We choose our restaurants carefully as I am Celiac and require gluten-free options and my wife has mobility issues. This establishment proved to be outstanding on top of having knowledgeable and attentive waitstaff and beautiful decor. We sat in one of a few booths but they also have outside seating, High tables, and a very nice bar. The beef madelions and the Pork Chop were great entrees but the winner was GF Lobster Bisque soup, so hard to find GF soups! Do make reservations early to get a booth and parking seems to be very limited until we found we could park in the lot next door.
Chill vibes with cozy seating and beautiful surroundings create a perfect spot for drinks and friendly service, making for a great outing.

First time, but won't be my last. Drinks were done perfect. Food was amazing (we had a gf-celiac diner and a vegetarian diner - great options for both!). Our server, Tristan (I think that's right - I'm awful with names!) was outstanding!! Very friendly and polite. Once he knew our dietary restrictions, he made recommendations and made sure there was never an issue. And the atmosphere was perfect. It felt comfy, cozy without being cramped. Highly recommend.
Cozy vibe with amazing tastes and a variety of options that will make you glad you chose this spot over the usual chains.

The best gluten-free French toast I ever had. So glad they were able to accommodate my food allergy. Cozy atmosphere, delicious tastes. We waited a bit when we were sat initially, but they are always busy & I understand how it is when working in the restaurant industry.

Casual atmosphere with delicious food. You can make it what you want vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or add chicken. Homemade soup daily and desserts. Coffee and other drinks. I’ve been several times and now my son likes it when he visits. You can buy their outstanding chipotle pepper sauce.

I've only had the salads as I am gluten intolerant, but honestly they are the biggest, freshest, tastiest salads on Canal. The girls that work here are super sweet, and I never wait long to get my food. I'm devouring the Are You Chicken salad as I type this. Check it out!
Had gluten free options. Gluten free options didn’t get me sick. The service was awesome. Chefs choice options, just make it gluten free. Hot sauce on table was great. Will be back!
Chill spot with a spacious outdoor area, serving tasty pizzas and fresh salads—definitely worth a repeat visit.

ThIs is a local hidden treasure on New Symnra. Great pizza! They offer a variety of Italian food. They have gluten-free options as well. The place is small but there is a 6 person table top. They have a larger outdoor patio that is heated in the winter. This is a charming place with a full bar. The service was great. It does take time because all pizzas are made to order. Of your in a hurry than to to would be a great option. They also work with delivery services such as Uber Eats. There is limited parking in front of the restaurant. There is a larger parking lot that is free parking about a block away. They have nice, clean restrooms and a fun atmosphere that makes this a great choice for an evening with family friends and good food.
Large portions and a variety of sides make this spot a must-try, plus the brisket is a fan favorite for good reason!

Amazing food! Large portions, come with a choice of 6 sides. Bonus, they have gluten free options which my sister tested and they passed! The assistant manager, Antonio was very helpful. Reasonable prices and very clean establishment.

Diverse menu but I had an awesome salad! The bar made a great very dry in and out martini. The topper was the gluten free (my wife has Celiac disease) chocolate lava cake! Best GF connection we've found yet!

We loved our experience at Outriggers! In town for the Daytona 500 and heard about this place from a friend. Our waitress, Carly, was SO great. She had excellent recommendations and accommodated a gluten allergy in our group. If you’re looking for great cocktails, fresh seafood, and great service, check out Outriggers.
I’m giving this wonderful restaurant 3 stars because you don’t offer gluten free pasta. I understand that you make your own pasta, which is by far the best I’ve ever had. However I have a gluten allergy. If I were to eat your delicious home made pasta I will have bloating, gas pains and everything that goes with that for 3 days. I and my husband are local. We would come to the garlic much more than once every few months if we had the opportunity to enjoy a pasta that is not maid from wheat flour. It would be a great addition to your menu to add a rice pasta, spaghetti, linguine, or risotto. I’m sure there are many people who have a gluten allergy that would find this to be there number one restaurant to dine at whenever in the mood for Italian cuisine.
Enjoy a welcoming vibe and accommodating atmosphere that keeps diners coming back for more.

I went into Baci's at about 12 o clock, on a Wednesday. I'm guessing they hadn't been open for long. There was only a few customers, and only about 3 employees. We sat ourselves, and soon had menus. Me and my sister are gluten free, so we ordered a gluten free pizza crust. (I added a few things to mine, and the man waiting on us didn't seem to mind). The food took about 25-35 minutes. A bit long for a pizza, but I figured that if you're adding stuff to it, and making it gluten free, it may take longer. We ordered a cesar salad, and I wasn't terribly impressed. I think the dressing had too much lemon juice. When the pizza came out, it was worth waiting for. It wasn't stodgy or extremely small, like gluten free pizzas usually are. I saved my mine leftovers, and ate it later. A little pricier than I thought, but inflation and all that, I'm not going to give them a hard time.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. We were seated immediately and placed our order quickly with a good turnaround time. The entrée as well as dessert were excellent, my wife and I had the trout special which was superb.
They had no problem with changing the menu to avoid allergies including gluten and nuts. Would definitely recommend them, my wife and I will be back!

My wife has Celiac and they are very attentive and have a dedicated fryer and an extensive gluten free menu!! Burgers were great! Seafood platter was great! Shrimp scampi and fish dip was amazing and the peanut butter pie was PHENOMENAL! We will be back for sure!!!

Super delicious hole in the wall! A must try. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the portions are the right size, the taste is authentic and tasty, and the staff is really attentive. I am gluten free and I had a very easy time getting gluten free options, here, and opted for a corn taco and had chips and salsa and queso. Highly recommend the Al pastor tacos!

Chef is native Italian. Well composed delicious dishes, beautifully served. Knowledgeable wait staff with pleasing personalities. Very good wine list. Nice entertainment about 3 nights per week. Please bring back crème brulée dessert, though it is French, not Italian. Note: gluten free pasta is available with most pasta dishes.

Holy cow!! Stopped by this morning on our way to the beach!! I had the BEST gluten free avocado toast of my life!! The customer service was amazing!! Can’t wait to come back and try more things!! Thank you!
Horribly soggy Gluten Free pizza. The regular pizza looked good and my family loved it, but their Gluten free was definitely not cooked well and droopy and way too moist! We ordered one cheese GF and one with veggies; both were floppy and just gross. I do NOT recommend their GF. So sad- for the price of pizza it was very underwhelming!

One of our favorite places for gluten-free meal on the water. Dinner and a show! Lots of boats. Crab legs are great. May have to wait for a table but worth the wait. Added benefit is all-valet parking. Hard to see the entrance, really is down that driveway. Follow the sign.
Diverse menu options highlight unique selections, making it a go-to spot for those seeking tasty choices without limitations.

Food sensitive friendly. I liked how they listed foods that are gluten free. They have a decent amount of selections to choose from. Breakfast included Turkey bacon, red skin potatoes and seasonal fruit.
Thank you so much for an incredible dining experience! It is not always easy to accommodate my gluten allergy but you guys were awesome!! We can’t wait to come back!
Awesome Bloody Mary's, the service was outstanding from all eemployees. We were greeted with a welcome attitude from the employees. The BLT, the sausage and gravy on a biscuit were very good. They also had gluten-free bread which was needed by one of our crew. I would not recommend the pancakes because they were just average when so many other items on their menu was well above average. Located right on the Atlantic Ocean, you could drive on the beach right to their location.
After trying several breakfast places this ended up becoming our go-to breakfast spot. Fast friendly service and everything we tried over the week was delicious! My only suggestion is some gluten friendly bread options, especially a gluten friendly waffle! That would make them unique in the New Smyrna market! Otherwise a great spot for breakfast and lunch!!
Very friendly staff. Went out of their way to make sure my meal ingredients were gluten free. Very accommodating and not bothered by my dietary needs and restrictions. The food was great, though slightly expensive.

A must stop. You gotta get somethin ice cream aaaaaaand somethin food. Not just 1. This is the way. Izzy's is our always must stop on our way to or from the beach. Usually both. The staff are the most polite group of teens ever assembled outside of the Disney channel. (We're always in the ToGo window...they may have full adults inside...) Hard to find good gluten free food (especially fried) so the fried fish tacos are usually a standard with whatever else we're tryin that day. I've tried every taco on the list, they're all worth a retry. The ice cream is also always exceptional. My new joy of life is their affagato. Espresso, ice cream, caramel,& whip cream....tis stranger slapping good. Just give it a try, be NICE, & tip. It'll be worth it all.

Found this gem on our last night in NSB. It was raining, so it gave the place an authentic look and feel. The food was really good, as was the service. Make sure to say hello to Ramone, the house rooster, while you're there. We order ceviche, carne asada tacos, kids enchiladas, kids quesadilla, and Mar y Tierra. They also turned their burrito into a burrito bowl (due to a gluten-free request). I also recommended the Blood Orange margarita. Parking was wide open, but it was Sunday and raining. I could see parking being tricky on a busy Friday or Saturday. Overall, this is a MUST TRY restaurant in the area.

I was so disappointed with this place. We had booked based on our experience of the outdoor bar which had been great. We went last night (Friday) Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive and were okay but not as good as they had been at the bar outside. The waiting staff looked rushed off their feet and stressed but were really polite and pleasant.
The menu looked good but my food experience was really poor. I ordered one of the specials which was charged at a premium price. I asked if it could be gluten free, however they had no gluten free tacos and I was offered the option of my grouper being served as it was, or being wrapped in a lettuce leaf or served in a toasted gluten free bun. My understanding was that I opted for a gluten free bun and there was an additional charge of 50c to replace the soft tacos. I was okay with this as I appreciate the gluten free bread costs more. I discovered later that the 50c was to pay for the lettuce!!!!
In other places I have some great gluten free work rounds with the food served in a way that looks appetising. However this was not one of those places I was served something really messy and unpleasant looking on a 50c lettuce leaf. The fish was covered in what looked like a shop bought sauce and on searching I discovered there was what looked like a teaspoon of pico de Gallo underneath the fish and what may or may not have been a sliver of avocado. It looked a mess and was cold when it arrived and not good value. I was so disappointed as this was supposed to be a romantic holiday meal and I felt that I could not reasonably accept something this substandard. I asked about the bun and was told that the 50c charge was for the lettuce leaf and not the bun and that this was a further three dollars. I was pretty put out by this as there was no compensation for the fries or tacos that I did not receive as I was gluten free and was being basically served fish with a side of squash and a squirt of sauce. I asked for a manager and was told they would give me a gluten free bun free of charge which I accepted in the hope that my experience might be improved. I had not anticipated that my meal was to be taken away for ten minutes whilst my partner sat patiently letting his get cold as he ate it slowly waiting for mine to return.
The fish from my meal was literally scraped off the lettuce and put in a toasted bun and served on a new plate and the plate with my lettuce returned in case I wanted to add this to the bun rather than a new meal being served. The lettuce by this point was just a mess of scraped off fish and sauce and soggy. By this time I wanted to cry as the whole meal had been ruined and was struggling. Meals are more than just calories on a plate, they are about an experience. My partner and I were looking to have a lovely holiday meal something that you make memories from and instead we ate separately and I ended up with a meal that was cold and unpleasant and looked like something a gull had dropped on it's way by.
How much effort did it need to take to serve something that looked appetising and edible? I paid the full price and wanted something nice like any other customers and the chance to eat with my partner and relax, even before the bun debacle the meal was not acceptable and looked awful. I have been to many places that have managed to serve something gluten free and make it look like a treat and not a punishment, that includes in New Smyrna. The sad thing is I don't even feel like I can come back to the bar that we first loved now based on this experience. For the price this should have been a better experience. It really spoiled a relaxing night we both needed so much. I have given a low rating on service not because the staff were bad, they were lovely, but the overall service and response to a dietary requirement was awful. You pretty much ruined our evening.
