We had an amazing afternoon tea - the sandwiches were fresh and delicious with lovely tea, scones and cakes too. My friend who is coeliac was fully catered for with gluten-free sandwiches, scones and cakes. A lovely environment with great service - will definitely return.

Loved the Sunday roast. They were easily able to make it gluten free by removing the yorkshire pudding and switching to vegetarian gravy which was very delicious. They also have good cider on tap!

We dined here on Sunday. Gobsmacked at how they dealt with allergies. We were given gluten food when clearly stated we were allergic to it, had our eyes rolled at when we said that you couldn’t just ‘replace the bread’, the entire meal was contaminated and we needed a new one. Emailed their reception and 26h later still haven’t heard back. Coeliacs, avoid at all costs. Nut allergies would also suggest avoiding.

Cannot praise this place enough, especially for their friendly and helpful staff. A big shout-out to Julia who helped us with a tricky booking and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - thank you so much! It set the tone for our holiday and made us feel so welcome. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - in a quiet street yet only a one minute walk to St James Park station and in easy walking distance of the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Downing Street, St James Park, Buckingham Palace and many other sights. It has a lounge area behind reception which offers free tea/coffee/water all day and is a cosy place to get together. Unless you're travelling on a budget, I would recommend booking the larger rooms (for 2 people) as they're just more comfortable. Ours had natural light which was nice,- note that you cannot open the windows. Thankfully the air con worked really well (though one was losing a bit of water) and the bed was comfy. The breakfast is such a good deal at £6! It could be more varied but at this price you really can't complain and it still beat some other hotel breakfasts. Gluten free options were available on request. Best bit when you're travelling with teenagers: you can order reasonably priced pizza in the lounge 24/7 - amazing! I would 100% recommend and visit again when we're in London! Thanks to the entire team for their hospitality and kindness.

We stayed for 1 night, excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway station, good range of shops and restaurants. The room was spotless and as usual the beds very comfy. Lakshmi is THE MOST ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL member of staff I’ve ever known in any Premier Inn, or hotel. My daughter is gluten free, she brought freshly washed cutlery and had her breakfast specially cooked for her. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

Gluten-free availability for breakfast, is poor for cold to non-existent for hot breakfast, however the staff did go above and beyond to try and accommodate and help me have something. Batteries in the remote did not work they were dead upon arrival. Rang down to reception who advised someone would be up to sort. I had fallen asleep, and my teenage son waited until 1am for someone to come. No one came? Disappointing. However, staff when face to face with any issues were fabulous.
