Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in Seattle. I've tried so many dishes and love all of them. there are so many options for different diet restrictions such as vegetarian and gluten free. It's one of the few celiac-safer restaurants that my loved one feels safe to eat at too.
Enjoy deliciously unique pizza with great flavor that holds its texture, and pair it with a vibrant atmosphere and nearby live music.

Gluten-Free Mozzarella cheese served here.
I talked to the chef about our Gluten Allergy, he was very receptive. Telling me that the Mozz. cheese was Gluten-free and that he would instruct the other chef to use a clean knife when cutting our pizza. We got the Margherita Pizza and it was delicious. I am rating the atmosphere 4 stars because the men's bathroom was a little neglected. Grab a pizza here and then see some live music at Tractor Tavern! You can park in-between these locations and easily walk to them.
Casual yet classy vibe with great sushi and a cool bar menu, making it a top spot for celebrations or a laid-back night out.

This is the best sushi in Ballard. Shiku next door is more affordable but the menu at Moshi Moshi is very well developed and has things I don't see often, like omurice.
They also have a designated gluten-free menu, cool atmosphere, and great service. It is a little pricy though, and I don't visit as often as I would like because of that.
Indulgent treats and a chill vibe create an awesome spot for dessert lovers, perfect for kicking back with friends over creative sweets.

I should have known that gluten free cakes was a bad idea. I didn't like the quality of the "hot cake" that much. It was bitter and not very hot actually. Getting the cake in a paper cup was unpleasant. A little pricy for this quality.
The presentation was nice other than the paper cup.
A charming spot with unique flavors and a cozy vibe, perfect for those looking to explore delicious options and enjoy a memorable experience.

They had some really yummy gluten free and keto options (even if they aren't advertised that way.) I'd go back. I got the Turkish eggs and latte. Both were excellent.
A vibrant spot for fresh, plant-based delights, perfect for anyone looking to nourish their body and soul with wholesome options.

Highly recommend you try Yaygit whether you are vegan or not! I discovered this gem yesterday and have already been back. The food is so fresh, healthy, and delicious (the best combination), and you can really taste the vibrancy and frequency of it. The owner is lovely and committed to supporting gut health and wellness. It’s gluten free and food intolerance friendly. I loved everything I have tried so far and can’t wait to go back!
A cozy gem in Ballard with a diverse menu and tasty dishes, but be ready to hunt for parking.

Really great dining spot in Ballard. Everything was so delicious! We had the potato wedges, charred broccoli with an amazing tahini sauce, mussels, pasta, and steak. Although not explicitly stated on the menu, they have gluten free options/accommodations as well!
Parking was expectedly a bit tough in the area.

So delicious! The food is so flavorful and I love the fact that they display the region of each dish! They are also somewhat allergy friendly! I have a shellfish allergy and was very happy with how they handled communicating it to the cooks as well as keeping the food separated. This is my new thai spot! Gluten free friendly dishes.
With a welcoming vibe and attentive service, this spot is a go-to for delicious sushi that keeps everyone coming back for more.

10/10 Service. 9/10 Food.
Im 100% coming back whenever I want sushi. From when you walk in you’re greeted. They’re busy because it’s good but they also only had one waiter so I understand a slow response. That’s acceptable but although they may be slow they’re responsive and super helpful. The waiter told me 3 times that she would get to us and I value that because it means she’s aware. When it came to ordering they accommodate gluten free options. They have a few options they can’t make gluten free but their menu tells you all about it. For example they easily substituted tempura shrimp with cooked shrimp. It was such a great experience with great food that wow I left feeling good!
Expect a lively atmosphere with awesome music, tasty menu options, and creative touches that keep diners coming back for more.

Good selection of food, really dig the musical vibes. Had a mushroom Swiss burger on a gluten free bun (ask them to not toast it on the grill bc they toast all buns on it)
Hands down the best Thai food in Seattle, and some of the best I’ve had outside of Thailand (spent months there over the past few years, just to eat, so that’s saying something!). One of the few places that serves Yum Kao Tod and it’s so amazing (isaan fried rice salad… must try).
Majority of the menu can be done gluten free - I’m Celiac and haven’t had a problem here. Been here at least 10 times and the food is fresh and amazing every time.
Favorite dishes:
Yum Kao Tod
Som Tam
Laab Gai
Always sticky rice
Gai Tod (fried chicken wings)
Guay tiow Tom Yam soup
Mee ka ti
Okay I realize now I’ve listed most of the menu. It’s all incredible. Already planning my next visit. Aroi mak!

Came here with my family on Saturday and had a wonderful experience! My mom and I both have celiac disease, and our server, Mikayla, took great care of us! She made sure everything we ordered was gluten-free, warned us of the cross contamination with their fried foods, and suggested great options for us and the whole table. All the food was delicious, but the star was definitely the esquites corn appetizer and the verde and rojas salsa! Also their non-alcoholic cocktail was delicious.
Special thanks to Mikayla for the wonderful service and making our experience delightful!
Chill spot on 15th, perfect for gatherings or dates; reservations recommended as it fills up fast, especially during local events.

Lovely restaurant on 15th street near 60th. Largely undiscovered place to meet after work with group of friends or a date. If you arrive early with 2 to 4 guests you should be fine to get a table but otherwise make a reservation as this restaurant does fill up especially in nice weather as people are walking by for local events here.
Menu has some vegetarian and gluten free options for guests as well.
My family each has their personal 5 star dishes on the menu but I really think that's a preference and a good reason to go back and try more.
Expect a fun, upscale vibe with impressive table-side cooking, lively flavors, and a charming atmosphere perfect for a special night out.

Super fun delicious dinner for a nice night out. We got a vacio steak and tacos to share with guacamole. I got a sangria, which was what you want your sangria to be. My brother got the wagu table side steak, and it cooked on a hot stone they brought with it and he cooked it a piece at a time to perfection. The steak was nicely seasoned and grilled.
They bring you a complimentary pepper salsa, pickled onions, an avocado sauce, and a pico de Gallo to season your tacos. Complimentary mint tea to finish.
Staff were friendly and helpful with the food allergies. This place was an absolute win for food allergies. Gluten free tortillas, steaks, and chimichuri.
Atmosphere is fancy. Price reflects it.
Plan to look for parking for a while or use a garage. There were some kids there, but I wouldn't bring them here.

What a fantastic cozy place for morning coffee and breakfast! Great breakfast sandwiches (with gluten-free bread thank you!). It seems like the place to go with a consistent line out the door( they keep it moving fast don’t worry). Super friendly staff makes for a very inviting atmosphere and leaves you wanting to return again for lunch!
Kind of makes me sad to do this. This lil Woody's has been my jam since we moved to Ballard. Every Wednesday I come here during my lunch break to get a nice little treat for myself. Since I'm gluten free it has been awesome having a good burger I can eat so easily available to me, that was until today. I came in today and got my favorite burger, the Trotter on a gluten free bun, and was very stoked. The heat has been kicking my butt so I was thrilled to just take thirty minutes to myself and enjoy one of my comfort foods. Sadly those hopes were dashed the second my food came to me. Not only was I given a normal bun, but also my burger had no burger. Instead it was just a soggy mess of toppings void a pattie, served in a bun that would cause me to recreate the scene from the exorcist in the lobby of this restaurant. So I go up to the front and tell the dude behind the counter that my burger has no burger and I'm pretty sure the bun is wrong. He apologized, honestly he was good and tried his best the fault was in the kitchen, and told me he'd get it fixed asap. Minutes later, not a good sign honestly, a burger is brought back to me. This burger is on a gluten free bun and does have a burger on it, but the bun is soaking wet and it's obvious from the messy state of the burger that they just scraped all the toppings off the first burger and chucked them on this one. If it was a gluten free bun I'd get it, but your kitchen should know if some one is ordering that they can't just cross contaminate like that. I didn't have time to argue the point so I tossed my burger and went back to work. It just breaks my heart that I can't trust this place any more. Don't eat here if you have any dietary restrictions, this place could care less about people like us.
A must-visit spot for those seeking delicious, hearty breakfast options with thick, tasty bread that’s sure to please!

i did not expect to like their burgers as much as i do. the seaweed fries are the stuff of dreams as well. definitely coming back. my only request is please stock gluten free panko so my bf can safely eat it with no issues.
The food is excellent and prices are very fair for Ballard. It is also pretty quick, around 15 minutes to get food after ordering. The kimchi is not too hot, which is ok, they have to appear everyone, but they will spice your food to the desired level which is more than acceptable. Over all me and my wife love it. She also has a gluten allergy and this place does not trigger her allergy.
An encouraging vibe and thoughtful service make this spot a great choice for those with specific dietary needs.

Recently I went to your restaurant and it was my first time eating out since I've been diagnosed with celiac disease I was more than a little afraid and so I sat down with my friends and looked at the menu and I thought there were things that I might be able to eat so I went ahead and ordered them but I told the waitress that I had celiac disease and that I was very very worried about getting gluten in my food and she was very encouraging we found out afterward that she had very graciously and very sweetly written on the order "Diner has celiac disease please don't kill her" I could have hugged the entire staff thank you.

OMGosh! Absolutely the best. The lamb, beef or chicken is flavorful and juicy. The salad ingredients are fresh, fresh, fresh. Baclava is so thick, sweet and tasty with a wonderful flaky crust.
They will accommodate gluten free and dairy free requests.
The service is friendly, warm and fast.

The space is small, so seating is best for 3 people max. I’m always here for the mushroom and leak vegetarian gravy, which I pair with the cheddar biscuit. However, the general specialty is the biscuit, which comes in three flavors (non-gluten free): buttermilk, cheddar chive, or a weekly special flavor. If you order a standalone biscuit, it comes with one jam/honey/aioli option, or you can purchase extras. My family prefers the honey butter or mixed berry jam. They also have a gluten free biscuit option, and some biscuit sandwiches. Parking is largely street parking, which is free on Sundays. For folks who want easier parking and don’t mind a drive north of Seattle, they also have a Lake Steven’s location.
