Don’t go here if you have any serious food allergies. I explained my anaphylactic wheat & shellfish allergy to the waitress. Ordered a burger without a bun. My burger came out with a bun on it. She assured me it’s ok because it’s gluten free. When in fact there is a possibility it is not since I don’t know the ingredient list. Hence why I ordered it without a bun. The food runner assured me it was okay he would make it right. They took my plate to the back only to just simply remove the bun and bring it back to me. I’m sure you can guess crumbs still remained on the burger. Yes, indeed they did. This place doesn’t take your allergy seriously or understand the importance of a guest feeling confident enough they’re being listened to. How do I know then what even happened in the kitchen if I’m treated that way in person? Will never eat at one of these restaurants again.

Mikayla was a great server so patient with our food allergies and celiacs. Chef came out and talked to us about our options. Food came out pretty quick. Wish I had this place closer to home the rolls were delish!

We have been to the Hard Rock Cafe on several occasions and have never been disappointed in the service or the food! We are so grateful that they have a gluten free menu and designated gluten free fryer so we can still enjoy the Hard Rock experience and their delicious burgers and bbq.

Truthfully I haven’t been to a PF Changs in a long time but I am so happy I went back. The service was really great your staff is so well trained in customer service. Jessica was our server and she guided me through the gluten free options available. When I took my first bite I had to call her over and have her verify it was gluten free. It was so good that I was in disbelief! Thank you so much ! I will be back!

This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

This place must have had change in management - no idea why rating is so low. Food was awesome. Gluten free options for my girls were amazing. The GF truffle Mac and cheese was a favorite. The filet steak was really good. Magicians on Friday night was a super fun touch.

The food was amazing. Parking lot at the mall was pretty full but we only had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The services was great. There were multiple gluten free options and I got a gluten free pasts. My girlfriend got the fried chicken Cobb salad. We both of course has cheesecake. I got a gluten free chocolate cheesecake and it was heavenly. Our server Tyan was very friendly and helped with my gluten free needs. We will return again soon. So many great choices on the menu a d a lot of gluten free options. Great place for a dare or special occasion or just to order cheesecake Togo. #cheesecake #Asianfusion #glutenfree

Fantastic food. I had the chicken fusion bowl and the chicken was delicious, very well flavored. My wife is gluten free and had plenty of tasty food options as well.

Today while on vacation me and my family decided to eat lunch at this establishment. We looked online and saw that it had great reviews and being that we are gluten free eaters (celiac) we wanted to try their gluten free pizza. To our dismay the poor service greatly overshadowed the pizza. We waited for over an hour a half for our pizza and it was only 3 customers in the restaurant who were almost done when we arrived. We never were told that it would be a delay in service or even checked on. We only received 1 refill after sitting there for an hour and then asked do I want a refill. Several other customers came in after us and also had to wait for at least an hour to receive their food as well and it brought the atmosphere way down as everyone all looked visibly annoyed and confused. No one thought to tell anyone why they were waiting for hours in an empty restaurant simply communicating to their customers would’ve allowed for people to understand and feel comfortable waiting. Several people ended up leaving.

We have been going to this location for many years. This has been our go-to restaurant for an easy dinner out. Their menu offers a large selection, so everyone can get something different. We have 2 kids with celiac disease and they are able to eat safely here. It’s a great place for a large group. We have seen different managers and servers over the years. Some meals are better than other, but for the most part the food is consistent and the servers are good. We went on Saturday and it wasn’t a very good experience. Our food wasn’t great. My wedge salad was more brown lettuce than green. My husband’s burger was covered in cilantro (not mentioned on the menu) and he had to remove all of the toppings to eat it. The server was great and on it, but the whole experience wasn’t pleasant. I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. We’ll give it another try later on, but right now it doesn’t seem to be in good condition. We’ll give it a while before we go back. Not sure what’s going on. Maybe they are understaffed coming out of Covid?

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and informed that, unfortunately, there was a short wait for a table. However, we could leave a number, and they estimated it would be about 15 minutes. Just 8 minutes later, they found us waiting in the lobby and invited us inside. Once seated, we were quickly taken care of, receiving our drinks and food in a very reasonable time. Our waiter checked in about our preferred spice levels, ensuring every dish was perfectly spiced for our group. He even recommended the right amount of food, and everything turned out delicious. We felt welcome throughout the entire experience. My wife has Celiac disease and cannot have gluten, but this didn’t slow them down at all. They were knowledgeable about her dietary needs and handled her allergy with care. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing dinner with great food and stellar service.

Crispy potato’s with cheese and more. What could be wrong with that. We ordered way too much food. The portion sizes are big. We could have easily shared a Rosti. Worth stopping in. Also appreciated that they have gluten-friendly items on the menu. Ana Julia was very friendly and attentive.

The food is hot & fresh! This is not fast food and a fresh breath of air. I'll never need nor return to fast food after finding this delightful place to dine. You can order at the table and they take it to you. The veggie burger, gluten free bun, grilled chicken sandwich and soft serve ice cream are fantastic! I didn't care for the older music but the food is worth it.

We just got milkshakes. Wife has to have Gluten free milkshakes. We watched the server Abbey prepare two of the milkshakes and then she replaced her gloves with new gloves and made wife her gluten free milkshake. It's hard to find a company that cares and actually takes care of there customers the way Abbey did. Thanks

Our waiter Esteban was amazing perfect service the perfect attention but not hovering! Food was amazing he asked about my gluten allergy and made sure it was okay that the corn tortillas and chips were cross contaminated. I don’t have celiac so it wasn’t an issue, but if you do have celiac and go here then I would choose something not fried but it was incredible!!

Excellent!! Great staff, tasty food and lots of character. Love the old cars, clamps as napkin rings and who thought a bathroom could be this entertaining. Huge portions and gluten free options. Great experience and highly recommend! I’ll be back on our next visit. The burnt tip brisket sandwich and mashed potatoes was to die for.

They even have a gluten-free crust that they don’t advertise. As a small business owner, I would buy in if they were a franchise!

Every time I have come to this Five Guys, it’s been a great experience. I go to the one on Millenia Blvd by the Costco. I have a gluten allergy and they are very nice about. They have always taken it seriously and handle my food with care which I appreciate tremendously!

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shogun Japanese Steakhouse, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. As someone who has a gluten allergy, my fiancé often faces challenges when eating out, but the staff at Shogun went above and beyond to accommodate his dietary needs. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Our server greeted us promptly and took the time to discuss the menu, making sure to inquire about any dietary restrictions. When I mentioned my fiancé's gluten allergy, they immediately reassured us that they could accommodate him without any issues. What impressed us most was the level of care and attention the chefs took with his meal. They cooked his food separately to avoid any cross-contamination, which gave us peace of mind and showcased their commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. My fiancé ordered the hibachi steak, while I opted for the shrimp and steak combo. The chef was not only skilled but also entertaining, adding to the overall experience with a bit of flair and fun—definitely a highlight of the evening. This place had gluten free soy sauce which is a huge plus. I highly recommend Shogun. The experience left us both smiling and eager to planning our next visit!

I sat down here with my five friends. My food came out and tasted good, but my poor friends did NOT have the same experience. The cookie did not even taste like cookie. The seating is horrible, it’s strange and unlike any other place. My friend with celiac got a massive amount of tater tots. She didn’t eat them because she didn’t know if they were safe. She paid tons of money for an L rizz meal… her grilled cheese was bad too. The cookie from earlier? Oh yeah, RAW. Might as well run behind the counter and munch on a handful of raw cookie dough. My other friend didn’t even GET her food. Very homophobic. Smh. Not the mention, the waitresses had negative aura points for not even giving good service. Do NOT munch here.

Outback is always a hit in my book. They have great food, service, and not worry about my gluten free allergy no matter where it is in the United states. I also love the chocolate lava cake I can actually eat. The struggle is real for use and eating out.

Very very happy that we ate here! The chicken is delicious. I’m a huge fan of tostones and yuca fries. Most of the menu is gluten free or can be modified for a gluten intolerance. The fresh fruit juices are no joke, Mango was my choice and I was blown away.

The owner talked to us. He bought the place recently and is in the process of completely remodeling. He told us the cheese on the pizza is from Italy -- and it was DELICIOUS! We got the gluten-free crust which was yummy and didn't make my daughter sick (she has Celiac). The sauce was perfect, too. Would definitely eat there again.

My wife and I were visiting on our anniversary. She ordered the Reggae Jamaican Jerk Chicken, which is advertised as "gluten senitive" i.e. for people with gluten intolerance. When the dish arrived it contained nothing mentioned in the description. After our inquiry we were told that certain items contained gluten. While that may be true, that still did not explain why the dish is advertised as such. The result was a small piece of chichen and half a plantain. Not even the "half chicken" as advertised, but two small chicken thighs. We even went as far as to explain to our server that the items left off the dish (rice) do not contain gluten and are safe, which is also why they are included in the dish stamped "gluten sensitive"!! Unfortunately, nothing was done about it. We paid for our meal and left. The entire experience just felt wrong. We never complain and understand that mistakes happen, but we both left feeling foolish and duped. We both simply hoped that our server or the restaurant would do the right thing, however, not even an apology for the miscommunication or misunderstanding or whatever it was that happened was given. It was business as usual and we were just another table being turned over. If you do visit this place, I can say that the atmosphere is nice, they usually have a band playing and the place feels lively. But warning to those who order anything and have dietary restrictions to please speak up and advocate for yourselves if something is not right, but do not expect them to address it nor do anything about it, because they will not. This was our second time visiting Universal in two years and given the occassion for the night it left an extra bit of sting in an otherwise good vacation.

Food and service were incredible. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating of food allergies. If you’re looking for dairy or gluten free options at an Italian place, this is a great option. They also have dairy free desserts and gluten free pasta is available.
