A super quirky place!! The decor is really cool! At first, it took us a while to understand the system, but then it was great! My little one is celiac and was able to eat without any problems because they understand cross-contamination! Something that doesn't happen very often around here. I also got a vegan okonimiyaki, which was delicious. They come in two sizes: M and L. Despite ordering M, we couldn't finish them, but they're prepared. There are trays where you can get as many containers as you need, and a bag to carry it in. The experience was very pleasant.

Amazing! Amazing! Lovely staff and a cosy little cafe. We arrived late in the day, 5.30 (close at 6pm) and they accommodated us for a quick dessert. They had sold out of their rice flour bread so couldn’t get the sandwiches. Highly recommend.

The most fun restaurant I have ever visited! It's basically a one-man band, with the owner doing pretty much everything: cooking, serving, cleaning and dealing with customers. The restaurant is a minimalist's nightmare, but it actually has its charm, with a lot of handmade decorations and jokes all over. The food was pretty tasty, with a fair variety of okonomiyaki, and there were plenty of gluten-free options, so it's good for celiacs. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food, and the experience. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in town.

i loved eating here so much i came back the next day. incredible gluten free cafe with great coffee and veggie options. the french toast was the best i have ever had. and the folks working were incredibly kind and helpful. the space itself was very cute and calming. i loved the egg sandwich.

All of the carefully prepared dishes were delicious! The gluten-free pasta was well-flavored, the dashi soy sauce had a mild taste, and the salmon pasta had a nice yuzu flavor. The soy milk amazake soft serve ice cream was mellow and not at all heavy, and went really well with the strong espresso.

I always come here when I come to Osaka. I don't know how many times I've been there. It's easy for even an old man to enter by himself. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The location is in the middle of nowhere, but it's worth coming just for this shop. I tried almost everything on the menu, but on this day I ordered the power bowl and soup set for 1,580 yen. It's a little pricey, but it really fills you up. It's loaded with vegetables and almost gluten-free. After eating, I noticed the seasonal menu posted on the wall. Brown rice risotto set! I should have done this! ! I will go again.

Excellent gluten free vegan curry (I was too busy enjoying it to take photos) and drink! I got the takeaway curry in a cup - It was perfect! All gluten free, well labeled menu with pictures and friendly service. Definitely recommend this one 🙂

Honestly, the tacos were up there with the best tacos I’ve ever had. We are both gluten free and dairy free and the staff accommodated us so well. The atmosphere and vibe was top notch, and the staff & chef are SO lovely. I would love to come back here with friends, it’s got such a fun vibe. It’s small which makes it feel even more special. We didn’t have any drinks, but we saw they have great quality tequila & good selection of drinks. Great value for money, good portion sizes & excellent experience all round.

Amazing! So happy to have a delicious meal that is authentic Japanese curry and gluten free. He offers chicken , beef , vegan and vegetarian options. Small menu about 6 seats the owner was born in this exact building. It’s as authentic as it gets. Worth the trip off the beaten path.

Healthy supermarket. You can buy anything with confidence. Some vegetables are surprisingly cheap. I also like gluten-free bean noodles. I bought dashi rolls from the side dish corner and went home. The dashi rolls were delicious and had no weird ingredients in them.

I've always wanted to try this rare restaurant that serves gluten-free pasta and pizza! Just to be sure, I made a reservation on Hot Pepper Gourmet and went there! I wanted to have both, so I went for the Koga Lunch☀🍴 This is also great value for money! 2,200 yen including tax👛 First, choose soup or salad. Then choose pasta or omelet rice for the main course. You can choose from all the types of pasta on the menu! The pizza is just the right half size, and you can choose one from three types! I'm happy that it's my favorite crispy type pizza👍 I couldn't decide, so I chose a creamy pasta. Of course, I chose gluten-free noodles! (They also have regular wheat pasta) Dessert & drink (coffee or tea) are also included. ! You can also get rice flour roll cakes at Betsubara☺️ I enjoyed the authentic pasta😋 It was my first time here and the owner was quiet, so I was a little nervous, but I think he's a real craftsman (lol) There are two parking spaces in front of the store and another one, so if the one in front of the store is full, please ask there☺️ There are so many types that I'm interested in trying different flavors of pasta, so next time I'd like to take my mother, who is also trying a gluten-free diet🥰 When I get there, I'll buy some rice flour bread to take home! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal😋

We tried the "Have a Good Day Plate", along with the avocado toast with gluten free bread. French toast, and Petit Gateau, also gluten free and dairy free. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were well-balanced. However, the Petit Gateau could have been slightly less baked to achieve that perfect melted chocolate center. Overall, a great spot for a delicious and visually appealing breakfast in Osaka with a lovely view.

Idk why it’s michelin guide, it’s pretty straightforward okonomiyaki, the yam one is nice for someone who is gluten free. I wouldn’t wait more than 10 minutes. The service seems like they don’t want to be there. We sat on the second floor, the chefs don’t cook in front of you like on the first floor, someone brings it to your table and cooks it for you unenthusiastically. The room is bare, nothing on the tables, you have to order everything in line and can’t add more once sitting down. I don’t recommend it, Chibo Okonomiyaki is much better and you have more selection of drinks, and the condiments are on your table. For example I like adding more bonito flakes but there was no option here.

Kura sushi chain is great! They have an allergen menu online that you can use to guide you and order directly from the screen. It can be a but difficult to navigate getting a table but its yummy and really affordable. There are also a lot of locations so it became a good backup option to have while travelling.

Friendly people. Gluten-free options! Had a choice of three different soups. I've had two that were tasty. Not spectacular... but if you fancy a snack or lunch, highly recommended. Also check out the other branches! There are several in Osaka. But also in Tokyo, among others!

You’ll never have beef like this! What an experience - if you’ve never had A5 beef before it’s a great way to start. You pay for the experience but it’s absolutely worth it. Our private chef was Ishikawa and he was so friendly and cooked our beef perfectly. They catered very easily and well for my coeliac husband. Worth every penny!

I've been there several times during lunch time. I love this restaurant because it's reasonably priced, delicious, and has a great atmosphere! Best of all, they have gluten-free noodles, which is helpful (I have a mild wheat allergy). This is one of those stores that would be in trouble if it disappeared. We also recommend the dessert cake! Great for lunch with friends or by yourself.

After visiting Osaka’s Castle, I went there. I ate a poke bowl and an açai bowl. The staff was really nice and help me to make my own gluten free bowl. They checked the ingredients. I enjoyed breakfast at around 6:50am on a weekday at Dining & Bar LAVAROCK on the 3rd floor of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, located right next to JR Shin-Osaka Station. This restaurant is near Shin-Osaka Station, and even non-guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet (all-you-can-eat breakfast) from 6am to 10am for 3,900 yen including tax, which is great. Reservations are not accepted, so you can use it freely without making a reservation. The restaurant is very bright, spacious, and clean, with about 100 seats. You can choose your seat at any time, and I chose a seat by the window at the back of the restaurant. There are newspapers such as the Nikkei newspaper near the entrance, so you can read them freely. The restaurant was playing quiet, calming Western music in the background. As for food, salads, bread, fruit, Japanese food, and drinks, you can eat and drink as much as you like. 📍Delicious rice flour cake rolls that go beyond traditional cake rolls📍 JPY1944 Mango Rice Flour Cake Roll Seasonal Limited ❤️Different from cake rolls with a solid texture, the Japanese-style cake rolls here are as fluffy, moist and melt-in-the-mouth as sponge cakes. They are paired with smooth animal-based whipped cream and are delicious! 👉🏻I can’t tell it’s a gluten-free dessert. Even better than the usual cake rolls made with flour. 👉🏻After I finished eating and looked at the ingredients, I realized that it was a gluten-free dessert made with 100% Koshihikari rice flour produced in Niigata Prefecture! ❤️‍🩹The fruit filling in the cake roll, the mango is not very sweet ❤️‍🩹I also bought another fruit and cheese cup dessert in a glass, which is not bad but very ordinary. It just tastes like a bunch of fruit + jelly + yogurt. 🌟Refrigerate below 10 degrees Summary ✨The rice flour cake roll is many times more delicious than the dessert in the glass.
