Excellent pizzas, dynamic and exceptionally friendly staff.
The gluten-free pizza is a great success. Thank you for thinking about all the diets!
A note: the pine nuts of the Siciliana pizza deserve to be roasted for more taste.

After reading GF reviews, we decided on this as our dinner choice. It opened at 6pm, as we arrived we asked the guy about GF options and he informed us it had to be a pre order the day before!
Make sure you pre order!
With a charming atmosphere, this spot offers a rotating menu of vibrant, health-focused dishes that promise to delight every visit.

The pastry is very delicious and they have gluten-free and vegan options, the food needs a little more effort. My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.
A hidden gem in a charming neighborhood, this spot offers a delightful mix of nourishing dishes and cozy vibes, perfect for a relaxing break.

My boyfriend and I came across this coffee by chance and we were not disappointed! We really appreciated the dishes offered which are different from what you generally see.
You will find sweet and savory dishes, brunch options and many drinks! In addition, they are good products, for some vegans and/or gluten-free.
The environment is very calm, very pleasant and uncluttered!
The service is great, the team is pleasant.
We recommend this place 🌼

Huge variety, both dietary (gluten-free, fruit-free, etc.) and very gourmet, both salty and sweet.
The staff is very attentive (offering drinks and individualized dishes: omelettes, pankakes, eggs, etc.).
A big plus: drinks (tasting fruit juices, prepared hot chocolate, kombucha, etc.)
All for a fairly honest price :)
Excellent Restaurant that has existed for over 10 years. I gladly returned after a few years and it’s still delicious!
The restaurant always offers gluten and lactose free dishes.
Thank you Prasad
For me the best vegetarian restaurant in Toulouse. In a somewhat cold atmosphere, an inventive and tasty buffet based on fresh ingredients, very little gluten and a perfectly reasonable price. I don't understand why it's always half deserted...

I can only order this restaurant again. Everything was perfect from A to Z, both the service and the quality of the dishes as well as the atmosphere. For my part I took the pasta de la quadra, my companion being gluten intolerant we really appreciated the fact that there were gluten-free options, he opted for the tagliatelle al pesto we were with a couple of friends who took the pizza modigliani and the ravioli al tartufo. If I had to make one remark it would be to add more gluten-free options especially in terms of pasta.
Perfect for a healthy lunch, this cozy spot offers fresh, balanced dishes, but reservations are a must due to its small size.

Ideal for a healthy and balanced lunch. Quality, quantity, freshness. And gluten-free also for those who are intolerant. Make a reservation because it’s small. We often have lunch there.
Step into a cozy spot with tempting aromas, a variety of drinks, and a great vibe for working or relaxing with friends.

The first impression is the aroma as soon as you enter the premises: Delicious! From the smell, everything was probably very delicious!
They have a wide variety of drinks in the refrigerator, as well as chai latte, coffee... many vegan or gluten-free desserts.
It is comfortable to work from that place, with fast Wi-Fi and plugs. The coffee was not the best, everything else was fine :)
Cozy spot with a chic vibe, where delicious sweet potato brownies and unique baked goods steal the show in a welcoming atmosphere.

My favourite coffee place in Toulouse.
Great location, indoor and outdoor seating areas.
Nice ambience, nice young mature staff and clientele.... good English which is helpful for the traveller.
People here tend to be relaxed, non aggressive, also a big plus in France.
Wish they had some nice gluten-free bread, but this seems almost impossible anywhere on the continent.
Regulars rave about the consistently high-quality dishes and attentive service, making it a favorite spot for loyal diners.

They are flexible with GLUTEN-FREE options! This is our favorite place in Toulouse! The menu is small and rotates often and each time we’ve gone they can make adjustments for gluten-free needs. The food is always so delicious, our waitress (Katya) is so sweet and fun. We always enjoy our time at Molette! And for those that can eat bread, my partner speaks very highly of their homemade bread (not gluten free) that they provide at the table. Highly recommend a visit to Molette.
Indulge in beautiful pastries and unique millefeuille in a soothing, tastefully decorated spot perfect for a delightful treat.

Went today, myself two friends from Australia.
Was very quiet and the service lady spoke both french and English
The deserts were well presented, nicely boxed as well. However, the deserts were below standard especially for the cost they lacked flavour for example not 'tart' enough for a lemon tart, the rose meringue with cream was tasteless except excellent raspberries. Cost for 3 tarts 15 euro
There were gluten free options and clearly displayed this was good.
A faultless one. The chef and his team took into account my dietary constraints (gluten, vegetarian) and it was good!!! Great service too. The kitchen is open but calm, it exudes respect for a job well done and the product.
Excellent welcome, beautiful decoration, excellent food, the wine is very good. Excellent table and address. The vegetarian dish and a real gluten-free vegetarian dish is excellent.
Great restaurant that adapts to the food intolerances of its customers and it's the first time I've eaten hot gluten-free bread and hey, we'll be back!

Superb gourmet pea experience with the plant-based menu (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free)! The plant-based menu is fine, gourmet and elaborate; the quality of the products and the flavors are there, we enjoyed ourselves! To try whether you are vegetarian or not ;) the service is very friendly and attentive, we liked the wines and the setting is superb: top notch!!

A great discovery!
Great service: fast and very pleasant 👏
Delicious dishes, we really enjoyed ourselves 😋... And what's more, I, who have to limit gluten, had something to do on the menu without annoying the waiter 😂: the best!
A very pleasant terrace.
In short, a very nice little moment in the heart of Toulouse 👌.
We will come back to it during a next visit 😉
The service was great. The waiter worked with me for gluten-free options. I didn't mean to order a steak, but it was super yummy. Great food and service!
Exceptional service with personalized touches makes for a memorable dining experience that wowed with special orders and attentive communication.

Highly highly recommend! GLUTEN FREE options and some of the best risotto I have ever had! I used their chat options beforehand to make a reservation and ask about gluten free options and they were very responsive and helpful. Then it turns out because they knew I was gluten free they specially ordered gluten free bread to have in the table 😍 along side the regular bread. I was so impressed!
Good value for money for this restaurant - good simple and tasty cuisine, fresh produce and some gluten-free and organic. ..but noisy dining room.and fairly long service...in good weather possibility of eating on a terrace protected from the wind. ...nice
Affordable and varied menu with efficient service makes it a great spot for a casual family meal.

Way better the photos than the food , burger's meat is like McDonald's. At least there are gluten-free options and good service, but do not try the burgers.
We have privatized them for a lunch in our company, IT'S GREAT, only happy people: vegetarians, omnivores, gluten-free, peanut allergic. Everyone delighted, a good homemade dish with sunny flavors, a smile as a bonus and kindness to wash it all down.
Cozy vibes and a welcoming atmosphere here make for a great experience, with perfectly cooked dishes that impress every time.

A good time spent in this restaurant with a comfortable welcome. The cuisine is tasty, the fish cooked to perfection. In addition, the chef has been able to adapt his gluten- and lactose-free dishes for a particular diet. THANKS
On our six week backpacking honey moon trip, this was one of our favorite meals by far. One daily menu option is offered, personally curated by the chef with ingredients you can tell are carefully selected.
I explained my gluten allergy and he was very careful and accommodating. The food, the experience, the personalities, the fact that the set menu is only 10 euros for a whole meal... incredible.

The place is authentic and rich in discoveries. The chef welcomes you with attention, driven by the pleasure of sharing his passion through a wide choice of drinks and Auvergne dishes. All you have to do is see it!
Local charcuterie, warm 3 cheese toasts, fine bouriole (crepe from Cantal) or even egg casserole brighten up a starter that shows promise for the future and when there's more, there's more! The chef arrives with an Aligot made by him, light and melting or even a tasty truffade, all accompanied by wonderfully cooked meats which complete the meal. Really ? The exquisite gluten-free chestnut and apple flognarde, a sort of Limousin flan, await the most gourmands and they would be wrong to deprive themselves of it...
In short, you have to be a jargeot not to stop at Au Buron in order to spend a moment of conviviality and Auvergne history while enjoying the talent of the owner of the place! Thank you Chef!

Let's start with the lack of reception, we arrive in a 4* hotel lobby without a receptionist. We didn't have my reservation made 2 hours before. We were seated at a table for 7 although there were 3 of us, the sets were worn out. No one explains how it works or offers us a drink (additional sale). We get up and discover an empty buffet at 12:30 p.m. A single sausage, two pieces of bacon floating in the fat, a base of scrambled eggs. The only resupply there was was burnt scrambled eggs, yes yes, burnt, and bacon. The meat and fish were not cool, fortunately we have a strong stomach. I had to tell the waitress that there was no more water for the coffee machine or any pods except decaf. I had to ask for water too, which was no longer available on the buffet. It was carafe water in mineral sparkling water bottles, what a disappointment! Let's move on to desserts, gluten-free savory and sweet cakes, all mixed, lukewarm because not refrigerated. Not crazy for a tiramisu...
The apple juice and salmon were excellent by the way, but don't touch the mayonnaise salad with undercooked pasta.
Let's move on to the bill, steep for this disappointment. The manager didn't even ask us how our brunch went, he must have suspected it or didn't care... Not to mention the fact that the TPE was handed to us without showing us the amount.
In short, a real disaster for a 4*.
As all 3 of us come from the catering industry and have worked for this hotel chain, I let you imagine our disappointment.
There is work!
