Not Celiac safe. I’d like to have a better report to give as I was so excited to have a place to go for things like a crispy chicken or calamari… unfortunately, I went here twice and was recommended by the staff of all the gluten free options and assured of their processes being safe, but was glutened both times. On the second visit, I did question the server more of things like the ingredients in the crispy chicken batter etc and was given limited quality info as the chef was not in at the time and I guess he was the only one with the actual knowledge of it. Maybe while he is not there the processes being followed are not what they are supposed to be or the fryer or batters are not as gluten-free as they think. Im sharing so that if you are celiac and choose to visit this location, you can be mindful in your choices and verify their info and processes more thoroughly for yourself. The staff and atmosphere were great but sadly, I won’t be visiting here again.

Top 3 best meals i’ve ever had as someone who’s gluten free. they have a seperate menu for gluten free, they are very knowledged on gluten free and I felt safe to eat there. Jessie was our server and she was incredible. Always cleared our dishes very quick after finishing, quick service and checked in and she was super kind. My boyfriend had the lobster mac and cheese and i don’t think i’ve ever seen him so happy after a meal

Heres what I love about Pollos, while Earls and/or Joey's used to be my favorite "go to" place to eat, Pollos has become a new favorite. There are 2 servers named Laura both of which are wonderful friendly and helpful. Pollos also has a separate gluten free menu and the food never fails to impress me. The red sangria is very refreshing and the fish tacos are great I really like the seafood pasta and the beef stroganoff. Pollo has great food and a friendly atmosphere. You know a restaurant is good when it boosts regular customers that are greeted by the staff by name

Glad to find gluten free wings and a place with a dedicated fryer. The server was great and helpful. However the food service was less than fantastic. My wings weren't mixed in the sauce, instead the sauce was served in a side container and not stirred. No utensils for the salad that looked like it was just tossed in the box.

What a great restaurant! This was my first time in, although I did try them at the Bountiful Market ( they have a booth there). It was everything and more!! The lady welcomed us and explained how dine in and take in works. She also explained all the choices you can have. Great sized portions, great flavour and the pasta is so good. We ordered the shells with bolognese and a side of meatballs. Linguine with the vegetable tomato sauce. Chicken parmigiana and the cheesy garlic bread!! It was so good I actually forgot to take pics of the food 🤣. Fresh, hot and definitely made with love. The restaurant side is pretty big and would be great for a large family. Or lunch and dinner for two. They also have a freezer with frozen food to take home and bake in the comfort of your own home. They also offer gluten free pasta. They are open from 11AM to 8PM all week long.

Very clean place, the staff are focused and the lady who served me was very upbeat and happy. It was my first experience and I ordered the gluten free pad thai box with chicken. I live how the chicken pieces look like something I would see at home and not processed in a manufacturing plant. Also their chopsticks are already separated and cleaned so you don't have to worry about splinters. Thank you 😊

Been going to Saigon for almost 10 years. Food is always top notch and the service is like no other. Nui always very friendly and always makes eating at Saigon an enjoyable experience. If you have issues about dietary concerns, they are very careful on gluten free dishes. Would recommend.

We ordered take out from Sherwood Pizza for our volleyball team and not only did this pizza taste fantastic, but the price can’t be beat and the service was exemplary. We were also able to order gluten free and dairy free, which bith tasted great!! Impressed. I highly recommend Sherwood Pizza and will order from them again next time in Edmonton!

Sat out on the patio and took in the beautiful surroundings. Waitress Payton provided excellent service. The menu had lots to offer, including gluten-free. Try the desert bar it was worth it from light lemon tarts, moist carrot cake, and Reeces blondie.

Yoshi is super good. The meat quality is on par with the big sushi restaurants in Edmonton but a much more traditional, easy going dining option. They are always accommodating to let me know the Gluten free rolls and other options. Never disappointed, come here whenever I need sushi!

I get the double pizza Chicago style (one pizza on top of another pizza. It's huge and delicious. I take it home and bake it. I also got their gluten free pizza for my celiac friends and she made a point of saying " I'm washing my hands so I don't contaminate it" and was super diligent about being careful about cross contamination of gluten. I thought that was really nice!

They have gluten-free options. I have really never had anything other than the omelettes so I cannot speak to the saftey for Celiacs of other menu items. They offer a gluten-free "English muffin", which I'm pretty sure made by Glutino. I'm not a fan of the English muffin so I usually asked for double shredded hash browns.

Very nice Italian restaurant. Very friendly, helpful service. Good location, smaller, intimate setting. They offer gluten free pasta for dishes. Unfortunately they don't have gluten free bread. It would be great if they did! Other than that, it was a fantastic place - the hamburger soup and salad were fantastic! The restaurant has been added to our 'go back' list for sure!

We got take out here, and ordered a couple Pad Thai’s, a beef and broccoli and salad rolls. (All requested gluten free) Unfortunately nothing tasted that good. The beef and broccoli was okay but not super flavourful. The pad Thai’s were a terrible texture, very ‘jelly-ish’ from the noodles. I know take-out isn’t always ideal for some foods but I’ve had pad Thai from other places and it’s never been this bad. I didn’t care for the salad rolls either unfortunately. Sadly not the place for us I guess.

Sooooo expensive! ordered 1 egg and ham. $16.95!!! Then because I ordered a gluten-free toast it was an extra $1.50. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

What an amazing little cafe, the girls were so accommodating of my gluten allergy and being pregnant I didn't want to take any risks whatsoever. Took a chance on them and it paid off bigtime. Once and a while we like to get some gluten free breakfast for my celiac 5 year old. Luckily my mama instinct kicked in this morning we received it from Sherwood Park IHOP this morning and nothing was labelled gluten free like when we normally order from other places . I just had a feeling and called and they told me nope definetly not gluten free don't eat. If I wouldn't have called she would have been ill . I understand mistakes happen but when you specifically have a gluten free menu this is extremely disappointing.

Not only is this place clean, the food is completely tasty and delicious every time. In a world where customer service and quality are slowly dying, Family Pizza Sherwood Park definitely continue to deliver! Best pasta we've ever had. Must try the fettuccine & carbonara. 👍👍 Pizza is excellent and the gluten free options are worthy! If you're getting delivery, we've experienced having the food arrive hot and fresh! Boston Pizza on Wye Rd. showed up with this order! Their usually delicious food was exceptional. The Bandera Bread was cheesed up and cooked to perfection, and the pasta had a great balance of all the fixings (under another generous layer of cheese - the cheese stretch was beyond satisfying!). As someone with celiac disease, knowing that I have access to safe, quick, delicious, and quality items means so much, given the severity and high-maintenance nature of this disease. Their gluten-friendly crusts and pastas are such a treat that make this gal one happy camper. 11/10 will order again.

The moment we stepped into the restaurant, we encountered poor service. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we waited at the entrance for at least 10 minutes without any assistance while staff members in the back observed us but failed to approach. Eventually, when we were seated, they placed us right next to the ONLY other occupied table in the restaurant. While I understand the need for close seating when the place is full, it would have been appreciated to have some spacing in an empty restaurant. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy, and we made it abundantly clear to our server that our selected options must be gluten-free. However, I had to repeatedly remind him as he consistently brought dishes containing gluten. I empathize with the server, recognizing that he seemed inexperienced, but given the high price point, we expected excellent service. I have encountered better service at fast food establishments.
