Delicious celiac safe establishment with world class baked goods and crepes. Their almond and chocolate croissants are fantastic! The crepes were devine. The owners were present, extremely friendly and confirmed their food was celiac safe. I was diagnosed with celiac 8 months ago. In my prior life, an almond croissant with morning coffee was a favorite. This was my first gluten free croissant and it was the best one I’ve ever had…better than I remember. Please visit this cafe and enjoy everything on their menu. Bon appetite!

This shop carries a small but beautiful selection of desserts, all vegan and gluten-free. I had the chocolate and pear tart, at the recommendation of staff. It was tasty enough, though not the best of the GF desserts I've found in the city. Wouldn't recommend it for non-vegan/GF folks.

Had an incredible meal here. Server was welcoming and offered excellent recommendations from the all gluten-free menu. I had two small plates plus dessert and was absolutely stuffed. Chicken satay and pandan crème brûlée were highlights. This spot is best for smaller parties of 4 or less, and reservations recommended as it fills up quickly.

My mom has a gluten allergy, and this is one of the very few restaurants she trusts! Plus, the food is ABSOLUTELY delicious! Everything we’ve tried here has been amazing. I visited Wienstein & Gavino’s for my birthday and had a very enjoyable experience. The menu offers a wide range of choices including entrees, salads, mains, pasta, and pizzas, so there’s something for everyone. One of the nice touches was the unlimited bread served with olive oil, it was fresh and a great way to start the meal. I also appreciated the customizable pasta options, where you can choose from different types of pasta and sauces. It’s great that they also offer gluten-free alternatives. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, a solid choice for Italian food in the city and a place I’d be happy to return to.

We were at a nearby hotel and found this amazing spot. Nearly everything on the menu is/can be gluten free. We tried the arancini and the grilled cheese and fries. Everything was delicious. We sat at the bar and had excellent and attentive service. Don't pass up this gem.

Fantastic. I was in Montreal for 2 days and my group ended up going 3 times. Burgers are delicious, the milkshake is one of the best I've ever had, and according to my celiac friend the gluten free bun is the best he's ever had. Will definitely be stopping back next time I'm in town

I'm obsessed!! I'm not vegan nor am I gluten intolerant, but Sophie Sucree is still my bakery of choice! My colleagues and I order the surprise boxes from Sophie Sucree at least once a week, it's such a good deal and it's so fun to see what we'll get! Their almond croissant in particular are out of this world. You would never know it's vegan. And their brownie with ganache is to die for as well. I've never been to the bakery in person but I hope to pop by one day :) Thanks Sophie Sucree!

French after It’s a staple for my friends and I. My girlfriend and I read about it being recommended for celiac individuals. I’ve been ordering 4 times now and it’s plain sod:stellar, it’s the best, fish is good, variety and safety. It’s become our habit. If you want the best sushi, I call Tori Tora. My girlfriend and I had heard about it for people with celiac disease and it really is THE best option for variety, quality and gluten-free safety.

Went out with our family on a busy summer Saturday night; our server Gabriel met all of our expectations service-wise including the fact that one of us was celiac! Happy with the quality of the food and the way our steaks were done, everything without mentioning our many special demands for our dishes were executed. Place looks nice enough, and the food was tasty but slow service. The very unfortunate part was we chose this place because they offer gluten-free pizza and my wife ordered that, specifically telling the waiter that she is allergic to gluten. Our food came, she ate some and noticed it tasted too good, and of course was gluten. We asked for the food to be packed up so we could leave as once my wife eats gluten, the clock starts ticking until she will be quite ill. We were billed for everything at full price, even the wine we didn't have time to drink. If we weren't in such a rush to get her to a comfortable place to recover, I'd have pursued the issue further. Unfortunately, this was just unavoidable, and also unresolved.

First time here, me and my husband are very satisfied. The food is good, the atmosphere calm and cozy, you can feel the good vibes. The service kind, smiley and fast. The thing that I love the most is that is animal friendly, so you can seat outside and enjoy your meal with your lil friend 😊❤️ This morning we chose a sweet breakfast with a soft and buttery choco cookie, a nice almond cappuccino, a choco banana french toast and an amazing sweet mountain of fresh fruits. What a joy to come here, the decor is unique, you feel you are in a tent in the Sahara desert. The food is excellent, couscous that is flavorful and delicious, and as an added bonus, everything is gluten free! The owner Atigh is a gem, a great person with a kind heart. One of the best brunch places in Montreal! Accessible prices, gluten-free version available without problem for celiacs, and excellent food with copious dishes!! Special mention for the scrambled tofu, the Greek, the full vegetables, the asparagus Benedictines and the red juice that I take every time! In short, a treat, a warm and friendly atmosphere. My partner and I went here for dinner tonight and I got to say it was an amazing experience. I got the gluten free margarita pizza and it was amazing. The dough is made fresh and the sauce is beautifully flavored. Our waitress was on top of it. She was great at her job. The creme brulee was also gluten free so it was a nice way to end the meal.

Loved my experience here! The portion sizes are quite generous and the food is delicious, with a variety of vegan and gluten free options. However, the service was quite slow. I don't know if it was due to the volume of people in the restaurant or being understaffed but waited quite a while for our order to be taken.

It was good nothing more. I expected more. Maybe my expectations were too high, hence my “disappointment”. I put it in quotation marks because the word is a bit strong. Let's get this straight, it was super good but unfortunately the cream sugar sauce was grainy and the presentation was average. You should know that I took the gluten-free bread so that takes away a little charm. Overall I'm satisfied but it wasn't WOW.

Enjoyed delicious breakfasts here a couple of times and decided to try their lunches today. What an amazing surprise to discover their range of gluten-free options. Not just, remove stuff from your plate, but gluten-free burger buns (+$4) or lettuce wrap (+$2), gluten free pizza crust (10 in) and pasta (+$5), as well as a server who was knowledgeable enough to let us know that the BBQ sauce on the ribs had gluten and offer to serve it without. Also, to top it off, there was a gf dessert option!!!! So nice to be able to eat out with my family again and actually have a choice!

Gluten Free fish & chips! Delicious! (It isn't listed on the menu so you have to ask. You can have the gluten-free batter with your choice of three different fishes. We got the salmon and it was fantastic.)

Pasta made fresh at the restaurant and the quality was outstanding in my opinion. I absolutely loved what I got: gnocchi with mozzarella and tomatoes in a pesto sauce. Cute space and really easy to hear each other talk even though there was music. The pizza looked good but none of us tried it, I like that there were cauliflower crust options and other gluten free options too if you need that. Also lots of veg options. We were served toasted bread and olives with oil and balsamic to start and they were perfect. I definitely recommend this place and especially before all those new condo developments bring in tons more people. We had two cars and were able to park right in front on a Saturday night.

Delicious food and drinks! We went for the MTL à table menu, and everything was great. Approved by my non vegan friends. Also, plenty of gluten-free options. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, especially at night, but the restaurant itself has a great ambiance!

El Pastaman lives up to its name. During our three-day stay in Montréal, we ate here the last two nights. My girlfriend suffers from coeliac disease, which is why we are always on the lookout for gluten-free options. El Pastaman offers gluten-free pasta. The pasta sauces are also gluten-free. I ate the "El Transparente" pasta with normal spaghetti. I have never eaten a better carbonara in my life. The sauce was perfectly balanced. The spaghetti was topped with crispy bacon, juicy pancetta, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spring onions and sprinkled with parmesan. It was real soul food. The taste is 1A. My girlfriend also liked it. On the second evening, I tried the spaghetti bolognese (El Rosso). This was also delicious, but couldn't even begin to compete with the delicious carbonara. Our recommendation is therefore: try the carbonara. The restaurant itself offers plenty of seating. You can come by without a reservation, which we really liked. However, the ambience was not the nicest (fans were running, electronic music was playing in the seating area and pop music in the kitchen - very confusing). But we would still eat here again at any time.

Our group ordered pizza, pasta, and some gluten free items. The ambience is cozy groovy and classy, and the service was good! However, the star of the night was lacklustre. A common thread among us was that the food was bland, lacking seasoning and salt. A bolognese dish tasted purely of tomato, with very little meat. The carbonara, though perfectly cooked, lacked richness and flavour. Finally, the pizzas were both confusing and disappointing. The crusts are not the dough one might expect but rather a large pita bread. The result is an unfulfilling pizza cracker. For the price, many of us expressed feeling hungry even though we had had entrees as well as our main dishes, but we were unwilling to buy more. The portions are rather small. Also for some reason they kept increasing the music volume as the night got quieter which was headache-enducing. I must stress that the staff were wonderful and the service was good. I also commend their gluten free menu and their care to provide options for people with Celiac’s.
