Went for a family dinner this past Saturday. Service was great. We made reservations and we were sat immediately even tho it was packed. Our waitress was awesome. I have Celiac disease and felt totally comfortable and safe eating there and having to be gluten free. I want to give 5 stars instead of 4 but I just can’t because of the food. It really just wasn’t very good. I got a vegetable and rice dish with chicken that was lacking flavor majorly. Our appetizer was the “spicy” pimento dip that was hard and not spicy. It just didn’t fair well. My mom got shrimp pasta and said it was underwhelming. Daughter got chicken fingers and said the same thing . I’m going to go back and try again, maybe it’ll be better next time. I really want to like it since the rest of the experience was so good.

First of all you can smell it pulling into the parking lot. It’s a cozy and beautiful atmosphere that smells so good. Went for the first time today. Lots of options on their menu are GF. I had the shrimp and strawberry salad and it was absolutely delicious. They understand gluten free and celiac and cross contamination and we’re super nice and accommodating! I’ll be dreaming of this salad forever.
An awesome spot with a clean vibe, where everything is fresh and the service quickly resolves any hiccups—definitely worth a visit!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to eat! The staff are so nice and helpful the establishment is super clean as well and don't get me started on the food! The burgers are super hot and fresh when served and my order did get messed up and they fixed it no problem! Got a gluten free double bacon burger and chili cheese fries and a butterfinger concrete for desert! I recommend coming it's super worth it,I'll be back soon for sure!

My "go to" favorite for authentic gluten free Mexican. I love supporting a family owned business! Everything is always so fresh and the prices are amazing for the amount and quality of the food. I have Celiac's and have never had a problem here. My favorites are the shrimp and chicken taco platter and the cheese nachos. Thank you, Tortilleria Garcia!

Walked in on Friday night at 730 and got seated at the Chefs Table.
Food was amazing. I had the Grass-Fed Beef Burger. And wife had Gluten Free Coconut Chicken.
And for desert Grandma Sheilas Bread Pudding and Bourbon Carmel Cheese Cake.
Will 100% order from Donato's again when we are in the area! Not only was it delicious, but the service was exceptional. We ordered pizza while vacationing at a nearby hotel and instead of receiving the 1 traditional and 2 Gluten Free pizzas we ordered, we received 2 traditional and 1 Gluten Free pizza. Not thinking, I called our delivery driver, Brian, who had called me prior to delivery as I was meeting him outside, and explained the mess up. HE then called the store and sorted everything out. HE called me back and told me he would be back on his way with the fresh pizza momentarily and he was incredibly apologetic; he even refused compensation for his additional time. When I called Donato's to commend Brian they too apologized for the mix up and told me they would pass my review to him. I told them to need to keep Brian around for as long as possible, although I wish Brian lived closer to us as my husband would hire him for his store in a heartbeat!
Beware if you have celiac disease or any gluten allergies.. Make sure you specify it or they will not label it gluten-free. We learned that tonight even though we ordered a gluten-free pizza.
Yet every company that I get pizza from, they always label the box gluten-free so I was kind of surprised.
Came home the box was not labeled. And it kind of freaked me out.
Called up the manager and he wasn’t much help. Didn’t really sympathize with me over this big issue.
We catered lunch for our Jr. High School with Chipotle today. It was great!
Good quality food, nice variety for all including vegetarians and gluten free options, generous portion size and plenty of sauces and accessories.
The teachers loved it!

I went during lunch and it was not too busy. Food came out quick. I appreciate the gluten free options! They used a good noodle sub for ramen instead of pho rice noodles so that’s really nice. I do think the broth needed more depth. I ordered the spicy miso, no egg and replaced the pork with chicken because of the soy sauce. Mushroom was extra $1.
Overall not bad at all! Would come back when craving ramen.

We visited Bravo for dinner last night celebrating my husband's birthday. We were looking for a quiet dinner just the two of us. It is really hard to find a "quiet" place to eat anymore. We were surrounded by TVs and quite loud music. Please understand that people still want to converse over a meal and not be drowned out by noise.
On a brighter note, Isabelle, our server was amazing! She is the reason for the 5 star review. We are gluten free and had many questions about the menu. She took the time to check into our every concern and was delightful about it! She is a blessing to have on staff! Keep up the good work!
We love the 12-hr smoked pulled pork and the rotisserie chicken. They also offer smoked beef tri-tip, which is a leaner cut than the brisket you'll find at many bbq restaurants, and ribs. The sides are fresh and mostly gluten-free; choices range from grilled corn on the cob, greens, thick spiral fries, mac and cheese, fresh hushpuppies. Small and large salads are also available along with some simple dessert choices and cake slices.
I was there for the first time this week and loved your place. The atmosphere is very warm and the staff was so friendly. I want to thank you for having an amazing variety of foods on your GLUTEN FREE menu. I had the fish tacos and they were great. I will be back to try more items from your gluten free menu soon.

Great service! My son has celiac, so we need the ingredients to come from the back to make sure they haven't been contaminated by the tortillas. The tiniest crumb will make him sick. The workers were very willing to follow all allergy guidelines (though we had to specifically ask for the precautions we needed).
They accidentally gave us burrito kids meals instead of quesadilla kids meals (for our kids without celiac), and they were very quick to make us the correct quesadillas.
And we got good sized portions on everything.

The server was so great she actually made sure that I got to try the gluten free waffle and I was so pleased it was fantastic I'm coming back to order meal with my sister and we are spreading the word about how good these waffles are they also come in pancakes I highly recommend it and the server is beyond fantastic I went to the Deerfield Township IHOP
I have been a somewhat frequent customer for the past couple years even though i have always thought the prices were on the higher end. I figured it was a better, healthier option. Weekly i get the 'Pick 2" for breakfast, always toast and a smoothie. To charge $14 for that combo is very high, but again figured it was healthier option. When i went to order online today for my Pick 2, my order total was $20! I went back through and realized they now want to charge $5 for the rustic Italian bread....you can buy an entire loaf of bread for that price. The gluten free toast was the only other option, and still got charged $1 for that. I decided to try out the gluten free. That was a mistake. Texture and taste like sandpaper. I am so disappointed that they made this mistake of charging so much for a piece of bread, that i will no longer be a customer. Really is a shame to nickel and dime people over a simple breakfast.

Came here with friends for dinner expecting that I couldn’t eat anything since I am celiac and need my food to be completely gluten free. Lalo a manager came out and talked to me about what I could have and went over the precautions he would take to make sure my food would be safe for me to eat. He personally brought the food out and checked backed to make sure it was good. I really appreciate the extra work he and his team put in to accommodate me. The food was delicious and not feeling left out is great, thank you Lalo.

Celiac’s Review: Normally Mexican restaurants are very gluten free friendly. El Rancho has a MASSIVE menu and certainly has some items that don’t contain any gluten. But, the kitchen / waitress didn’t give us confidence that cross contamination wasn’t occurring. We trusted them after asking a few other questions. We were pleased to hear that their corn chips are made fresh in their own fryer, separate from gluten containing items.

Tried the Kadai Chicken and they labeled it gluten free. The veggies, and chicken were sauced well and the flavor was 10/10. Staff were really nice and the restaurant was really clean. Would come back again.
