Wonderful discovery: for me, who am celiac and lactose intolerant, having the opportunity to eat excellent artisanal piadinas with genuine ingredients, both savory and sweet, without risk of contamination, in Piazza Duomo, in the center of L'Aquila, was wonderful! I wish there were more Piadì in all of Italy!!!
A charming spot with a lovely outdoor area, known for its exquisite dishes and a delightful atmosphere that keeps folks coming back.

We went to this restaurant on our way back from Rome, although we arrived late we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. I particularly appreciated the ambience and the tables and chairs which are not the small and narrow ones usually found around but quite large and comfortable, we ate well but nothing that remained in our hearts (apart from the tagliatelle) we had a starter, 2 first courses (tagliatelle made by them, a little thicker and tougher - very good on the receipt they are ravioli because it was a off the menu) and a dessert. Overall we had a good time, they also have a menu for celiacs.
This cozy spot offers a warm vibe and consistently delicious dishes, perfect for a memorable dining experience in Pescasseroli.

We had dinner for two consecutive evenings in this small restaurant in the center of Pescasseroli.
Both the first and second courses are really well cooked and tasty (the ravioli both with tomato and with mushroom sauce are super recommended!!), just as the pizza is good and light. The mixed fried food and the polenta with mushrooms are appetizing.
A big applause for the possibility of ordering gluten-free pasta (various formats available), which is anything but trivial and obvious.
Kind and attentive staff; really quick service.
Very small place with few seats and clean.
A chic and inviting spot with excellent service, offering a mix of delicious options at fair prices in a clean and elegant setting.

This place was a pleasant discovery, beautiful location, very clean, friendly and welcoming staff, delicious gluten-free pizza, the no-gluten-free one was also excellent, highly recommended and we will certainly return for both lunch and dinner.

I had dinner twice at the Lo Sgabello restaurant during my stay in Scanno. The restaurant is located near a public car park (blue lines). It has several seats, I recommend calling to find out availability as it is always crowded. The restaurant offers various local cuisine at medium prices. Of note is the possibility of requesting gluten-free first courses, however they do not have gluten-free bread. The service is quick and courteous.
The place offers a unique atmosphere and a standout selection for those avoiding gluten, but service timing could use a bit of work.

In another review I gave the service 3 stars but I find myself forced to give only 1 this time. Unfortunately, every time I went (and I go at least once a month given the passion my children have for this place) we had some problems with the service. Let me start by saying that we are forced to take 3 gluten-free menus and 1 normal one. Once the gluten free ones arrived first and after exactly half an hour the normal ones arrived, another time the opposite with a quarter of an hour wait (I'll let the children imagine the wait). I understand that the cooking is separate but don't tell me that the timing is different. If the order is for the same table the dishes MUST arrive together, especially if there are children. A sad point is that every time, even though dessert is included in the children's menu, if you don't ask for it and ask for it several times, they won't bring it to you. It doesn't seem very cute to me. For the rest, environment and food, I can't say anything, on the contrary...
But improve the service...
With a lovely garden view and unique dishes, this spot is a hidden gem that offers an enjoyable meal in a beautiful setting.

Stopped here for lunch.
Friendly service, nice food and a lovely garden outlook atmosphere.
They were able to cater for our gluten free friend which was great, and she said she enjoyed her meal.
I had the cacio e pepe, a very unique presentation, and I have to say it was very nice, much better than one I tried in Rome a couple of days ago.
My wife had the gnocchi and said it was very nice.
A cozy spot in Roccaraso with a festive vibe, excellent dishes, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere for all.

What to say ? A TOP place! You can eat very well, from the starters to the first courses and the entire menu!! A bit of uncertainty on the part of the waiters about gluten-free but once you find the solution these dishes are also very very good. We will definitely be back!

Delicious meat, ok for celiacs.
Let's start with the kebabs as an appetizer, excellent consistency and flavour, cooked and salted to perfection. Then we take the slices with porcini mushrooms and with vinegar, walnuts and parmesan, both delicious. As a side dish we order chicory and potatoes, crunchy and delicious. Fair prices. We will be back to try the first ones. Highly recommended

Really very good roasts, excellent chips. Discreet service and nice atmosphere. Appreciable care for gluten-free. Average price. The only flaw is the coffee, I recommend not taking it so as not to ruin the excellent taste of the dishes you have just eaten. Advised.
A lush, picturesque venue perfect for any celebration, offering superb service and exquisite dishes that impress even the most discerning guests.

Very characteristic place. Really friendly staff.
The venison starter was fabulous. The first ones no less! We took the pappardelle with wild boar and gluten-free pasta (spaghetti was available) with venison ragù. Our children will soon have the mixed roast (lamb, kebabs, sausage and scamorza). It was all really delicious!
Even our large dog was welcome :)
It is possible to have gluten-free dishes, but I would suggest being more careful because celiac disease is unfortunately not a joke. I asked the waiter if the starter was also good for me as a celiac (we took two different ones and wanted to split them) and he said yes. But then they served the ricotta together with the bruschetta. I asked to have it on another dish and was obviously satisfied and there was absolutely no problem. But this makes you think a little about how much attention is actually paid to contamination in the kitchen and how much the problem of celiac disease is known. Another person with celiac disease might have walked away "scared".
Another suggestion that I allow myself to give... it's fine and I'm very happy that dogs are allowed. I love my dog and all animals, but they are still animals. Entering a restaurant and seeing a dog (medium/small size) sitting on the chair at the table with its two owners is not the best... it's okay to love them, but hygiene and civic common sense are needed. If the owner's common sense fails, perhaps the very kind staff could certainly point this out to the customer in the right way. Dogs are welcome, but not with their faces on the table. Am I exaggerating? Personal opinion :) which I think is legitimate to express to give voice to an authentic and sincere 360° review :) the place is fantastic and the food excellent and I recommend anyone to stop here! If we returned to those parts we would definitely return too!
Thank you!

Returning from the visit to the Rocca, thirsty and tired, we rushed into the restaurant... and it was a real love at first sight! For the owner, who welcomes us with a disarming smile and with whom an unprecedented emotional closeness was then established, for the niche products present and available for purchase, for the terrace in front and with a breathtaking view of the panorama below. What to say?! Want to sip a fresh beer again (among other things gluten-free, particularly appreciated by me who have sensitivity) in that enchanted place... Thanks Nicola, hopefully see you soon!

I've been coming here for years and the quality has never dropped, in addition to the delicious, high-quality food, the low price and the plentiful dishes (really plentiful), there is care and attention for those with intolerances, with gluten/wheat-free pasta available both short and long and with lactose-free cream. In short, excellent year after year.
Exceptional ambiance with attention to detail, lively atmosphere, and a top-notch experience that makes it a must-visit spot.
