Thoroughly enjoyed my donut, wonderful + friendly service - I do wish there was more of a range for GF but very grateful and impressed with the bounce and taste. Could barely tell the difference from when I could eat gluten! 💕
A cozy spot for food lovers that truly cares for the community, offering unique dishes and top-notch coffee in a welcoming atmosphere.

smack dab is one of my new favorite breakfast spots! staff was so kind and friendly which made the experience that much better. as a gluten free girly breakfast sandwiches are hard to find in the city and they have two different kinds of gluten free bread that is amazing!!! love that they are so gluten free and dietary restriction friendly. will def be on my regular rotation now :)
This spot is a gem for those seeking careful food prep, accommodating staff, and a design that suits both health-conscious diners and diverse diets.

I was looking forward to eating here after an overnight flight because I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and this place had a lot of really good reviews (both here & other sources) about being accommodating.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't like any of the previous reviews. The person asked if I actually have celiac, which was encouraging, but otherwise didn't seem to care and wasn't willing to take any additional precautions that others have reported (glove changing, etc.). I was hangry, and even though ORD is notorious for its lack of GF food options (it's embarrassing for an airport of this size), I didn't want to give them my business after that interaction. Hopefully I just got unlucky with who happened to be working at the time but still rather disappointing.
So, if you're looking for GF options while passing through ORD, I'd still give this place a try, just know that it's not a slam dunk and you might have to go elsewhere.
Experience a vibrant, customizable Asian fusion spot with fresh ingredients, eye-catching bowls, and a minimalist vibe perfect for sharing on social media!

BIBIBOP is by far my favorite restaurant. I Am gluten-free and egg free and I love everything that they serve. The way they prepare the avocado, is the best I've ever tasted. When they introduced the crispy chicken, things even got better.
If your after a really good, quick, counter-service Mediterranean bowl or falafel that is healthy and much better than garbage fast food, this is a great place.
Lots of gluten free options including a pita bread. The food was fresh, the hummus tasty, and sauces flavorful (tahini my fav). Lots of yummy rainbow veggie spectrum sides. We will go back often when looking for something fast and delicious.
Update 6/12/23: We are here at least once a week!
This vibrant plant-based spot serves up amazing comfort food in a welcoming atmosphere perfect for casual hangs or date nights.

More than half the menu is gluten free. They use separate fryers and prep space for the gluten free items. Everything is vegan. Soy free options too. Very yummy!!

Friendly staff, but a small (and generic) brunch order for a celiac party took 2 full hours. Safe food, but the wait was too much. Do not recommend blintzes unless you appreciate taking shots of vanilla extract (overwhelming in the filling).
Get ready for tasty burgers and shakes, plus a lively atmosphere just steps from the arena—perfect for a quick pre-show bite!

Not having been to Au Cheval yet, it’s hard to compare Small Cheval to its predecessor. With that being said, we still tackled Small Cheval.
It’s a fast casual restaurant with a few items on their menu: cheeseburger, burger, grilled cheese, chicken tenders or chicken sandwich. They also have a smashburger, but why?
I ordered the cheeseburger and my wife got the chicken sandwich (on the recommendation of our cashier/server). You can get fries or truffle fries (don’t hold me to that, I just don’t recall).
The fries are large enough for two people. I’m a cheese fry guy. The don’t really have cheese fries but you can get a cheese sauce cup on the side. It was okay, nothing spacing. For the chicken tenders/sandwich, they have a bunch of sauces to choose from. My wife had the buffalo sauce and said it was pretty good.
As for the burger. It was good. I asked for it medium rare and it was cooked that way. The bun held up so well, that I wish there was less of it. It’s very bready (see thick). It was made to order which was nice. It was a good burger overall.
The chicken sandwich was delicious! It was a thick, juicy breast lightly fried. And the fried chicken is gluten free. I’m not sure if they have a gluten free bun, but they were proud to tell me the fried chicken is gluten free.
They have fountain drinks (just go up and ask for refills). They also serve alcohol, but is a limited list. They even have alcohol to mix in the ice cream.
They also have soft serve, shakes, and concrete mixers (like Dairy Queen’s blizzards). My wife got a soft serve vanilla cone and I got their banana cream pie concrete mixer. Their soft serve is a mix between DQ and gelato. It’s very smooth, creamy, and refreshing.
The banana cream pie mixer was really, really good. However, you did have to get through half a small drink size cup to get to the banana cream pie part, but it was good and very filling and easily can be shared.
Lastly, the staff was very friendly and helpful giving you their thoughts on what to order.
Overall, if you’re looking for a good burger, chicken sandwich and some good ice cream, you certainly can’t go wrong with Small Cheval.
Enjoy a spacious patio that's perfect for hanging out with your pup while savoring great meals in a lively atmosphere.

Why say you offer gluten free options and have educated staff, when all I can eat here as a person with Celiac Disease is a soggy burger and flavorless mashed potatoes? Why did the cashier roll her eyes when we ordered? Why did we get attitude for ordering food with allergy alerts? Fix it.
Expect a range of tasty pizza options, from thin crust to hearty mega sizes, with fresh ingredients and awesome flavor combos!

Staff friendly and helpful. Gluten free pizza is great, not Udis garbage. Always fresh ingredients you pick for your pizza or order one of their own pizzas.
With speedy service and a focus on satisfying combinations, this spot is a go-to for delicious beef and burger lovers.

I’m a big fan of Buona Beef’s beef, combo, and burgers. I actually like the burgers better here than Portillos. It’s a plus that it’s fast casual food that’s also gluten free friendly.

A little slower than most I've been too but quality was there and they did care about gluten free eaters
Always delicious food. Happy they have gluten free and dairy free options for my daughters allergies. Thanks for making it easy and super quick service.

Can't knock them. I typically do not like these types of concepts, to make your own bowl or whatnot, but hat being said, meats are juicy and flavorful. The selection of toppings was fresh, and sauces plenty. Their gluten free pita has changed since it was more rice-based. It is now an excellent gf pita and one I would definitely question if served to me without knowing. I also like their teas and the ability to mix.
This spot consistently impresses with its quality offerings and standout attention to detail that keeps customers coming back for more.

Out of the Culver's u have been to, across the country, which not one was not good. This one is my favorite. They went out of their way to let me know the cheese sauce is not gluten-free. Good to know!!

➡️Being gluten-free and dairy-free means that MOD Pizza is one of the few places that I can have pizza! And it’s wonderful!

My favorite thing about roti is how clean the food tastes. I get the chicken bowl with saffron rice. And it never disappoints. The gluten free pitas are surprisingly good.
The place is always clean when we come in. Parking is free and plentiful.
My kids love the fruit punch drink and falafel.
We come here about 1-2 times per month.
They seem to have issues with condiments when ordering a gluten free bun. Instead of throwing a catsup/mustard/mayo packet in the bag, they don't add the condiment since they don't touch the bun.
I like their food generally though.
A clean spot with custom options and a heart for community, making each visit delicious and impactful!

Accommodating to different dietary restrictions, and very friendly service. Very clean restaurant, and food tastes great! Pictured is my pizza with a gluten friendly crust.
They have the best gluten free pizzas! They now offer deep dish and Detroit style as well as their traditional gf crust. My favorite is the deep
Dish. Excellent sauce flavor as well! Can’t recommend enough.
