Service - Great hospitality by Debra, super cordial and can tell she likes being around people. Felix is quite friendly as well. Food - Used Groupon vouchers but the food was plentiful and made 4x different variations on each meal and got all correct. They do extra crispy bacon and poached eggs as an option. The gluten free option (no extra charge!), girlfriend thought they were excellent and we thought they tasted even better than our normal pancakes 🥞 Atmosphere - very clean and organised

Genuinely the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Yummy good, good service and they put on a birthday song for my partner too. It was such a good vibes and I couldn’t recommend it more. 10/10, will be coming back again. They also had gluten free options for my celiac friend!!!! - the naan bread was GF!! SO COOL!!!

We came for a late lunch and had a few smaller dishes, they were all fantastic. Everything was so delicious, we had the focaccia with pumpkin tahini, the romana beans, chipotle chicken and the arancini. Some of the tastiest food we’ve had in Melbourne. It’s a great location on the beach and has a nice vibe. Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options.

Grilld Waurn Ponds have changed their gluten free burger buns. They are dry and crumbly now. I used to like their gf buns but now are awful especially considering the price. Not sure if other Grilld franchises have changed theirs or not. Also, waited 45 minutes for our food.

On Wednesday 15th May 2024 I went there for Lunch with Pauline and I had the HFC Classic Chicken Burger, which just melted in my mouth. Pauline had the Mighty Melbourne Gluten Free Burger, which she really enjoyed. We shared the snack chips. It was extremely nice of Alex to give me 2 free burger vouchers since they forgot to make the order last week when I came with Chelsea on Monday 6th May 2024.

I ordered the picnic box for 4 people. It arrived exactly on time and was loaded straight into my car. It was such a delight to open the box! Everything was well packaged and we had everything we needed. It was soooo delicious! One of my picnic guests is coeliac and she was happily catered for. It was an amazing experience. We did try a couple of other outlets but I would give Cranbourne top priority. Staff were very great and service was quick. However, we were there on weekdays. Weekend might be something different! We ordered everything gluten free. The pizza base was well cooked and delicious. Gluten free pasta was good too. We surely revisit!

Great selection of pizzas. Amazing flavours. We had vegan, gluten free people in our group. Staff made everything so smooth. San David veg pizza was the best choice for me as am vegetarian. Great wine selection as well. We will definitely be back to try other tasty flavours. Highly recommend

Update - there is MILK in dough unless you buy the vegan gluten free pizza which is a medium. Thought we had found a gem for vegan pizza. Who puts milk in pizza dough?! The staff should be aware of what would make the pizza vegan, the young man confirmed it would be vegan. I only found out today when I tried ordering another pizza vegan that the dough has milk. The below review still applies if you’re not vegan and want a good pizza. Amazing! Accommodating for vegan requirements and they didn’t skimp on toppings! Vegan cheese was melty and delicious!

Manager is very rude , quality is substandard. Husband ordered gluten free meal and only received 1 small pancake.. valued at the price of $28 when he asked the manager why it was only one pancake in the serving he was shamed and made to feel bad for having a health condition! Won’t becoming back

Chicken bites came cold, dry, and tough. Had to ask for it to be made again fresh - second time was hot and more tender. Burger was average. I ordered with gluten free buns but they weren't great - ended up taking them off. $30 for burger and chicken bites is a bit steep though?? Also bought the $10 chips for 4 weeks deal but they told me it takes around 2 hours to load into my app. And so I couldn't get chips that day 🙃 so will try again later tonight or tomorrow...

A varied brunch menu (many interesting egg dishes) & a great selection of cakes. The orange cake was gluten-free & lush, but could have been sweeter. Very subjective :-) The rest of us ate main courses, all of which were good. Mine was chicken & mushroom risotto, nicely cooked & presented. Excellent flavor. Caesar Salad is a generous serve, prawn linguine smelled good. Service is polite, enthusiastic, very friendly... & incompetent. On Sunday afternoon I am very laid back. The wait staff are all late teens- but even allowing for that - oh my. We were delivered other people's dinner or drinks not once or twice, but six times. I think three different waiters did this. I've been a waiter. We didn't complain (they were genuinely honest mistakes, really nice staff, it was brunch, let's get over ourselves). But six times? I checked the bill carefully. It was right. We tipped :-) But check that the plate you receive is the one you actually ordered. Would I go back? Absolutely

Visited Grill’d Westfield Doncaster at 10am on 14/9/24 & served by 2 lovely ladies with great smiles & went an extra mile to offer good service. HFC Best Zing Ever is not your usual Fried Chicken Burger. The chicken breast was tender, the gluten free coating was light & the hot sauce got oomph. I feel like it’s smaller in portion compared to other burgers(adequate for me),so might be a good option for those that got the craving for fried chicken & yet want to keep the portion in control. Overall, Grill’d never disappoints.

I've been an extremely loyal customer and recommender of Miss Pickles since the very first week you opened many years ago. In that time I've seen a number of menu changes, the very slow introduction of desserts and a kids menu, celebrated many birthdays and occasions here....but a very noticeable difference in service since you started opening more stores. This had sadly resulted in a noticeable high turnover of staff, errors being made with orders, misinformation of the menu and sometimes quite slow service. I keep coming back despite this, as my family and I enjoy the food. Unfortunately, I think I've now reached the point of no return. Since when does a souvlaki bowl come with super salad??? That I noticed last year. Tell me where in Greece this is served instead of Greek salad which is tradition and how you've always done it. That's not my issue, I used to swap it with no problems and no charge. Today, unfortunately I was charged extra to change the salad...why? (I didn't add the salad, i swapped). Firstly, nobody informed me I'd be charged when I asked to swap, nor the cost of this. Secondly, the super salad is more expensive on the menu than Greek salad? Greek salad is traditional, so i dont understand super salad being the chosen one. That is a very specific salad choice. It used to be years ago that greek salad was standard and when friends of mine wanted to swap to super salad, this was charged extra as it cost more. Also, why not list the swap cost on the menu for people to see like you do with the addition of poached eggs to your brunch? People should legally be informed. Why even charge extra, though? It's literally just a salad swap? No cooking, separate fry pan, gluten free bread, soy milk is required which is usually where you'd expect to pay extra for a swap. The salads are there and ready to go. Goodbye Miss Pickles, it's been lovely knowing and visiting you, but the power trip has got to your head now. You will lose customers like you've lost a very loyal one in me. 👋

My husband got take away for us from Boss Burger a couple of weeks ago. We were so impressed! From the customer service to the food everything was great. When my husband asked if they can do gluten free risotto because I'm a coeliac, they didn't bat an eyelid, they accommodated right away. We HIGHLY recommend them. The food was excellent as usual including the gluten free option. The service from the staff was incredible but one staff member was particularly outstanding. Savannah welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile and made sure our order was correct. She had a lot of patience since our order had many divinations from the menu. The environment had a friendly feel to it and we would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I just ordered Vegan & Gluten free pizza from Hampton Park Domino’s and I am absolutely blown away. The pizzas are generously topped and care was taken with our dietary requirements - they even used a Vegan Cutter to slice our pizzas. Thank you so much! Don't dine here if you are a coeliac. We called before booking and was assured it was fine to eat here and I was violently sick after attending the buffet breakfast. The chef walked me around and showed me what I could eat and only ate what I was told (and didn't consume much). I have contacted Crown 3 times with no response which is extremely poor to say that least considering how much money we spent to stay there as a family and to have our day there ruined!!

I ordered the gluten free options of the pizza and it was amazing. The best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. There’s heaps of items on the menu that are inclusive for dietary restrictions. My mum and I met there for morning tea. We had the loveliest, very enthusiastic waitress (I think Tiffany) who went to a lot of trouble to make suit my allergies were catered for (gluten free). The coffee came out very quickly and was very tasty. The pancakes were tasty, filling and totally satisfying. We both said we will have to visit again.

Phoned up prior and asked if there were any gluten free options available given that I have coeliacs disease and was advised that they have gluten free pizza bases. On arrival was told the opposite and offered a chicken salad instead. When said chicken said came to the table it contained: Rocket, red onion and balsamic vinegar minus the chicken. I then asked for the appropriate salad that I had asked for (assuming there was a mistake or the wrong table) Then they handed over a small side plate of seared chicken for me to add to my disgraceful bitter bowl of rocket
