We had gone to a different place but it wasn’t opened but then we spotted this place was opened so we went here instead - so glad we did. It smelt great from the outside and it was very cosy inside. We were welcomed by someone friendly and sat at a nice table in the window. The menu had a lot of variety and choice. Including vegetarian, gluten free, and low spice options. The person serving us was very attentive and kind. We were not too sure what something was so she got a little dish of spice from the kitchen for us. I ordered a dish I had never had before and it was so tasty and delicious! We were all asked for the spice level that we wanted and our dishes really felt like they were made for us. There was also complimentary popadoms with sauce. We enjoyed the experience and will be back! Great service.

Just went to Naan n Curry with my girlfriend. The food was tasty, the Naan portions were generous and overall it was a good deal for our money. More importantly, we've had challenges finding good food in HRM because of her dairy allergy. The menu at Naan N curry specifically mentions if the option is gluten free, vegan or dairy free. Very happy with our experience and will be back

Friendly and caring people. For medical reasons, I can't consume gluten. Complicated as I'm vegetarian too. And as much as I love Indian food, I can't have anything too spicy. Our server was wonderfully understanding and concerned to ensure they accommodate my dietary need. I asked for the food to cater to the gentle taste of a 5 year old! And they did just that ... the food was delicious. Although my wife and I live out of Province, we will be back. For folks fortunate enough to live in Halifax and area, ensure to schedule a visit to Twist of India!

Don't expect any high-budget frills, but do expect really good food. The service is friendly and helpful, so if you don't already know Indian food, you can still get the right dish for you. I'm celiac, so their knowledge of gluten is important. I feel comfortable eating here without putting myself in danger of cross-contamination.

Amazing food. Great variety with delicious flavors. We had about 6 dishes and they all had unique taste and good spice. Excellent gluten free selection. Great for groups or a date night. Can’t wait to return.
