Sooo delicious! I have celiac i went here for dinner with my sister and i got a fried chicken sandwich with their waffle fries and ohhh my god it was delicious! We got two burgers to go for a late night snack. We’re going back in the morning for breakfast. This is probably my favorite spot while visiting Nashville

It feels like this is the kind of place where you have to know what is good and what isn’t—my husband had a burger bowl which was great and we both enjoyed it, but I got a hot chickn sandwich that was weirdly soft; the texture was off putting enough that I couldn’t tell if I didn’t actually like the flavors of it as a whole. We also got some cornbread which was an odd consistency, which we anticipated as it was gluten free, but it was also fairly bland, perhaps needing more salt? Because my husbands bowl was good I do think they probably have a lot of good options and we just chose poorly. The restaurant itself is casual and cute and we enjoyed the resident outdoor cats.

I had Rigatoni. It was delicious. The scenery is very pretty and formal. Service is very nice but it took us a while to get our food. Definitely not a quick bite. The truffle fries are delicious as well. Clearly label vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes.

We had a delicious meal at the Nashville location. I have dietary restrictions for health reasons (celiac). I received great service and care from Jacob. No reactions health-wise and the food was delicious. The gluten-free bun was over the top!!

Food was amazing. Great atmosphere, rapid service. We dined in. I do not recommend if Gluten Free for actual allergy as I did get ill shortly after leaving as I do with cross contamination. They are spot on with gluten friendly.

Ok, great place, and they do a great job of gluten-free. My wife has celiac and no issues. We each had a few tacos and some chips and salsa. I will say, i was not a fan of the chips.

Absolutely out of this world!!! So beyond delicious my god! If you’re in Nashville this is a MUST try!!! It’s also very reasonably priced. For two we spent $40 and couldn’t even finish everything we ordered. Great bang for your buck. They also have many different gluten free options such as sides and their tenders. Checkout the pics, you won’t be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I are both celiac. We went back three times on our week long trip to have the gluten free pizza and Cloud 9 wings. Nef is the best bartender and even showed us the ingredient list for the pizza dough incase it interfered with another allergy of mine

DO. NOT. MISS!! I can't say enough great things about Urban Cookhouse. The food is utterly out of this world, and they have incredible options whether you're a meat lover or vegan and gluten-free! Their brisket sliders are so amazing, I got two orders, and their house BBQ sauce is what Nashville is all about! But wait, there's more! The staff are just some of the sweetest, loveliest people you'll find anywhere. They are every bit as much of the winning charm at Urban Cookhouse as the food. Treat yourself!

I ordered a full rack. I was disappointed in the sams club sides, no scratch items like greens. The ribs were good, nothing exceptional, slightly over cooked. Super risky for gluten free here. Lots of better bbq in town.

Every time I've been there the food is so good!! I love that they have so many gluten free options. I got the gluten free Cinnamon roll pancakes and they were AMAZING! The wait can be long. It's a busy restaurant. Just make sure to join the wait list online before you arrive.

Had the most amazing lunch at the Omi Hotel! They had a dedicated fryer for gluten free buffalo wings, tots and fries and gluten free buns for the burgers as well!!

My favorite go to coffee place in The Nations. We loved Stay Golden back when they were in a different location and were so happy they moved closer to us! The coffee is superb and the food is delicious (especially the gluten free biscuit). Cozy indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a challenge but worth the hassle.

We’re in the neighborhood, and this is regularly our date night spot. The vodka sauce is incredible, and if you are gluten free their noodles are way better than what you are making at home! Josh was a great server when we were there last for my wife’s birthday.

I order a burger for takeout (gluten free buns) and thought it was bland and pretty gross. Not worth the $32 it cost. Additionally I had other questions regarding the menu and the guy at pick up just said he didn’t know.

During my recent stay in downtown Nashville, I discovered a fantastic pizzeria conveniently situated near my hotel. This establishment has become my top choice for authentic New York-style pizza whenever I'm in the area. On a previous visit, I enjoyed their vegan pizza, and this time, a friend and I shared a gluten-free pizza, customizing it with our preferred toppings. The freshly prepared garlic knots looked hot and delicious. The eclectic atmosphere is inviting, and despite a steady stream of patrons, it's never overly crowded. An added bonus is their late-night hours, staying open until 1 am, and the convenience of delivery service. I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving quality pizza in Nashville.

She will put a smile on your face and good food in your belly! This place is also SO cute. Shoutout to whoever designed it! Ordered the family meal that was supposed to feed 2 - 4. I asked for cornbread instead of buns since I am sensitive to gluten. I was given 2 corncakes, no buns and one side instead of two. The barbecue was very dry. The broccoli salad was good! Very disappointing experience.

I had the pollo con mole, with sweet potato fries and a chopped salad. I enjoyed the colorful, tiny-chopped salad with jicama. And the rotisserie-cooked chicken was delicious with a rich and flavorful mole that had just the right amount of kick. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and the interior was well designed. A very nice lunch experience overall!

The best brunch buffet I’ve ever had!! Loved visiting Adele’s for my bachelorette. Had a couple of friends with dietary restrictions including celiac, and the staff were so happy to accommodate. Our server, SHRAYA was absolutely fabulous and made us feel well taken care of and added to making the night very special. I really enjoyed Frothy Monkey’s atmosphere and prices! Due to an autoimmune disease, I have some dietary restrictions. While they tried to work with me, they did not have great accommodations for someone with restrictions (gluten and dairy allergy).

This was genuinely the best interaction I’ve ever had in any restaurant in Nashville. The owner is so nice and excited for us to be trying it for the first time. He had us try different sauces and made great recommendations to build the perfect bowl. All of their food is SUPER accommodating to anyone with food restrictions since they have a ton of gluten free and dairy free options. The bowl was absolutely delicious with the freshest ingredients and best home made sauces I will absolutely be back!!

An invite from our friend @thetipjarnash took us to @sundanewasian for one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Nashville. Its name is a nod to the Southeast Asian continental shelf underlying the region inspiring the myriad of flavors highlighted by the array of cuisine from founder @billydec and executive chef @mike_sunda From Dim Sum to sushi rolls, main courses and “new Asian creations,” there is truly something on the menu for everyone. As always, we’ve posted a guide to our “reel” menu below in case you want to say, “I want what they had” (and we’re pretty sure you will.) 🍹: Grass Tiger & Strawberry Fields 🍣: Signature Crispy Rice {Wagyu & Spicy Tuna} 🥗: Crispy Brussels Sprouts 🍱: Sweet Potato Caterpillar & Island Maki 🐟: Tom Yum Sea Bass 🥮: Bibingka* Also of note: Kevin our waiter was incredibly kind and knowledgeable - he elevated the entire dining experience and we’d definitely recommend requesting seating in his section. Thank you Sunda for a top-notch experience from food to service, start to finish. *Bibingka was an off-menu dessert item that you absolutely should ask for. If you happen to have a gluten sensitivity, bonus points that this cake is made with rice flour! In fact, many items on the menu are friendly to dairy, gluten and other allergies or sensitivities. Also of note, most of their cocktails can be served as mocktails without sacrificing any flavor so you can still drink decadently without imbibing!

If 3.5 ⭐ was an option, I would chose it. Gluten free pizza is what I got here. (only half in the photo) It was okay. Definitely not the best gluten free in Nashville but there are lots of different options. The atmosphere is nice, there's lots of TVs displaying sports and there's also a huge playground for children to play while waiting for food. Service was decent and food took a medium length of time to be severed

We ended up at Urban Grub after finding out the wait at a nearby breakfast spot was 2.5 hours for 2 people- yikes! Whisper was our server and she was amazing! So personable and sweet. She was also able to help my celiac friend navigate the menu and even offered options for substitutions. My friend ordered the shrimp and grits which was FANTASTIC. I ordered the Oscar Bennie which was OK. The crab comes cold and on the side, which was odd, but the crab was tasty nonetheless. The hollandaise was flavorless, although it was advertised as being “citrus”. I got it with a side of Gouda grits, which were so yummy. Overall, pretty happy with our experience! And kudos to our server, Whisper!
