I have never had a bad experience here when it comes to food or customer service. They always take my gluten allergy seriously and I appreciate it! I will say every time I come there is an extremely long wait. I think they need to get more staff or figure something out! I waited 15 mins just to order in the drive through.

Celiac here! It’s so hard to eat anywhere when you have celiacs disease, but this Jersey mikes is amazing, I have never ever gotten sick, and they always accommodate me with a smile. It’s so difficult to avoid gluten, and any kind of cross contamination, and always difficult to ask for accommodations, but this Jersey mikes always makes me feel so good! This store deserves recognition for their cleanliness, great attitudes, and amazing sandwiches!

Food was great, service was amazing. As a person with celiac disease it was refreshing to have a menu where my options were tagged with large letters. The host took the extra attention to alert me to how the corn chips would not be safe for me as there used a shared fryer for all food. Will definitely be returning again.

Did not get chance to eat there. Packed and 45 minute wait. Too hot to wait outside. Was recommended by others. Will try again.. Did go again with family and no wait even tho it got busy. Food delicious and fair prices. Grandkids are gluten free and they loved their meal. Our waiter Noah was terrific and met our needs as busy as he was. Will definetly go back

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is one of my favorite coffee shops locally. The coffee and espresso drinks all have great flavor, no burnt, nasty coffee here. The teas, smoothies, and shakes are all great too! I love that there are some kid friendly options. Food is also great, big plus is they have a few gluten free options! My favorite thing about Sweetwaters is the atmosphere. It is always pleasant and the workers are so kind and sweet. We love to sit and play the board games they have available and just enjoy hanging out. I always like to recommend Sweetwaters to anyone when they want a good place to chill with a cup of coffee or meet for a business chat. It's a great place to go!

Above and beyond. Me and my family came to eat, and my stepmother has a gluten allergy. They were so polite and attentive with their service. Even the manager came out with her meal. The waiter was so quick-witted and fun. Food was fantastic from the appetizer to the dessert. Amazing, I will definitely be visiting again.

Not only do they take extra care when making a gluten free sandwich for my girlfriend who has celiac disease, but I accidentally left my phone there today and the staff was nice enough to keep it safe till I came back for it. Totally awesome employees. 100% will be going back often.

Lots of yummy comforting food options like soup, huge stuffed potatoes, a variety of sandwiches and hearty salads! They also have gluten free options as well!! The harvest chicken salad sandwich (yes on gfree bread) is so delicious! You will not leave there hungry or feeling gross after you eat. Nothing is super heavy and greasy but filling. Also the manager is super personable and seems happy and caring. I saw him play peek-a-boo with a baby and he personally came to check on peoples tables and food.

The steak- deliciously seasoned, softer than butter and perfectly medium rare. My compliments to the chef, please don't go quit your day job. The waitress was the perfect blend of "may I refill you drink" and "you disgust me you scum". They were excellent, we tipped well. We were supplied a heaping amout of rolls to satisfy our gluten intolerance (intolerance for not getting enough). They were all warm, fresh and a new butter with each one. Phenomenal. Outback is the steak place. Outback Is the place for steaks. I will be returning soon. Expect me.

We love this place! Food is delicious and they have vegan and gluten-free options too. The workers are always happy and helpful. The Gyro Bowl is my favorite. It's only about$12. More than I can eat so I always have a delicious lunch the next day too.

Brisket burger serves my favorite chicken sandwich. The chicken club is a big boneless chicken breast piece covered in cheese, caramelized onions and avocado smash. And they have gluten free buns! Very allergy conscious about cross contamination etc. Great sides and shakes too!

Fantastic! I asked for a gluten free menu and the server knew the menu well and said they can make just about everything GF. I also mentioned I do intermittent fasting so I only eat once per day (so I need a big meal), and that I am allergic to peanuts (I know, I'm ridiculous). I ended up with red curry chicken and a dessert of poached bananas in coconut cream. Loved every bite and can't wait to go back.

I recently had to go gluten free and I'm still in the learning process of what I can have and what I can't. Jay was so kind to me and spent time going over what I could eat there and made a special roll for me. I feel like he really went out of his way to help find something I would like. I have not had that experience at other restaurants. I loved this place before but after tonight's experience, I love it even more. The food is amazing and so is the wait staff.

Gluten Free bread is wonderful at Firehouse Subs in Denton at Rayzor Ranch. The GF bread is not thick like most places, you can actually taste the filling and not be overwhelmed with too much bread. I am so happy they started carrying gluten free bread. I had the Turkey Bacon Ranch on gluten free bread with a pickle and some Lay's chips and a sweet tea. I did not get sick at all. I would highly recommend this location for a gluten free allergy, they were very knowledgeable about the allergy and the process needed to prevent cross contamination. And the staff was super friendly even in a very busy rush hour.

Here is an update to my previous high review. I called in my order today because I needed to order gluten free pasta. I could not find that option listed online. The person that took my phone order was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, their manager had them call me back to cancel my order because I placed it over the phone. I had no idea phone orders were not "allowed." The manager could have told me this politely when I came to get my food. I am shocked that any place would have such poor customer service. I had told at least a dozen people about this restaurant in the past week. I won't be back. Such a shame. Previous Review -. I am from a city with very high and incredibly pretentious standards for food. This was some of the best pasta I have ever eaten!

Holy molé, this place is top shelf. Downtown, and rightly so. The environment was upbeat and energetic and classy. The food was soooooo good. It's a little tricky if someone in your party is gluten intolerant, but the staff was very helpful in making it happen. You can't just take anyone to this place, it should be reserved for the special people in your life. Reservations are recommended.
