Had a great experience here today. The restaurant (new location) is gorgeous - modern and clean and not overcrowded inside. Beautiful. The food was delicious too. I had a gf Caesar salad that was incredible and a risotto special with lobster that was excellent. Nearly every pasta dish could be made with gf pasta and the chicken parm could be made with grilled chicken and gf pasta, which also sounded good (and healthier than traditional breaded and fried chicken anyway). The only negative was the way we were greeted at the reception. The ladies seemed stressed out and had intense discussions with each other about my reservation and the fact that one person ended up not being able to make it. It was very off putting and we did not feel welcomed at all. I considered walking out…but I didn’t want to be charged! After we were seated everything was lovely.
Charming outdoor dining with gluten-free options and a cozy, romantic atmosphere.

I love this place! Being able to eat out is so troubling and difficult! Especially if you have Celiacs Disease. Never had a problem here eating! So many options that are gluten free or can be made gluten free! There are like 3 things that cannot be made gluten free and have their own dedicated oven they go in! There are no grills or deep fryers! Everything cooked is on hot plates away from everything else! Wonderful place!

Was so excited, pushed our whole group to go here and was not disappointed at all! My daughter and friend have celiac, the space is kid friendly and has a dedicated gluten free menu. They were patient and considerate, transparent and knowledgeable about any cross contamination. They had live music, so so fun, could not have been happier with this choice, highly recommend!

We made reservations to celebrate an 89th birthday and a 38th wedding anniversary, we got there early. We sat at the bar and Justin was our bar tender and he was knowledgeable and very nice. My mother in law and I had a great wine suggested by Justin. My husband had a great beer suggested by Justin that he thoroughly enjoyed!
We then were seated and our server was named Gabriella and she was amazing! Gabriella suggested both my entree and desert and knocked it outta the park! Gabriella also went over the menu with my mother in law to help her with the gluten free options, which was fantastic! Even suggesting things that could be removed. My husband was easy. Gabriella took my husbands order for dessert and when she returned she stopped at the table gave me mine, my mother in law hers, looked at my husband and said “ I will bring you another one without the ice cream”, and it was done.
Gabriella went above and beyond for me, we made a mess of the table cloth sharing yummies and I asked Gabriella for a napkin to cover our mess since I was so embarrassed over the mess and she did so so sweetly and laughed with us, she also took our picture. Between Justin and Gabriella this was one of the most amazing times we’ve had! Oh and the food was just……there are no words to describe how great (beyond great) the food was! Their chef is amazing! Thank you for time of our lives Justin, Gabriella, the chef and all the great people who waited on us! Did I mention the food was outstanding?!!!

Five stars all around. The gluten free wraps are deceiving good. They don’t taste gluten free, but I assure you, they are!
The back patio is cool and comfortable. You’re sitting at a beach dune without being on the sand.
Five stars specifically for Kaylee. She is always helpful and just one of the kindest souls on the boardwalk. It’s always good to say hello to her, season after season.
Thanks again for a fantastic afternoon.

The food was exceptionally good. Or the ingredients of the pizza were. But the crust was like a cracker and I have had gluten free pizza at 5 places
I like that it was "gluten free" . But it was not really. True Gluten free for Celiacs has pizza or whatever in a dedicated oven.
It was not. The pizza itself was Gluten free. But it was made with Glutinous pizza. My husband is Celiac and broke out. Because it was not made in a dedicated pizza oven.
The parking was not free like they advertised.
It was 8.00 and there was no bathroom. You had to go across the parking lot not close. But it was close to the ferry. For some reason I am not able to post pictures.

Server messed up order and he tried to explain it look like we ordered the wrong thing. My daughter has Celiac and did not feel comfortable eating there as nothing in menu even remotely offers gluten free items, server says " Are you just not hungry". It is not your business.Know your place. Needed separate checks and he stated only 2 could be done. Such bull. There were 9 people in the party. Brendan, If you are busy and cannot handle a 9 top, state that. You clearly did not do steps of service. We had bread plates at the table and you did not bring over bread. Nor did you refill water without being asked. You were friendly but you need to stop taking tables if you cannot handle them. We were very limited on time or we would have our right meals made for us. Time to update the dated Restaurant a tad. The 1960s are calling and would like their uniforms back. Hideous.

My husband and I went for my birthday weekend in Cape May. We do not normally get to eat out because I am allergic to so many things and I get sick so I am very serious when I say this is a great place to go . I had a strawberry and walnut salad ( I am not allergic to tree nuts) and I added grilled chicken( gluten free ) and it was so yum! Greens were nice and green and strawberries fresh! We had a lovely waiter who was kind and helpful.

Fantastic option for dinner. The pickle brined wing were some of the best I've EVER had! You don't taste pickles, so don't think of them that way. They're super tender and then smoked, I think. I could eat them for days. I got extra sauces to dip in. Sweet Thai and hot sauce. My wife had what looked like a very good acorn squash dish and I also loved the halibut special with green beans and mushrooms. Service was very good. The timing on dish delivery was perfect. The place was a bit empty for a Saturday night, but it was very early spring. Loved that they have gluten free options and know what is/isn't GF. I will return and recommend. The bar also looks decent for a pre-dinner drink.

Luisa's coconut macaroons are a hidden gem in this beach town's sea of sweet treats. As a gluten-free dessert enthusiast, I've sampled my fair share of coconut macaroons, but these are hands down the best I've ever tasted. The balance of sweetness is perfect - not too sugary, just right. What sets them apart is their ideal texture: light and airy, avoiding the dense heaviness often found in lesser macaroons. The semi-sweet chocolate topping adds the perfect finishing touch. For anyone with a sweet tooth, gluten-free or not, these macaroons are an absolute must-try. Luisa's has mastered the art of the coconut macaroon!

We ate on the recently remodeled porch for our anniversary. The food was some of the best I have had, farm-to-kitchen fresh. I do not eat gluten and the waiter and kitchen staff were very helpful with my choices. I had the Heritage Tomato Salad with Burrata and Stone Fruit. Each bite was a treat. The Cape May Scallops were perfectly cooked and the risotto was just amazing. The mango/passion fruit sorbet was a perfect finish to our meal on a warm evening.

when we dined at this restaurant I made clear to our server that I have celiac’s disease which means I am allergic to wheat. Being in the food service industry means you should be well versed in food allergy information and cross contamination. I was given a steak with breaded onions on top and when I said to the server I can’t eat this he took the steak back and one minute later brought it back out with the onions removed. I repeated I cannot eat this if you just scraped the onions off it is cross contaminated and I was told there is nothing they can do. It is a $60 meal that was also over cooked. My husbands steak was over cooked as well. The table next to us had 4 steaks that where over cooked. The dining experience was very disappointing. If someone said they had a peanut allergy would you just say how whoops just wipe those off the plate ? No you could cause a serious health problem.
Please better educate your staff and chef in regards to food allergy.

What a great quick breakfast place! Great location! Kind and friendly and delish!! They are so accommodating, too. We had a little poodle with my family and the worker offered him a treat. He is a picky little dog and turned it down. She was determined to give him a treat so she whipped out 2 more options for our poodle to try. Even though he snubbed all 3 treats, it was so generous of her! What a good laugh.
Then, even better, I brought my own Gluten Free bagel to see if I can get an Bacon Egg and Cheese on the side to put on my bagel myself. The owner (I think) offered to take my bagel for me and prepared me a delicious Bacon Egg and Cheese on my own GF bagel! (They do offer gluten free bread but I really wanted a bagel sandwich) I don't have cross contamination issues so this was perfect for me. It made me so happy! Thank you and can't wait to go back when we visit Cape May again. Next time, I'm trying the Lox ;)
Delightful fine dining experience in Cape May. As usual, the more upscale the restaurant, the easier it is to order. The server said nearly everything on the menu was already gf or could easily be modified to be gf. I had wonderful stuffed clams, mahi mahi with sausage and beans in a beautiful broth, and a banana pudding dessert that was modified by leaving out the cookie that would have served as the base of the pudding. Everything was excellent and delicious. Highly recommend for a special dining experience.

This place only allows ordering through OpenTable, so we did that. We wanted to call to ask about gluten-free options, but they don't answer the phones, so that wasn't an option. We ordered what seemed to sound gluten-free from the prix-fixed menu online, and then I asked about it when I picked it up. Turns out, some of what we bought wasn't gluten-free - I had put a note on OpenTable, but I guess they didn't read it.
Food was fine, but the ordering experience was not great.
