Every time I visit SLC, I make it a point to go to White Horse because the food, cocktails, servers, and vibe are all on point. This most recent visit, I had the burger without a bun to make it gluten-free. The burger was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The simple arugula side salad and the pickles are my favorite additions to any meal there. Get an extra side of pickles if you typically love pickles. You won't be disappointed. I had two cocktails: Beneath the Pines (gin-based, herby, bright) and Tainted Love (vodka-based with citrus, cucumber, and floral) that I would absolutely order again.
