I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! I am just passing through town and saw that it was highly recommended on the app and it absolutely did not disappoint… With the menu as robust as the cheesecake factory the fact that almost anything can be made gluten-free is it extremely impressive. I am celiac and tried the calamari and the lump crabcake dinner and it was absolutely delicious. No reaction! Highly recommend. I wish I could go back over and over to try just everything that was available gluten-free such as sandwiches, pizzas and burgers, along with a multitude of appetizers and other dishes.
A lively dive bar vibe makes this spot perfect for game nights, featuring an array of unique options and a fun atmosphere!

Hands down the best vegan restaurant I've been to, and I've been to a lot! The food was delicious, the ambiance was on point, and the service was outstanding, with exceptional attention to my gluten free diet. Unfortunately I do not live in Philly, but when I visit, I will be back!

Came for everything gluten free and left completely stuffed and happy! The provolone wheel is incredible and the smash burger is picturesque and delicious. Collin took such AMAZING care of us, thank you!
This spot is a must for unique vegan and vegetarian options, though current service and seating arrangements may need some attention.

I’ve been ordering from Mandy’s for 7.5 years, since being diagnosed with celiac. Things have been wonky since ownership changed, but on 12/28/24 I called at 5:15pm and was told they were out of gluten free pizza shells for the evening. Sold out at 5pm on a Saturday? So I ordered a gf turkey hoagie, to which I was told that the owner had taken this item off the menu! What?? I was flabbergasted! This is not an unconventional item, it’s a turkey hoagie!
I continued my order of traditional food for the rest of my family, a pizza and two hoagies, and waited 55 minutes for them, even when the the girl answering phones was telling people 35 minutes(I know this because I stood in the restaurant for 20 mins waiting for my 3 items, since I arrived at the 35 minute mark.)
It was very disappointing, and I hope that the restaurant can stay true to the original owners dream of food for those of us will allergies and restrictions.
Step into a charming, old-school vibe with standout dishes and a delightful bread basket, perfect for making any meal feel special.

They take allergies and celiac very seriously here. Although the menu is not marked, you can ask them what is gluten-free. I'm majority of the entrées are. And they have a dedicated fryer and some of the best fries we have ever had. It is one of our go to places and we feel very safe coming here. They've got great protocols in place.
Enjoy a vibrant spot with amazing flavors and a charming patio, perfect for those seeking a unique dining experience in a lively atmosphere.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone with allergies. My best friend has severe gluten and mushroom allergies, so we were excited to try this fully gluten-free spot. We informed the waitress about her allergies, but it became clear they were not taken seriously. After eating tortilla chips, we were later told the fryer was used for mushrooms—a major cross-contamination issue.
The situation escalated as we anxiously waited to see if an epi-pen or ambulance was necessary. The waitress apologized, but the manager hovered awkwardly, making excuses instead of giving us space to handle the situation. Their poor handling of a life-threatening allergy made an already frightening experience worse. If you have food allergies, avoid this place.
Colorful vibes and incredible flavors make this spot a must-try, with generous portions and a lively atmosphere that's hard to resist!

My daughter and I loved everything about this restaurant. The service was terrific. The tables had beautiful, colorful coverings. The food was amazing and almost everything is gluten free! I had an arepa with chicken salad, it comes topped with creamy shredded gouda. She had the chicken empanadas, which were crispy and delicious. I can't wait to return and try more dishes.
Perfect for groups, this spot offers a cozy atmosphere, accommodating service, and a diverse menu featuring plenty of plant-based options.

Loved:
Food options, lots of vegetarian dishes, gluten free. They can customize all dishes. Many healthy options. Menu states calories as well.
My favorite was Spring Garden Flatbread. It had tons of flavor. I asked them to add jalapeño to it. Next favorite was the Hawaiian bowl. Pineapple was so spicy (wasn’t expecting that). The bowl had plenty of veggies. Cedar plank salmon was good too.
Soup was barely warm. I would have preferred it to be served hot. Dessert Peanut butter was just ok - would have preferred light whipped cream instead of the heavy kind cream.
Service is outstanding. I left my umbrella under the table. They called me on the drive back home to inform me. Our server was attentive and timing wise served food at right intervals.

The atmosphere is pretty nice. Food was good, I was told that everything was gluten free, but since I got home I’ve had hives and a stomach ache. Not sure if it’s food poisoning or gluten contamination, but might have to see a doctor. Be cautious if you have celiac.
Update: no reply from the company. I did end up in the hospital. Would not recommend.

Vegan and gluten-free options are only halfway worked out -- available but not delicious. It turns out I had been served a meal that was not gluten-free at a prior visit. The server's timing delayed our meals being served together. The host didn't have the character to accept responsibility when he inquired as to how things worked out. I will definitely think twice before dining here again.

Solid burger place and the ice cream is good too, especially the peanut butter flavor. Friendly staff, good service. Just remember: cash only (I can only imagine how many times a day the guy taking the order has to break the news to customers as they stare back with a confused look on their face). Gluten free buns are a big plus!

Quaint little restaurant bar atmosphere. The menu is awesome, but very few options for a celiac gal like myself. The curry deviled eggs were amazing. Gluten is a whole vibe there, so those who can, enjoy!

The gluten-free portion is half the size of the regular version. You pay an extra $3 for a smaller gluten-free bun and get half as much meat and everything. The staff says there's no more space for ingredients, and it's the same in all town, which is not true. In total, I paid $18 for a bun with meat the size of a small hot dog.

I chose the vedge experience to try 3 dishes and desert for $65/person. All the plates were not only uniquely thought through and delicious, but also presented like works of art. I really enjoyed the creative balance of flavors they used from only plant sources that even mimicked non-vegetarian dishes I've had before. Menu rotates seasonal so I will be returning soon and is well accomodating for gluten free patrons. An experience well worth trying

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Luna! Chef Tony and our server Reid were so knowledgeable about my celiac and gluten free options. Gluten free homemade pasta!!! Gluten free pizza crust..... on a separate shelf of the oven. (Huge win!) we shared the San Daniele Pizza, a house salad, and the pappardelle alla panna on gluten free linguine. We even took a pizza home, because it was so delicious. One of the things that caught me by surprise was NO UPCHARGE for gluten free pasta, pizza, or bread.... unheard of!!! You will not regret coming here.
Grazie, Luna family! ♡

Food is mediocre at best and definitely overpriced. $20 for TWO scallops. Salads were bland. Service was slow and food wasn’t served as the menu described. The ambiance is weird…it’s like this restaurant can’t decide who they want to be. One section is rustic, another contemporary, another modern farmhouse style, and last but not least, the kitchen area looks like a 1950’s diner. They up charge for everything. If you have a gluten allergy and ask for gluten free bread, be prepared to pay an extra $3 (even though regular bread is complimentary).

While traveling it's very difficult to find a celiac safe restaurant, however The Gettysburger Company was amazing when it came to accommodating our family. Be careful if you require a gluten free meal. We noted it on the reservation, talked to the server, got a marked up menu, and requested that they advise the kitchen about the GF ask. I ordered a salad and it came with croutons buried in it. If you have celiac disease, I would avoid this restaurant.

Food, service and atmosphere were all great and my celiac daughter was well taken care of. I'm giving 3 stars because we went on mother's day and they were taking reservations. But the online wait-list nor anywhere else online that we saw said so. So we joined the wait-list which said 10-20 min but it was really 45min. They really needed to take the wait-list offline and post they are taken reservations for that day.
Edit:
Thanks for the response, good to see you pay attention to customer feedback, I gave you another star for the followup.

We used Giovanni's for catering for a graduation party and the food was a hit at the party. Everyone wanted to know where we got the food because they loved it. The variety of food was excellent. In addition to a great variety of excellent food, there are several gluten free options which helped with dietary restrictions.
