I dine in and order take out from here religiously. The food is consistently really good and they are so extremely careful with allergies. I have celiac disease and I never worry about eating here. The staff are always kind and helpful. My take out orders always arrive hot and well packaged. I really appreciate this business and all their efforts to be truly gluten free. This is one of the first places I’ve had gluten-free Chinese food, and it reminds me of my childhood when my parents would treat me to (regular) Chinese food before I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Both my mom and I have celiac disease and have eaten here with confidence, as they have separate fryers to keep you safe. The ginger beef, sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork, and dumplings are my favourites (I couldn’t pick just one 🙊), and I’ve come here time and time again. AND- If you’re in for a crazy time, I recommend dining in after a late night out on the town (I won’t spoil the surprise but let me tell you, it’s unlike any dining experience I’ve ever had before and was unforgettable…).

I can't say enough good things about Howie's Pizza. The food, service and overall quality is amazing. My girlfriend and I love ordering from here because not only is every single pizza we've tried incredible, but we love getting the half-baked pizzas on the way home from work, AND the gluten free crusts are also by far the best we've had in the city. We have so many faves, and can't wait to try them all.

Gluten free baking. The sub buns are my number one reason for going here but the baguette I bought today made three really amazing sandwiches. I highly suggest going here and helping to support this thriving little business. I also ate a cinnamon bun, it was decent.

Went to this place for brunch for the first time and had 3 amazing things to note. 1) the coconut chai was to die for and I would return just for that drink alone. 2) the vegan eggs Benedict on falafel was so perfectly savoury and delicious, as someone eating vegan and gluten free, I haven’t had something that covers my dietary restrictions taste so good in a long time. 3) the portion sizes!!! The quesadilla my family had was enormous, the side salads were huge! Amazing to have leftovers for later and even though we ate a lot, we didn’t feel gross after (which we often do with other places) because the ingredients were so clean. The staff were so kind and the restaurant gives cute earthy vibes. Hands down will be going back! (Wish we got photos to share!)

A staple every time I go to Calgary. As a celiac I feel so safe here, staff always take time to make sure I understand what I can/cannot eat. I would say about 80 percent of the menu can be made gluten free including the fried chicken. It’s great to be able to share with friends and not sacrifice taste. Could not recommend more.

Great little place. Warm, bright, and inviting. Gluten free options - tater tots are gf but have fryer cross contamination, so breakfast sides you can sub gf bread and have a side salad, fruit, tomatoes etc. Nice vegetarian options too!

Picked up a gluten free lunch today, $30 for 1 meal is kinda ridiculous. I got pasta with the burger and it was an added $8 up charge to get a small portion of gross pasta. The pasta was horrible, very clearly reheated (not well) and definitely a day or 2 old. I could have made Kraft dinner that tasted better than their barely reheated pasta. I don’t know if they changed chefs but their pasta used to be amazing. Very disappointing

I have dined in and had takeout many times and I have never been disappointed!! The service is always incredible and the food is always fresh and delicious. They even added gluten free Gyozas to the menu and they were so so so good!! 10/10 recommend.

Phenomenal experience. Chef Jason and team create spectacular and delightful works of art that leave you satisfied but still wanting more (because it tastes so damn good). Ordered a gluten - dairy free burger, so no cheese and they suggested ketchup as a dairy free sauce, so it ended up being the driest, tasteless, unnecessarily too spicy burger I've ever eaten. Fries were just okay also. They didn't have a hand disinfectant which in my opinion is a necessity when eating burgers with hands. Not coming back again, sorry.

Hands down my favourite pizza place ever. Pizza is consistently very good. One time it wasn’t very good because it had gotten soggy during delivery, but when I responded to their survey (that they send after every order) they gave me a free pizza. I have been ordering pizza from here for years. During this time I discovered that I am celiac and needed to switch to gluten-free crust. I have had gluten-free pizza from a few different places and most of the time it’s highly disappointing, but Bow Tie’s gluten-free crust is super good! Almost as good as the gluten laced crust that I love and miss so much! The toppings are always excellent too! If you are ever disappointed with anything, just tell them and they will make it right. A great business in every way in my experience!

Place is a cute, very small. I don't get the hype, must just be the location. The food, I'm sorry to say, is very bad! The chicken burger is advertised as a chicken breast. It comes as fatty chunks of dark meat and skin. Gross! The service is slow. The gluten free baking is nice. Overall needs a lot of improvement but there's potential.

I'm extremely pleased by the staff here. I had a food allergy I made my server aware of at the start. When they brought my meal, I had about .2 seconds to stare at it before another server swooped in and stole it back stating "Sorry this one isn't gluten free", and the manager appeared from the other side with the correct order. The whole switch out happened in less than 10 seconds. On top of that, there was no discernable difference to the appearance of the meals, to my eye anyways, so I'm even more impressed by how quick they noticed the wrong one had been presented first. Finally- it was Valentine's, and they were absolutely brutally packed and still managed to do all this with a smile. The food was great but it could have been awful at that point (as so many gluten free substitutions are anyways) and I still would have been amazed.

I'm so happy I got to finally try the food here. It is absolutely amazing and completely vegetarian/vegan! With most of the menu gluten free or gluten friendly as well! The staff/owners are so kind and attentive. Absolutely must try place for everyone! The meat won't be missed!

It's always a joy to dine in at Gus's and I can say personally that theur location next to the Foothills hospital has been a blessing to a LOT of people, especially hospital staff who want alternatives to hospital cafeteria food. My team loves planning team lunches at Gus's! I love how many different size options there are to the pizzas. A small is a perfect amount for 1 person! Also awesome that they have gluten free options. Their pizza crust is actually delicious. My favourite pizza is The California! I've tried a few others but I always go back to that favourite. The one in my photos is the pepperoni, bacon, peppers pizza (: Also want to mention the staff at Gus's have the brightest smiles and just radiate joy. They really want to ensure their customers leave with a smile on their face.

Excellent food and service. They were very accommodating and attentive to my toddler we brought with us. Almost the entire menu is gluten free. Best eggplant I've ever had. The garlic Naan bread was that great combo of fluffy but still crispy and well flavored. Paneer stir fry was very tasty. We skipped dessert but our mango lassi/moi during the meal was already a treat. Highly recommend it. Parking is a bit annoying with the small lot but we found a nearby side street to park on.
