Picked up a gluten free lunch today, $30 for 1 meal is kinda ridiculous. I got pasta with the burger and it was an added $8 up charge to get a small portion of gross pasta. The pasta was horrible, very clearly reheated (not well) and definitely a day or 2 old. I could have made Kraft dinner that tasted better than their barely reheated pasta. I don’t know if they changed chefs but their pasta used to be amazing. Very disappointing
A chill spot with great vibes and a spacious patio, offering delightful vegan options that everyone raves about!

I stopped in for a quick lunch during a business trip. It’s always hard to find great vegan cuisine when I am traveling for work.
This location was amazing, their menu had so many great vegan options to choose from along with great substitutions for gluten-free, soy free, etc.
I went with the lemongrass, tofu, beet salad, and I asked to add some capers to it. The server was extremely friendly and had no problem accommodating my request. It was absolutely delicious. I wouldn’t change a single thing about it. I will gladly be back when I am back in the area.
Ambience was great with a fun vibe. Very trendy. Even the bathroom was a lot of fun some cool wallpaper and fun color scheme.
A small, bustling spot known for its quick service and resilience, offering a unique dining atmosphere despite occasional noise.

I'm extremely pleased by the staff here.
I had a food allergy I made my server aware of at the start. When they brought my meal, I had about .2 seconds to stare at it before another server swooped in and stole it back stating "Sorry this one isn't gluten free", and the manager appeared from the other side with the correct order. The whole switch out happened in less than 10 seconds.
On top of that, there was no discernable difference to the appearance of the meals, to my eye anyways, so I'm even more impressed by how quick they noticed the wrong one had been presented first.
Finally- it was Valentine's, and they were absolutely brutally packed and still managed to do all this with a smile.
The food was great but it could have been awful at that point (as so many gluten free substitutions are anyways) and I still would have been amazed.
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with attentive service where unique modifications elevate your meal experience, making every visit refreshing and enjoyable.

I was working in an office nearby and was looking for lunch - I haven’t eaten here since prior to my Celiac Disease diagnosis.
I noticed on the menu that there is a wide variety of items across all categories that can be made “gluten conscious” with substituted items. If you have to avoid gluten you know sometimes there are no options, or no substitutions available and it can be a challenge eating the same things over and over again. I wanted to give it a shot, so I placed my order on the Moxies website with an ask for GC subs.
I ordered the following to share with a gluten sensitive coworker:
Truffle parm fries
Roasted tomato and whipped feta dip
Chipotle mango chicken
The restaurant called right away and confirmed substitution selections with me. The fries were baked instead of fried to avoid cross contamination, the dip was served with crackers instead of bread, and the chicken was served with jasmine rice instead of ancient grains.
When I went to pick up I was served by the manager who was incredibly friendly. I really appreciated the attention to detail and care that was put into my order- I did not feel like a burden or that the substitutions were too much work.
The best part is that everything tasted great - I would happily reorder these items again and they kept absolutely fine in containers and made it back to the office. We both feel great hours after eating and are excited to be able to add some variation to an otherwise relatively flavourless mealtime.
Thank you so much for taking the time to make my experience great, even if I didn’t dine in!

This is my husband and I's date night spot! The burgers are amazing! The menu variety is stellar. The buns are fresh (I believe in house made) and if you are gluten-free or Low carb/Keto their lettuce wrapped burger is hands down my favorite in the city!

Just want to rave about our experience tonight at The Keg on 130 ave SE
Just went there for our celiac son’s 18th birthday dinner and they were incredible. The menu is clearly marked for GF diners but beyond that our server, Eden, took extra care to make sure our son was looked after. All his courses were delivered to the table by kitchen managers to ensure everything was safe and no cross contamination occurred.
Well done team! That was refreshing 🥰

Had a great dinner out at Southland Yard. I was skeptical at first because it's a hotel restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. There are tons of gluten free options, and the food was pretty good. The atmosphere is updated with lots to do - board games, pool, cornhole, pinball etc. I'd recommend stopping by!
Impressive attention to detail sets this spot apart, with labeling and accommodating various dietary needs making it a hit with families.

We went to J Club tonight, for the first time, for my husband's birthday. We had the Butter Chicken, Teriyaki Stir-fry and our kids ate off the kids menu. All of our food was amazing, (the best we've had out in a long time,) and they had the option of a gluten free bun for my son's burger.
The service was quick, and our server was great. Will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of eating here after trying it a few months ago, very rarely do we find that there is consistency and they didn’t disappoint. The pasta was fresh and el dante …felt like I was in a cozy place in venice! The fellow (Ganesh) speaking to us was also very nice and told us about the fresh ingredients that go in the pasta. I had the gluten free gnocchi and my hubby had the creamy pesto ravioli. I’m always nervous eating out but he made sure everything was done absolutely perfectly! Really recommend this place as a nice night out and value for money!
Expect a super accommodating vibe where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels included and has a great time.

Gluten free food there is not good.
I have been there twice now, the first time, the Carbonara sauce was so salty it was inedible. My husband, who will eat anything, couldn't eat it either. When I mentioned this to staff, it seemed like I was being a nuisance.
The second time, I had the ricotta lemon shrimp pasta. I could not taste any lemon, it was a 'Where's Waldo' effort to even find a shrimp, and it tasted honestly, bad. The gluten free pasta they serve there does not taste good at all, and it isn't helped by lacklustre sauces.
Also, the gelato is not great. I have eaten lots of gelato, in lots of places, and I'd say this one just isn't worth the effort.
I also think $18 for a dish with a 'self serve' format of waiting in line to order, getting your own water etc is steep.
Needless to say, I won't be going back for a repeat!
So hard to find good food that is also gluten free, lots of options to choose from. The food is really good! Definitely recommend treating yourself to a meal here
With its rustic charm, festive decor, and a cozy atmosphere featuring an antler chandelier, this spot offers a memorable dining experience.

I never give bad reviews unless there is a glaring issue. My wife has celiac disease — we called ahead at the time of reservation to ensure they could accommodate her, and spoke again with the server about the seriousness of the condition & importance to not have any wheat in the meal when we ordered. While the server said they would make absolutely sure the meal would be gluten free - There were no visits from any kitchen staff, which was disappointing, and bottom line - my wife had a severe reaction to the meal. Kept her up all night. We so rarely eat out - she’s basically said she’s never doing it again after this meal.
