The best gluten free pizza and focaccia. Good gluten free beer and bread. The staff was very friendly. We had reserved in advance and were assigned our seat immediately. The gluten-free tiramisu at the end was delicious.

I've been to this place for dinner several times, both as a family dinner and dinner with friends, and both times we had a good time.
Cozy and comfortable place, friendly and attentive staff.
Once we ate the very good and delicious pizzas and another time we ate fried calamari or horse hangus accompanied by baked potatoes or vegetables.
Variety of wines and beers.
Possibility and not least of eating gluten-free without risk of contamination.
Recommended for celiac people, families or groups.

Gluten-free specialities, including vegan ones, all very good and the friendly and familiar service, you can see the passion both behind the stove and in the service. Maybe the name of the restaurant doesn't make sense, I would have used it as a subtitle perhaps with the name of the chef in the foreground... Well done

I highly recommend the Dèmodè Beef Bistrot, a local AIC format for gluten-free dishes, excellent pizzas, gluten-free pizza dough made by them and not pre-packaged, excellent gluten-free desserts, gluten-free beers, knowledgeable and kind staff, welcoming and informal environment. Excellent experience 🤩

I thought I would have to give up pizza this holiday because I haven't tolerated gluten for two years. But at the Black Bull in Olbia I was able to enjoy real Italian pizza - gluten-free and incredibly tasty! The base was crispy, the topping was fresh and aromatic. A real highlight of my stay - absolutely recommended for anyone who has to do without gluten and still doesn't want to miss out on authentic enjoyment.
Highly recommended for an enjoyable experience, with a nice atmosphere and attentive service.

Perfect for celiacs! An endless selection of pizzas in different sizes. There are also vegan pizzas with mozzarella made from rice.
Dessert is also explicitly gluten-free. However, I was already too full from the pizza for that

In the center of Cagliari, gluten-free pastry shop. At 09:00 in the morning the window was already empty of breakfast choices (2 cream croissants, 1 swirl with cream and chocolate and 2 grandmother's tarts). Savoury choice, a pizza with raw ham, and 3 savoury tarts. We took the croissant and the swirl: warm custard, liquid, without consistency. Caffe macchiato: practically only milk. Rude and unwelcoming service.
A charming spot with a spacious layout, friendly vibe, and a diverse menu perfect for those seeking a delightful dining experience.

We landed on the recommendation of Marco, our campsite manager. We didn't expect such a big pizzeria. And then there was a football broadcast. 😅Very nice staff, great pizza, nice ambience, great prices, delicious wine. A perfect end to the beach day... definitely try the tiramisu.

All in all, we had a very tasty pizza here, although not the best we have eaten in Sardinia. 🍕
The pizzeria is really big and even though we were here in the low season, it was packed on Saturday evening. In fact, the majority of guests here were locals. ☺️
We didn't want to sit here for long, we just wanted to eat a pizza, although I don't think it's very comfortable to stay here due to the many occupied tables and the resulting noise. Therefore, more of a “quick” dinner.
You can choose from 4 different types of dough for the pizza, which is very cool. You can also eat gluten-free pizzas and burgers here.
We chose the classic version and were satisfied. :)
The location itself is nothing special, typically Italian on a street, rustic. Prices are okay, we paid €11 for a Margherita. Unlike other restaurants, we didn't get the typical "starter" with bread and olives here.
Recommended in itself, but nothing extraordinary.

Great food with the option for fine gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately none of the 10+ vegetable pizzas are vegan, but you have a lot of flexibility to adapt them and the amount of vegetables is far more generous than usual. You can also order a whole wheat dough. Great options and quality. Centrally located on the “promenade” of Tortoli. Possibility to eat outside but close to the street. Always worth a visit and due to our restrictions our go-to place in Arbatax/Tortoli. Glad you exist!

The pizza was very good. Eaten gluten free without any problems.
Unfortunately, two guests' cutlery was dirty (after the dishwasher) at the table. When asked, a new one was supposedly brought, but it was only polished up. There was a dead cockroach on the floor in the women's restroom.
Conditions/service staff were friendly. Hot food is only available from 7 p.m.

Beautiful dreamlike place, with the sound of the fountain that relaxes you.. the little lights on each table that gave a sense of magic... The excellent service.. attentive, friendly and nice staff, very clean place, polished cutlery.. impeccable bathrooms attentive to every detail.. but the food was absolutely amazing.
We ate the pizza...even gluten-free...horrible taste
They really don't know how to do it... half raw, spongy... wet with seasonings... rubbery... oh my God! Experience not to be repeated. Too bad please change the chef..

Pleasantly surprised. The first impression was not good, especially due to the type of furniture, which does not suit my tastes. But this feeling didn't last long.
Super organized pizzeria. From my table I could see the workbench and it was like watching a show. A practically perfect assembly line! I would like to point out that we were there on a Saturday evening (booked for 9pm) and despite it being peak time (especially for takeaway), after about 10/15 minutes, we were already eating... a pizza which was EXTRAORDINARY to say the least (even the gluten-free one was delicious).
The dining room staff was super courteous and efficient.
When we left I wanted to compliment the owner, but it wasn't possible because he was super busy working. I'm taking advantage of it now: congratulations!
We will be back for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
We order 4 pizzas (one of which is gluten-free) at 6.00pm for 9.00pm, at the time of collection we go to the pizzeria, we are told that gluten-free pizza cannot be cooked and that we should have taken it raw and cooked it At home.
After asking for explanations we were told that the oven hadn't even been turned on and we were asked what we wanted to do, after having asked for at least the normal pizzas we were told that those weren't ready either.
The order was probably never marked.
We are told that normal pizzas could have been made at that time, but after answering no the girl also got annoyed. Is that any way to work?!

We left the restaurant with a full and happy stomach - that's all we can say in advance.
We ordered two pizzas. One of them was gluten free. Both pizzas were very tasty.
There are also other gluten-free options such as pasta, focaccia, fish or risotto. It is marked on the menu and the staff can also help with the selection.
The two desserts “non-tiramisu” and “lemon tart” were lovingly prepared and were also very tasty. The lemon tart was modified by the service so that it was gluten-free. Very attentive.
What surprises me are the bad reviews about the service. We cannot confirm that.
We experienced very courteous and polite service staff who tried very hard to satisfy me and my gluten intolerance.
All in all a successful evening.

We came here not because we are vegan, but because I wanted gluten free pasta. I also cannot tolerate animal milk. My friend was very skeptical. But his gnocchi was very tasty. I had the spaghetti with chili. They were also very tasty, I was so happy when I received them that I forgot to take a photo. I had to wait a little longer because of the extra noodles and the food was mixed up with another table. But I noticed it straight away, was very attentive and got the right noodles. Because I had to wait a little longer, they offered me compensation (drink). Very kind thank you! We were positively surprised by the vegan food. The people were also really nice and accommodating. I would love to come back and try another vegan, gluten-free dessert. We sat outside, so I can't say much, but I think the ambience is definitely better inside. But we still wanted to enjoy the evening air.
Expect a cozy atmosphere with delicious, top-notch pizza and friendly vibes, but be prepared for cash-only payments—card options may surprise you!

Lots of gluten free options! I ate very well from the first course to the dessert, the pasta was cooked just right and the sauce was mixed very well (which is difficult to find with gluten-free pasta). Even the dessert, an amaretto cheesecake, was spectacular! I will happily return

While looking for other restaurants with gluten-free options, we ended up at Le Terrazze. Exceptional glute-free pizza dough. However, when asked for vegan options, a long face at the entrance - vegetables??? In the end there was a vegetable pizza without mozzarella... Unfortunately, with 4 children in a sparsely filled restaurant and at the main meal time in Italy, the waiting time was almost an hour and there was no excuse.
Looking for gluten free options we tried Le Terrazze. Delicious gluten-free pizza dough. Questions for vegan options were met with puzzled looks - vegetables maybe??? In the end a veggie pizza with mozzarella was. Unfortunately waiting time of roughly one hour with four kids and an only partially filled dining place during the main dining hours and without excuse was stretching our patience.

Very nice restaurant. Many locals were here on Sunday. Food is delicious. We both had pizza. The owner was very accommodating and was able to answer all of our questions. The waiters were also very attentive. There was a gluten-free pizza for me and also without cheese. But there would even have been a lactose-free cheese variant. Really delicious for a gluten-free pizza. The normal one was really great too. Super successful evening.

At the entrance of the restaurant, there is a wonderful smell of pizza, but unfortunately, I can't attach any photos since I couldn't eat there because gluten-free pizza needs to be reserved in advance. I find this approach somewhat strange, as it's the first time I've encountered this. Additionally, there are hardly any gluten-free dishes on the menu, just a couple of purely vegetable salads.
I'm leaving this comment so others can be aware of it in advance. However, I'm still giving a fairly good rating because my friends were satisfied.
