Went here based off social media recommendations and online reviews, after all, it’s rare to find Celiac safe fast food options. We ordered a few items, the mozzarella sticks were my absolute favorite, a must! Hubby said the burger was good (and he’s not Celiac), so that’s a plus. I also ate some of the chicken sandwich (was pretty good, I’ve had better, a mediocre GF bun) and the fried pickles were decent. Definitely worth going for the experience but get the mozzarella sticks. Nice to not worry about getting sick - dedicated GF facility.

Firstly- it is just wonderful to have a place that has gluten free fried food. A real treat for those of us with celiac disease. Secondly, my husband loved his regular (not GF) chicken tenders salad. It was huge and he said the chicken was delicious. Lastly, I wish I could rate the GF food higher. I had the 4 piece chicken tenders meal with coleslaw as my side. The coleslaw was fresh, but very basic. It would be better with more zing- maybe just more vinegar? The chicken was hot, crispy, moist and tender and the tenders were big. I could eat only two of them. But again the flavor was a bit underwhelming. The GF flour coating needs to be seasoned with far more spices. The standard mixture of seasonings for fried chicken is paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano and cayenne along with salt and pepper. I did not taste anything but salt and pepper. Please consider adjusting the recipe. Overall, pretty good but it could be better.

Came in here for the first time and I am blown away by everything. We took our two kids for a quick bite before tball practice expecting “fast food,” but ended up getting great, relatively healthy food fast.
The first thing that impressed me was the professionalism and attention to detail our server Sebastian had. He identified my wife’s egg and gluten allergy and took the level and care everyone should take but doesn’t. He also must’ve walked to and from the register 6 times during our meal to serve us the second food came out or assist.
I’ve never had this level of Service, quality, talent and care outside of a 5 star restaurant where I would be dropping many more dead presidents.
I plan to make this a regular thing. Great job Sebastian and staff !!!

I found out that the ‘meat’ is all made from pea protein. My Chick’n patty was delicious. The flavor and texture were excellent (I don’t normally eat meat substitutes, but was curious to try a lunch spot with vegan options.) My friend got the burger and said it was delicious. My only complaint would be that the burger juices can quickly turn the Gluten-Free bun into mush if not properly insulated. Perhaps putting lettuce under the patty to prevent the juices from pulverizing the bottom bun could help! Even still I will continue to order from this location!

I tried jersey mikes for the first time today. Not only was the food so good. The staff was also amazing. I have a gluten allergy and the way they handled their gluten free products is great. They change gloves and have a separate work station.
