Server was amazing to start! Loved her energy! I’m a celiac I’d never eaten here I was nervous to say the least, I told my server of my celiacs and she insured me I could still have some great food! I not only had delicious breakfast with friends but I DIDNT get sick at all! It was truly safe, I can only assume kitchen staff had some good training and used all clean stuff from gloves to pans. I will definitely be coming back! It’s amazing to have found a safe place I can enjoy with many options that are full of flavor. Im so happy to have found a place to eat out that doesn’t cause days of sickness after. Thank you for so many options on the menu as well as being celiac friendly!
This spot goes above and beyond with unique allergy-friendly options and excellent service, making it a great choice for families and groups.

Brittany was my server this evening. She was attentive, accurate, friendly and made sure our dining experience was a good one. The food was delicious as usual and the service was great. I have a gluten allergy and Brittany made sure my order was accommodating. The gluten free bun is among the best I've ever tried. Will be dining again. . . And again. . .
A beautiful and relaxing spot that offers a variety of delicious options and a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a return visit.

We came here for lunch with all my family. I really like the decor of this restaurant. The pasta are homemade, all the dishes we order were delish. My niece is gluten free, they had plenty stuff for her to choose.
Staff in here were incredible nice. They really took in consideration my wife alergy to gluten (gluten free) was really really great experience on that side
The downside is the taste. For and is a prersonal opinion. Food tase like steamed or boiled instead of grilled its ok. They taste healthy but no real great taste. Also the place was i credible sticky. Floor table everything was like tou were playing with stickers. Looks like it needs a deep cleaning from years of grease. On the good side is that your arms wont fall from the table. They are well secured hahaha
A vibrant spot offering build-your-own thin crust options, emphasizing inclusivity and a welcoming vibe with plenty of toppings to choose from!

They seem to always be training new staff but generally have good service. We eat gluten free and the GF and cauliflower pizza usually comes out overcooked so we ask for light bake. Sometimes they do but when they are busy or short staffed it is a little overdone. Still tastes good you just cannot eat the outer crust which we enjoy the most. Lots of toppings and they always have a smile which helps!
A cozy hidden gem with an incredible and diverse menu, offering unique flavors and a delightful family-style dining experience.

I don’t have a lot of experience with Indian food but this restaurant blew my mind. I’m from NYC visiting friends in CO and we went here as a group of 6. We probably ordered 9-12 unique things off of the menu and everything was so so good. We ended up sharing everything and eating family style. The highlight for me was the gobi Manchurian — I’ve never had cauliflower tasted better. The prices were affordable and the service was so kind and generous. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!!
Also if you are gluten free this is the restaurant for you. I was able to eat everything on our table except for samosas and naan.

Wow - so delicious. This is definitely on our list of favorites. The fried onion is the best we've ever had. gluten-free. Their entire menu is marked for food allergens so you know which is safe for you. Vindaloo and honey curry were amazing too. Friendly service, clean restaurant, online menu, and discounts via QR code posted on the wall. Great place for students, non-students, families, etc.

The atmosphere on the shady little patio area was excellent. Our waitress was friendly the food was fast and delicious. It was so good. In fact, we returned the next day, and each tried a different dish that was equally delicious.
The gluten-free french toast and pancakes were awesome, and on day two, the Phoenix sandwich GF was to die for. My friend also had the fully loaded potatoes, and I was so jealous as the green Chile unfortunately had gluten. She said they were some of the best she's ever had.
Highly recommend!
A hidden gem with incredible spare rib nachos and creative taco options, it's a must-visit for anyone craving a unique dining experience!

Please take more care wiith listing gluten on your menu. I have celiac disease and almost ordered two thing with gluten ( barbacoa and borracho beans) because they weren’t correctly marked on your menus . Thank goodness Emma asked.
This is one of the best coffee shops in the Greeley, hands down. The people that work here are probably the kindest, most loving people in the entire planet and if you’re a regular, they believe in remembering your name, your usual order, and your stories. They are very thoughtful and very competent in making great drinks and pastries. It’s always a nice atmosphere, quiet, and they have so many options with ice cream, food, pastries, drinks, etc. and they have gluten free options as well! I absolutely love this place and will never stop raving about how wonderful it is.

We came for dinner with our two kids. We started with the Italian edamame, which was amazing. They both did a build your own pizza and asked for an additional side. The macaroni and cheese side was spectacular, not just kraft Mac and cheese like a lot of other places. The kids pizzas were big enough that we have lots of leftovers. The buffalo chicken salad my partner had was amazing, he kept saying wow as he ate. I had a burger on a gluten free bun and a side Ceasar salad. The margaritas we had were very good! The kids had sundaes at the end of the meal, they were a big scoop of ice cream with cookie crumbles, whipped cream and a cherry for only $1.49 each. We were presently surprised and impressed at the variety they had even for gluten sensitive folks.

Eveytime I come in here it's a pleasant experience. My wife has celiac disease and this fine staff takes such good care of her dietary needs. I know sometimes it's a pain in the butt however I rarely if ever get any attitude about all the work they have to do to prepare the food for us. So thank you Chipotle on 8th Ave in Greeley, CO
- Sincerely your (not so favorite) gluten allergy couple :^)

The guys working tonight are amazing! I can’t thank them enough! I have celiac disease and they were so cautious making my food! The guy who took my order told the cooks right away that I have an allergy and I seen the cooks immediately start cleaning their areas and changing gloves! I couldn’t ask for better! Thank you! I can’t thank you enough!

First time ever eating at Fonta's Pizza Restaurant.
Tonight we ordered 2 Gluten Free Pizzas for carryout.
We ordered their American Pizza Gluten Free which consists of Sausage, Pepperoni & Mushrooms... since we enjoy Jalapeños we ordered those as an extra topping.
We also ordered another Gluten Free Pizza called Roman which consists of Sausage & Pepperoni but I wanted 2 more toppings so I got Pineapple & Onions...
Oh my gosh we are extremely impressed! These pizzas came out fantastic.
The crust size is 14 inches & it was chewy & amazing. It reminded us of what regular Pizza crust tastes like but to us this was better. Due to our food allergies we had to get Gluten Free & we were not disappointed.
Of all the restaurants we've eaten here in Greeley, Colorado this is hands down our new favorite. I wish we would have found this place sooner! But we will definitely be ordering from Fonta's again.
If you're looking for a good & delicious Gluten Free Pizza look no further. If I could choose 10 stars I would! Yes it's that good! And we are picky Gluten Free eaters...
Super nice staff, I found this place on a gluten free app but when asking about the gluten free bread I was told they have to grill it to finishing prepping and it’s on a shared grill
Experience a cozy haven bursting with unique flavors, where culinary creativity thrives amidst a lively atmosphere and a stunning selection of spirits.

Step into Oak & Maple, and you're greeted not just by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, but by a symphony of textures and scents. The soft glow of Edison bulbs cast a warm, inviting light where culinary artistry meets comfort....& Waffles.
Imagine a canvas, golden and crisp, awaiting the artist's touch. This is the waffle at Oak & Maple. Buttermilk, sweet potato, gluten-free – the foundation is merely the beginning. Then comes the flourish of flavors: fresh berries bursting with sunshine, decadent sauces drizzled like paint, and unexpected pairings like the "Elvis" that sing a harmonious melody of sweet and savory.
While waffles are the masterpiece, at Oak & Maple, Whisky is the Muse.
A curated collection of bourbons, ryes, and scotches line the shelves, each bottle a story waiting to be told.
With each untold story, each pour of amber colored Hemingway prose, Oak & Maple finds it's muse and the artistry ascends.
Oak & Maple is a place where flavors dance, aromas entice, and the spirit of the new Greeley comes alive. Whether you're seeking a leisurely brunch, a quick lunch, or an evening indulgence, Oak & Maple provides a culinary experience that won't soon be forgotten
With a fantastic selection of options and standout service, this spot shines for its delicious menu and quick, satisfying meals.

I stopped in for lunch today. I can't have gluten. They have a dedicated gluten-free menu with several delicious options and the server and the manager were both very helpful and made sure that everything was gluten-free and to my liking. It was also very quick. I had the quarter chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The coleslaw was amazing. I wish I had room for either or both of the two desserts that were gluten free! Next time for sure.
Decent vibe with accommodating options, but prepare for a wait and be ready for mixed quality on appetizers and service.

Pros:
First off, the food was pretty good. It wasn't the best Applebee's cooking I have tasted... but pretty decent.
Second, they were also very accommodating in doing a custom order for my daughter due to her being extremely gluten (wheat) intolerant.
Cons:
Issue one: They seemed to be very, very understaffed. I legitimately felt bad for our poor server...
Issue two that I had was that everyone at my table of Twelve people were halfway done with their food before mine came out.
Issue three, I also had to send back my French Onion soup due to crouton being put in there when I had specifically asked for it not to be added due to extreme intolerance to gluten (wheat). Once I got the new one without the crouton I absolutely loved it.
Issue four, our appetizer of spinach and artichoke dip & chips was not done well. The artichoke pieces were very tough and hard. Also, the chips were very stale. I sent it back and asked for fresh chips. Those fresh chips were much Much better (FYI, eat all the chips while there as they do NOT taste good the second day).
Take from this review what you will. I'd rate my experience here as average but our waitress was fantastic and definitely deserves a raise and extra tips.
Quality of food and service has significantly decreased over the year. Sushi doesn’t hold form and falls apart. Limited gluten free options for people who don’t eat fish or seafood. Used to be one of our favorite places in Weld County.
Step into a spacious vibe where fresh flavors mingle with delightful treats, making it a cozy spot for a chill hangout.

The indoor space is surprisingly big. We were early and the first customers. The menu online is not updated, they no longer have smoothie bowls. The staff were all nice and attentive.
We got two gluten-free baked goods, a breakfast cookie and London Fog scone with a latte. I think scones need gluten, the London Fog flavor was not very strong, and up the texture was a bit clumpy. The latte was good, while not the most robust flavor.
We also had a breakfast croissant sandwich and a green smoothie. The sandwich came with a nice green salad, and the croissant was very good. The smoothie was refreshing, with perfect consistency and well balanced sweetness.

Their Gluten Free Lasagna is absolutely amazing and highly recommended for anyone! It’s delicious and husband says he cannot even tell it’s gluten free because it’s so good! Only problem is there’s no option for gluten free garlic bread. I’d settle for gluten free sourdough sliced bread with has been griddled with buttery garlic 😊
Would’ve given 5 stars but we’re having to have pickup or delivery so that we can enjoy our dinner together with gluten free bread.
I’d recommend better communication with the online ordering though, especially if the online order doesn’t go directly to the restaurant.
Other than slight improvements, this amazingly delicious Italian Restaurant has potential to being one of the best in Weld County, Colorado 🌹

My Old Fashion cocktail tasted great and was a great value. Our food was excellent. I loved my mashed potatoes and cream gravy. Manager took excellent care of us by making sure that my husband's liver and onions meal was gluten-free. Wait staff was lovely.

This is now one of our favorite eats in Greeley. We have been there twice, and both times the staff was kind and accommodating. The waitress on our last visit went the extra mile to make my friend's birthday special. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious and we look forward to seeing what the soup of the day will be. We also appreciate the fact that there are gluten free options, and tasty ones at that. I highly recommend this restaurant.
They have finally added some gluten free options. Had a nice salad and apple. Service was friendly and manager was asked to help confirm gluten free status of salad options. Very nice place!
Top-notch pizza and stunning desserts with impressive presentation make this spot a new favorite for many.

Ordered from Doordash. The food was amazing. Top-tier pizza and desserts. The presentation on both the flourless cake as well as the cheesecake was amazing. Im gluten free, my boyfriend is not; he ordered pizza, and I have to say, given that this place sells flourless gluten-free chocolate cake, gluten-free pizza is amazing! I look forward to trying their gluten-free pizza because my boyfriend was so satisfied. The fact that you guys topped not just tasted but presentation is amazing. Romas used to be our favorite pizza, but now Santeroma's Pizza has made it number one!
We’ve been here a few times and I feel like it’s hit and miss. A few weeks ago we came and it was great. This evening we went with a bigger party for a birthday and made reservations for 6:30. We went in ahead of time to check in and our table was given to someone else because she thought the other party was us. Waited 20 minutes for a table and then another hour and half for our food and to get refills on our drinks. They weren’t prepared for the large party either even though they said they could accommodate for 11. We were squished together. We told the waitress and cook that there was a gluten allergy and they seemed to acknowledge but then the cook was cross contaminating so we had to tell another waitress about it so their food could be cooked in the kitchen because the cook didn’t remember apparently even though he confirmed it when he first came out. Also, when portioning the cook didn’t seem prepared. He was giving out vegetables and I was the last person and got like 5 pieces of vegetables and then said sorry I gave the others more. More practice needed maybe? You would think after giving up our table, waiting an hour and a half for food, not remembering the allergy and then shorting people food that there would have been maybe a free dessert offered, money off the bill, or something to make up for the terrible experience. We also mentioned a birthday and they usually sing but that got skipped. Chef didn’t offer saki either not that it was a big concern but I really think tonight was just a disaster! Debating on going back and we usually enjoyed the place.
The only place I can get what I want when I want a good cappuccino. The baked goods are good plus they have gluten free. The dairy is local supporting Colorado.
Expect a warm welcome from familiar faces, where you feel right at home and service is quick and attentive.

Rigo and his staff are amazing. We have a celiac child and avoiding gluten is top priority. Rigo and his staff take all precautions necessary to give us the cleanest possible food for this.
We literally walk in and they know us by heart.
Drinks ready. Gluten free food items on the way, menu’s set out and smiles on their face.
We fully support Rio’s Mexican Restaurant over all others in the area.
Thank you Rigo and Staff.
