Had an absolutely amazing time here with delicious food and great service! My mum is coeliac and it's so hard to find places that take the proper precautions when dealing with gluten free food, but the staff were beautiful and went above and beyond to make sure her meal was safe, as well as having a variety of foods available. Great service and friendly staff. Kitchen is great with diet needs eg Dairy or gluten free. They are happy to be pleasant and personal even with a difficult dietary restrictions order and an event on outside. The accommodation is pleasant and the amenities clean and attractive. The shower was terriffic by I might have been biased having had camp showers for the last 2 weeks! All in all a great experience

Lots of olde worlde ambience, snugs and fireplaces, yet the ‘standard queen’ bedroom and ensuite have been renovated to a good modern size and standard. The bed was very comfortable, all the linen was good quality and everything was clean.
We enjoyed the garden, relaxing on the verandah and listening to the cicadas. The full breakfast buffet was a great start to the day and thoughtfully stocked with vegan and gluten-free products such as coconut yoghurt and dairy-free butter.
The service from the staff and trainees was exemplary - kind, caring and attentive. It is impressive that Etico is a social enterprise supporting young disadvantaged people with training, employment and accommodation. A laudable concept that deserves support.

We weren't sure what would be in stall for us at this hotel but the BHP was super modern (obviously new) and it's menu reflected this. We had the STONEGRILL eye fillet which was delicious and a bit of fun cooking having to cook our own meat on a heated stone. We also had the pumpkin and beetroot salad which was well made and balanced - this salad was also gluten free, vegan and vegetarian.
