My husband and I had the pleasure of coming here while exploring downtown Saratoga. My husband has a severe gluten allergy and our server Collin could not have been more accommodating and patient with us about it. His service was a stand out. They have gluten-free options and my husband was very happy with his meal. I think they are on the pricey side for what you get, but was a nice date night!

I love Cantina because they have a dedicated gluten free fryer so you can have the chips, taquitos, chicken wings etc! There are so many options I go here with my boyfriend when we want a place that has an extensive list and is delicious. Also, their happy hour menu is basically all Gluten free and a steal. BOGO margs and $5 apps like their nachos which are one of my favs!

Boca has so many options and they are clearly labeled. Also they have gluten free bread that they will serve you before the meal. They really are well educated on celiac disease. Great food too!

What an amazing place. The pizza is humongous and definitely the cleanest pizza I’ve ever eaten. Every ingredient was homemade and fresh. It didn’t feel like you were eating a greasy pizza from some dirty pizza place. The crust was amazing and finding out it was sourdough allowed my wife to be able to enjoy this pizza as Well since she is gluten sensitive. We got a pie of the hot and honey and one 1/2 vegetable and 1/2 sausage. Each was so delicious and helped fuel us after a long day. I would recommend this to everyone who is in the area!

There was an excellent gluten free and vegetarian selection. The food came out super fast and was delicious especially the fries. The waiter was very friendly. The only note I would give is they messed up our order and immediately fixed it but didn’t tell us they were going to make a whole new order and we would’ve preferred not to waste the food but otherwise it was perfect.

In the heart of downtown near a parking garage. A cozy old tavern and restaurant with outdoor seating also. Historical building with stone and dark wood beam construction. Warm and inviting as is the food. Includes vegan and gluten free options. Full service bar and locally crafted beer. I had the Open faced turkey sandwich smothered in gravy stuffing and mashed potatoes with a side of cranberry sauce. Rich flavorful gravy and tender turkey with creamy mashed potatoes.

They have a vegan veggie burger that is homemade and absolutely delicious... honestly the best I have ever had... after speaking with the owner I also learned they separate their fish, chicken and fries in separate fryers for cross contamination so I feel comfortable eating lots of options they have for vegetarians and vegans. They also offer multiple different options for vegan icecream and other diary free and gluten free options too!!!! You must stop by and try their goodies!!!

We have been going to Max's for many years, and is a favorite place for gluten free pizza. The food is solid, even though it is frustrating how little the menu changes. The issue is that the place was absolutely filthy this past time we visited. Everything was in need a deep scrub from the bathrooms to the light fixtures. Really disappointed going into track season that this was the state of things, hoping they fix this before the season gets into full swing.

Solevo Kitchen had a designated gluten free menu. They didn’t have gluten free pasta but most of their pasta dishes comes with whipped polenta instead. I got the Bolognese which was incredible. For app we shared the Non-Pane-Zanella I am still craving it again already. Dessert is the best in downtown Saratoga Springs. They had a lemon cornmeal cake that was insane. Best place in Saratoga to eat.

Amazing breakfast ~halfway between NY and Montréal. The food is actually very tasty, the portions are great, there are plenty of Gluten Free options and the Prices are very fair. Very very busy on Sunday morning so be patient. Jean Pierre is an awesome host. Parking lot is tricky so be careful. Merci JP a bientot!

I ordered the shroom pizza on cauliflower crust, was excited to have a gluten option (bummed no vegan cheese though). It looked nothing like the pictures on the reviews, black burnt edges and almost no mushrooms. I was watching my friends eat regular pizzas that looked incredible.. I'm not sure why a $5 more expensive crust could end up like that. And also, which the cauliflower crust came in a larger size. No cherries at the bar either. I won't be back, but if you don't care about gluten you'll probably be fine.

For me, some of the charm is the building itself. Located on Broadway, the architecture is old wood and brick, with a lot of natural light streaming through the windows and doors. They've kept the space between tables - since COVID I'm supposing, so it is nice and quiet enough to be able to hear who you're with. Food and drinks were delicious - and they have gluten free for the friends I sometimes go with. I had their 'eggs your way,' they were cooked perfect, just the way I like them. Everything was hot, brought out at the same time, always a plus. Waiter was nice and attentive. I go a couple times every few months. Enjoy it very much.

The new menu like others have said is very disappointing. Previously the food was terrific with many vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free options. Now this is bar food and not in a good way. Do better!

Had a great experience here about 2 yrs ago hosting my boss’ retirement dinner for about 20 of us- great food and service then. So I figured, it was definitely worth going back since I’m in town for work again…. The minute we walked in the door, smacked in the face with low quality air freshener. First off- no good restaurant would take away from the taste of the good by doing that. But second- it wasn’t even limited to the entry way, that garbage was being pumped into the air even by the bar where we were seated at a high top. Imagine a hotel that doesn’t properly clean air freshener smell. Awful. Our server was great initially, made a great dry red wine suggestion and took our order promptly. Then cue the waiting…. No bread or anything at an Italian restaurant- ok maybe we were supposed to order it as a starter? Salads come- now it’s restaurant week so to be fair I only paid $42 for a three course meal - but my Boston Bibb salad with white vinaigrette, Gorgonzola and crispy prosciutto came with precisely 1 tsp of blah dressing, 3 crumbs of Gorgonzola and 7 flecks of crispy prosciutto. My dining partner’s Caesar salad was an untrimmed romaine heart with blah Caesar dressing and 4 Parmesan shavings on top. Cue the 25 min wait until the main course comes. Her spaghetti bolognese got two thumbs up. My penne ala vodka with chicken added? I’ve had better out of a jar and the chicken was unseasoned , un-anything for a $7 up charge. Gluten free pasta available was a plus. Perhaps it actually tasted better but I couldn’t tell because “hotel new car” smell was being pumped into my nose and lungs. Cue a 40 min wait for any attention paid to our 3rd course. At which point, the server notifies us, during restaurant week, they’ve run out of the tiramisu we selected. Seriously?? Substitutions or removed from book were offered, we elected to remove. Then another 30 min wait and a direct request for our bill. My partner’s dessert was removed and I was comped a glass of wine in exchange for the tiramisu let down. Over all a very reasonable price for a let down of a meal. Not sure what changed in two years, but this was a significant disappointment/downgrade in quality of atmosphere and meal. We were so looking forward to this too.

I went to this gem while traveling for work but it’s worth a return trip to Saratoga just to come here. The food was delicious and the owner was amazing. She provided samples of small foods that I was interested in which were delicious and also had a wide variety of gluten free options to choose from. The presentation of food was lovely and the service was attentive but not overbearing. I recommend this restaurant 100% and if you go try the garlic hummus, halloumi, and stuffed grape leaves apps! Such a sad experience. This restaurant was chosen because 2 of our party are gluten free and they have many options. Unfortunately, after waiting well over an hour and seeing the same entrees we ordered go to several tables that were seated and ordered after us, our waiter told us he didn’t know why our order kept getting pushed back, but now they had run out of the sides that went with our halibut. The manager then told us it was because one of our party special ordered the seafood mac & cheese gluten free (even though their menu notes this is available). When we pushed on this, the manager said that if we didn’t like it and didn’t what substitute sides, we could leave, and that is exactly what we did. This was a birthday celebration for my wife that was ruined by this poor restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will say though, that the young waiter, who shared he only had a month of experience, was friendly and tried hard.

The food is absolutely delicious and unique; the service is top of the line; and the atmosphere is so elegant, warm, and inviting. I have a gluten allergy, so to be able to not only have fried chicken, but to have the best fried chicken of my life, was such a huge treat. Our server Anglea was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I can't say enough great things about this place. We love it there and hope to be back asap!

A little busy, but not crowded (as in enough space between tables to enjoy our food and conversation without being rlbow to elbow with other tables). As a larger group, it wasn't a huge wait to have us seated at last minute walk-ins (less than two minutes). We had a few drinks, some alcholic and some chose non-alcoholic. A variety of meals from salads to their chilli was ordered, but all arrived fresh and at the same time. Every at our table enjoyed the cooking as well. The waiteess was very friendly and accommodating to those in our group with special dietary needs, so we could still enjoy a full meal sans certain items (such as gluten free rolls to accompany the chilli instead of regular ones). And the price was very reasonable. 5 out of 5 stars...and looking forward to the next trip their.

This was a tough review to write, because I genuinely love this restaurant and how attentive everyone is. The sashimi is delicious. They gave me a dedicated menu to mark gluten free when I requested GF soy sauce, yet without fail, they bring me something that makes me ill. The first time it was a yakitori with sauce, despite every previous order having no sauce. The second time was a tempura roll that wasn't marked as tempura. If you are celiac or gluten intolerant at all, don't eat here.

We were in town for a local event. It ran pretty late, so we ask our local friends where to go. They weren't much help, so we decided to check you out!! The atmosphere was fantastic, the menu had a lot of cool choices. We were greeted by Will, he was helpful and easy to talk to. There was 4 of us. We all ordered sandwiches. Three burgers and a chicken sandwich. Will was very helpful with guiding us through the menu and making great suggestion. I had a Blue Ribbon Burger with no bun,due to a gluten allergy with a salad. All four sandwiches were SPOT ON!!! I fancy myself a Bleu cheese aficionado and the Bleu cheese at your restaurant is HANDS DOWN,THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Matt,the owner delivered our food. He was immediately engaging and fun!!! We had some great banter and he got the condiments we asked for. He also chatted with us and we had some laughs. This is a little known gem in town by localsl. If you haven't been here you have to try it. The staff is incredibly accommodating and the food is very good. They offer standard pub fare but also healthier bowl choices like their teriyaki bowl with steak, rice and broccoli! They offer gluten free options. Portions are generous and prices are fair. They also offer a good selection of draft and bottle beer! Enjoy!

Came here because it was close to the chess tournament. What a gem! The service was super nice and friendly. The BBQ burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The gluten free bun was hands down the best gluten free bun I’ve ever had. Each TV displayed something different so there was something for everyone to watch.

The staff was extremely accommodating with my reservation for a front table and a Creme Brulee dessert for a 40th birthday celebration. It was an extremely delicious meal for both of us and they were really attentive to my food allergies (Gluten and tree nuts). The wait staff was very friendly as well and we felt very welcomed. Had two of the daily special tacos with a passion fruit drink and everything was delicious. When I went in I asked about gluten free options and the person working immediately knew what I meant and was able to tell me what I could eat on the menu (which was nearly everything). After I placed my order with another person they confirmed I wanted a gluten free order - I REALLY appreciated the attention to detail. Food was ready in a couple of minutes, and I sat at the counter outside to eat. really great experience overall.

Getting breakfast sandwiches at Spa Cafe this morning was the best experience. The customer service was one of a kind. I was greeted with a smile & great conversation. They were overly accommodating to the gluten free request I had. This experience was amazing before we even ate the breakfast sandwiches which were fantastic. We went early on a Friday night, it was fairly quiet. We were greeted by a manager that was very friendly. The space itself was very clean and inviting. The menu wasn’t large, but it had enough to offer and had a gluten-free options, including pizza. I got the gluten-free pizza and it was good, pretty average and comparable to others in the area. The crust is like a lot of the others where it is kind of more like a cracker crust and very hard on the edges. The regular, non-gluten-free pizza looked good. It was hand-tossed. The drinks we got were delicious and a little bit different than usual. I had the special, Snow Sangria with Pear vodka, cranberry and rosemary. I gave beer wine and pizza three stars because I still felt it was pretty average and felt like a chain of sorts. However it’s still a nice place to go to if you want some regular bar food and drinks. It’s a nice place to hang out with friends.
