A vibrant spot in the center that fuses a welcoming atmosphere with diverse options, though be ready for a bit of a wait for your order.

Well-kept place, excellent quality of ingredients and suggestions for combinations with different flavors than usual: decidedly appetizing, with a wide vegan or gluten free choice. The choice to leave the kitchen exposed in a room suitable for lunches, dinners or aperitifs is appreciable and reassuring. Young, friendly, attentive and correct communication staff: one of the things I appreciated most. Well done, we'll be back
A charming spot with a cozy vibe, featuring top-notch pastries, delightful decor, and a relaxing atmosphere for a sweet break.

The new location is less central but absolutely more accessible and spacious, with some tables inside and outside that allow bar service. But above all, those who are gluten or lactose intolerant will find a wide choice of products, from bread to pastries, which offer taste, flavors and quality that are absolutely not to be taken for granted.
This spot features a vibrant atmosphere with a diverse menu, offering unique pizza styles and a lovely terrace for dining.

Not suitable for celiacs.
Although we have gluten-free options, they are not suitable for celiacs. The pizza is cooked in the same oven as the normal one (so gluten-free is not, as far as I'm concerned, a sign of little sensitivity/knowledge on the subject). I had a grilled steak with grilled vegetables that I had been told was ok even for contamination, but I was sick all night.
For non-celiacs: the other guests were satisfied.
A charming spot near the theater with a cozy vibe, changing menus, and a delightful blend of regional flavors that feels like home.

Delicious, very garnished pizzas.
You can have all the pizzas on the menu gluten-free and the dough is excellent.

Amazing food! One of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. Really accommodating and made me a gluten free pasta with an amazing truffle and strattchino sauce and mushrooms. Only downside was in a bit of a trafficky area -not very quiet or atmospheric though. Would definitely come back :))
Experience a stunning B&B with beautiful rooms and a lovely garden, perfect for a peaceful getaway near Trieste’s attractions.

The food was good, I can't say the same about the service. Sunday in June, 6 people, one of whom has celiac disease. Since the various sites indicate "gluten-free options" we ask the waiter Sasha who tells us that he has recently been hired and that he doesn't know about gluten-free dishes, he then calls the owner who begins: "if the previous owner had been there he would have given you invited to go to another place", none of the diners laughed, then continued by saying that many dishes were gluten-free.
I repeat, good food, gluten-free options present, normal portions as well as the price. The attitude needs to be reviewed. I understand wanting to be nice, but not to be nice to customers.
Enjoy stunning waterfront views while savoring some of the best pizzas in Italy, made with fresh ingredients and homemade dough.

Here you can sit right on Trieste's waterfront and have a simply delicious meal. I ate one of the best pizzas in Italy here. The ingredients are fresh and particularly tasty. It should also be emphasized that there are gluten- and lactose-free pizzas here that taste outstanding: their dough is of course homemade and just as delicious as the wheat base. An absolute recommendation for allergy sufferers. The white house wine is also very harmonious - a poem. The waiters are warm and accommodating.
