surprise was how attentive she and support staff were in regards to my gluten allergy. She not only gave me a seperate menu, but confirmed what measures the kitchen would be going to to ensure I didn’t have a problem once I ordered. Amazing and kind service and great food! Also loved the quiet, not busy atmosphere. Thanks Wendy!

Jorge was a great server! He gave great service and made sure that I didn’t get sick at all which I enjoyed. I have gluten free intolerance and he made sure to tell me that not to eat the rice because it had gluten in it. He was so so sweet! The service was great and the proteins the fajitas especially was delicious! I came with a family of 8 including 2 kids and we were treated with so much love at closing time. Thank you so so much! Our first time to rehoboth beach we decided to try this pizza place. My daughter got a cheesesteak and I got one slice of pizza. The cheesesteak was ok but the pizza was the best I have ever had. The only complaint I have is I have a gluten allergy and they don’t sell by the slice. Very good experience we will be back.

Popped in for dinner and was able to get a table for two despite not having a reservation. The restaurant looks deceivingly small from the outside but has plenty of seating and appeared to also have a downstairs area with more seating. Plenty of gluten free options. We ordered the roasted beet salad as an appetizer and different seafood pastas with GF pasta. The waiter kindly brought gluten free bread upon request to eat with olive oil. We opted for the holiday cocktails, a Christmas Old Fashioned and Holiday Whisky Sour, which were delightful. There is an extensive wine menu which we didn’t partake in but saw a lot of options. We finished our meal with scoops of gelato, peppermint (monthly special) and pistachio. The food was wonderful as was the service. Highly recommend!!

Acai bowl was delicious. It was a little pricey but worth it. I absolutely loved that they had gluten free granola because most places don't cater to that need. And they sell it separately! Will definitely be back soon.

Went with the Fish Board option. Got Blackened Halibut with coleslaw and the garlic grits. The fish was excellent and I could have had a bucket full of the grits they were so good.
