Plant Matter Kitchen is such a wonderful place to enjoy healthier, delicious options. Everything on the menu is vegan, and most items are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free, which I really appreciate. One of my absolute favourite desserts is their blueberry cheesecake—so creamy and flavourful, you’d never guess it’s vegan and gluten-free. Their chocolate cake is just as divine—rich, moist, and totally indulgent. Truly a slice of heaven! The presentation is always so beautiful. The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the staff, especially the waitresses, are always so friendly and lovely. It’s a spot I keep coming back to, and I always leave feeling satisfied and happy.

The best food, service and atmosphere really. Gluten-free AND vegan options? My husband is very happy! I couldn't decide which type of pizza to get because they all look delicious so they let me get half and half--- BBQ Chicken pizza and Renaissance. They were both soo delicious in their own way. We also had their Caesar salad and homemade cookies (which were pure chocolately, marshmallowy, cinnamony goodness 🍪). Wow! I wish we lived closer, we would be there every weekend.

I can't stress enough how nice it is to finally have a spot to order yummy gluten-free comfort food from on those days you don't feel like cooking and/or crave cheesy deep-fried fare. When you're celiac, ordering in becomes a huge hassle and is usually a bit scary, as I will often feel unwell afterwards. Not only was the food we ordered totally delicious, I felt wonderful after eating it! Hit the spot, and my chef-husband was completely mind-boggled by the vegan wings, as they are so texturally close to real wings! I will absolutely order here again, as the menu looks great! Only suggestion I had was that the gluten-free Caesar was tempting, I just wish it had a crunchy element to replace the missing crouton... I would have ordered it, if so. The routine and veg wings were so yum though! Thanks for existing!😀

Food is amazing here. Many options for different meats. Gluten free buns are available. Shakes are massive and kids love them. Service is a little slow so give yourself some time, but well worth it.

Just ate here with two of my friends as we treated ourselves for mother's day! All I can say is that Sav and Sydney were absolutely amazing! They accommodated allergies, gluten free, and anything we asked with no problems at all. They were both so personable and really made our stay here amazing. Was stuck in London for over 10days with a child in the hospital and a wife with gluten allergies. Discovered crabby joes and ate there 6 nights (take out and dine in). The quinoa bowl was relished each night by my wife and I enjoyed a number of other meals. Highly recommend for great food, friendly atmosphere and great service.

Our usually place to order pizza since my husband and I are celiac. We always specify over the phone. Last night we were glutened. Our cauliflower crust pizza ended up being a regular crusted pizza. Needless to say we both ended the night with our heads in the toilet. We won't be going back.

Stopped by the farmer’s market before a nearby appointment and was happy to see a gluten free option. I grabbed a spinach and feta scone to eat while I walked around and it was the best gluten free scone I’ve ever had - so moist and flavourful. I picked up a cheese loaf and it sliced up beautifully and has made for great sandwiches. The cinnamon bun was a real treat too. Highly recommend!

Food is excellent. Loved the Malagapudi Masala Dosa. Please ask for Gluten free Dosa If you want avoid flour as it used in all commercial dosas. Requested the management to indicate the same on the menu clearly. Else, the place is a South Indian delight. Been eating here everyday.

great service they told us about gluten in a certain dish we ordered and offered a gluten free option that was delicious. we also forgot our take out boxes at the restaurant and they offered to remake the dishes again since they had thrown it out already. very good service and would definitely reccomend

Ok these two small pizzas were $43 dollars… one is gluten free…. The other cheese…. I give both pizzas a solid 6.5/10 for the price I was excepting to be wowed and they weren’t great.

The food tasted good BUT there was hardly any of it (think appetizer portion), so I won’t return…paying $40 for ONE tiny little lamb chop cut into 3 pieces is absolutely ridiculous. I would have paid $50-$55 for a proper portion of 3 chops, but they chose to charge $40 for ONE chop. In addition, asking to hold the deep fried onion fritters (due to a gluten dietary restriction) and add a side salad instead costs an extra $3.50?? Really??? What the actual heck. I still need to go somewhere else to eat and I’m out $130 (including a pretty good bottle of wine.)

I am gluten allergic and since this place gives gluten free burgers, I decided to go there. The owner (Amar Vazirani) was the one who made my order and didn’t wear gloves! How unhygienic can someone be!! Very bad place to dine in. So disappointed. He makes milk shakes without gloves too! It’s disgusting!

I love their soups. I am gluten free, so having multiple options is a treat. I have tried many of their soups and have never been disappointed. I moved to Kitchener and every time someone I know is back in London I get them to pick me up a bulk order to freeze. We take advantage of your Kids Cards every year which makes Boston Pizza the most affordable restaurant for family dining. The staff are always so friendly and great with kids. I’ve heard about Turtle Jacks on my favourite radio station time and time again. This piqued my interest… enough that I finally went today. Their menu houses sharables, soups and salads, handhelds, burgers, bowls (e.g., tuna poke), wings and ribs, steaks, and mains. In addition, there is a menu dedicated just to steaks, a gluten-free menu, and a vegetarian menu. I got the Whipped Feta shareable as an appetizer. The feta came garnished with nuts. Naan came with it to dip. One handheld stole my attention from the rest: the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. This is bucket list food. I had to go for it! It came with a fried chicken breast, pickles, lettuce, mayo, Nashville sauce, and an ACE Bakery bun. Just from inhaling, I could smell its fiery heat. And then I bit into it, tasting Cajun seasoning. I had Yukon Gold mashed potatoes for my side. I had a dilemma. I couldn’t decide between two desserts. On one hand, I could get a sticky toffee pudding which is always a hit. On the other, I could risk it and try something new (a Lake Rosseau Butter Tart). I chose the second option and am glad. A flaky tart filled with toffee/butterscotch syrup was topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The syrup surrounded the tart’s perimeter on the plate. Turtle is one of those restaurants that you can come back to again and again. Timeless classics prevail.

WARNING!!! I told the server my 5 year old son has coeliac disease and needs gluten free food. I was told the buns and fries are GF. 2hrs later he was throwing up his guts and had diarrhea all afternoon. Turns out the oil they deep fry the fries in is used for the breaded foods as well. I called back to tell the sever. She was apologetic and sincerely didn’t know their oil was contaminated. Told me the owner would call to follow-up. It’s been a week and they haven’t. So here’s your heads up…. PSA! I’m angry at myself for trusting their advice.

Six of us went to Pasto’s for grand daughter’s birthday dinner. Had a very tasty (garlicky) Caesar salad. Hubby and I had a seafood dish, my linguini was delicious with a lobster cream sauce - almost licked the plate clean. Hubby’s portofino was equally yummy. However the shrimp and scallops in both dishes were over cooked. Pasta was perfectly cooked. Other dishes were equally delicious. They accommodated our gluten intolerant grand daughter nicely, along with a gluten free chocolate brownie with a candle on it for her day. Wine and service were great!
