Pleasantly surprised by this place, came for burgers with my family on a Saturday night around 5:30pm. There were lots of gluten free options and a good veggie burger. I appreciate that they offer a black bean burger instead of impossible/beyond beef, but there wasn’t much else for vegetarians, though maybe it’s too much to ask for a few more veg options at a primarily meaty place lol. Anyway, fries were good and my 3 year old loved it. We will be back!
Expect a cozy vibe with a mix of highs and lows in service; it's worth a visit for unique dishes and a vibrant atmosphere!

Plenty of Gluten-free pasta options. We split the Carbonara, it was outstanding. We couldn't finish it all. Our server was also amazing, and it was only her first night! Great date night location. Try the GF Root Beer, too!!
Cozy vibes and a fireplace create a warm atmosphere, perfect for enjoying delightful dishes and great company in a picturesque setting.

If you come here try the mushrooms pasta and eat at the restaurant because its not gonna taste the same if you take it home.
The pasta was delicious and even my husband who is gluten free had one of the best GF pastas ever. The carrot cake is also GF and it tastes amazing.

The food was amazing. I have a severe gluten allergy and was extremely impressed to have the option of a FULL gluten-free menu. I had the bruschetta as an appetizer and was also given a complementary small loaf of gluten free bread. For my meal I had gnocchi with chicken and pancetta and it was the best I ever had. For dessert I had chocolate truffles which were also super delicious. I will be coming back here for sure!
With a warm ambiance and a diverse menu, this spot promises an enjoyable dining experience for everyone, no matter their dietary needs.

Just another corporate chain. We are gluten and dairy free and the only thing we could get was a flavorless steak. They rely on butter for all their flavor and don’t apparently use any seasoning. Service was good.
Obviously won’t be going back.

I just love this place! The atmosphere is sexy yet casual. Great for a girls night out or family dinner. Valet available- Open table or CALL 1st for reservations- otherwise you may be turned away. Great selections - my favorite is the appetizers. Want to be wowed!? Try the Brussel Sprouts, new Salmon dip, and Country Rigatoni (gluten free with extra sauce) they prepare their own gluten free bread that is excellent too. Shaved Brussel salad and Wedge is also my favorite. I am a wine club member, I find the wines to be juicy - try the Blueberry Açaí! DESSERT- Key Lime hands down with the buttery crust!
Happy Hour $10 apps menu is a great value.

The first time I tried Seva in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I ordered the spicy green curry. While I'm not a vegetarian, I have a gluten allergy, so this dish was safe for me. I enjoyed it, but I felt it was missing some spices, so I added salt and pepper. My husband ordered the portabella caprese on a gluten-free bun. When the order arrived, we double-checked, and it turned out the bread was not gluten-free. We've had similar experiences at other restaurants, so we always ask twice. Since my husband and I often switch dishes to taste each other's food, we make sure everything is gluten-free. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to correct the order. Despite this hiccup, I still recommend Seva, especially if you're vegan, vegetarian, or have a gluten allergy. It's a safe place to eat.
This spot is a go-to for fresh, tasty meals that evoke warm memories, perfect for gatherings or just satisfying cravings.

That Neapolitan pizza is the best in ferndale next to como's deep dish. All depends on what kind of pizza you're craving.
Also their brunch is quite nice.
The friends I went with had a gluten and the other a diary allergy and they were able to accommodate them.

I came to this restaurant because I heard it would be accommodating to my allergies and restrictions. I have celiac disease and some allergies. I ordered gluten free mac and cheese. I double checked with the server to make sure it was safe for me to eat, I was told that it was. Fast forward three hour I am hunched over puking in the bathroom. Why offer something that isn’t what you say it is? To continue to put more customers in false hope just to gain an extra buck or two? I will admit the staff and the place itself was nice. The food did taste good, but it led me to an unfortunate night. Don’t go here if you have celiac disease.

I came here a week ago and am disappointed to say that my experience was less-than-stellar and in many ways just bad. I came here because it had good ratings for gluten-free food (I have celiac.) They had a gluten-free menu from which I ordered a bowl of soup and made sure it was put in as a gluten allergy so it would be taken seriously. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for a single bowl of soup (I was ordering to-go!) they brought out a box with the bowl of soup in it right next to two biscuits, which I was then told by the manager were not gluten-free. He then told me that it hadn't been put in as a gluten allergy at all, calling into question the safety of the soup itself. After 30 minutes of wasted time, they comped the check and I left, more hungry and much less satisfied than when I entered.
A local gem that offers big portions and unique dishes, perfect for a family outing or a cozy escape from the hustle and bustle.

By far the worst Italian I’ve ever had.
Also won’t run your card until they see how much you tip.
Ordered:
gluten free raviole
Fettuccini Alfredo
Fiancée ordered the gluten free ravioli and it was 9 small over cooked raviolis smothered in a tomato paste - sauce.
I ordered chicken Alfredo, and it was flavorless and the noodles were over cooked. I had to hit it with salt and pepper to try to give it some taste, and had to ask for Parmesan, 10 minutes into the meal because the waitress wasn’t coming back over.
The waitress also didn’t check on us or offer refills.
Charming ambiance with elegant decor and a standout menu that leaves everyone craving for more—definitely a must-visit!

Lunch time on a Sunday, and we were the only ones in the place, which was a bit surprising because the food is out of this world!
The restaurant is beautiful. White linens. Gold framed paintings. Dimmed lighting. Lovely.
She had the beef stuffed ravioli -- exquisite.
I had the tutti di mare (gluten free, because they do that here and do it well) -- absolutely succulent.
Salads -- crisp, fresh, delicious.
Cannoli -- the freshest I've ever had. Decadent.
Upon my request, our server even made me a lavender Italian soda. Perfection.
She was friendly and attentive, and even let me know that the cannoli was not gluten free, because I had chosen gluten-free options for the other parts of my meal.
Every experience I've had here has been like this one. Never bad service. Never a bad food item. Magdaleno's is hands-down, my favorite Italian restaurant.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere perfect for any occasion, with enticing daily specials and a secret cocktail menu to explore.

My partner and I visit Macomb a few times a year and always make sure to include a trip to Testa Barra while here. Being diagnosed with Celiac has been incredibly challenging but places like Testa Barra really ease that anxiety. It's difficult to find tasty gluten free pasta or pizza and TB has both! The gf crust is amazing and the pasta was great as well. Our server catered to our allergy very well! Highly recommend checking this place out! Definitely find TB to be celiac safe!

Our car enthusiast group had an ideal dedicated room for dinner dining. We enjoyed the spacious windows overlooking the lake, very fun seaside décor with a fireplace and excellent service. Upon entering our room, a beverage table with lemon tea, coffee and other offerings was prepared just for us. A group of polite hostesses greeted each one of us. was all spectacularly awesome! Kind and attentive bartenders were all amazing. I recommend the Bruschetta appetizer, and Steak & Shrimp for a main entree! All were wonderful!!
I had ordered the Salmon Salad, had a nice balance of dressing and the salmon was really tasty. It was quality salmon, neither over done or under done. The accompanying bread was exceptional. Gluten free items are on the menu and desserts are excellent. They serve delicious American cuisine, and provide an unforgettable ambiance the reflect the water, boating, sailing and ships.
It was too cool that evening for dining on the patio, but I’d like to go back and take that in. The outdoor patio was spacious and looks like a quality experience. You can do pickup, delivery, or dine in. Definitely, make a reservation ahead of time to not be disappointed.
We were impressed with how many seating options are available, several rooms in addition to ours. Thanks to RedWater Restaurants for this delightful waterfront dining option. We had no problem finding parking and pre-arrangements were easy and our meal order was perfectly fulfilled. Restrooms are spacious and luxurious. They gave our group ample staff when did exceptionally great at serving everyone very quickly.
This place is highly recommended by our table.

Monelli's is nice whether you like a sports bar for a quieter Italian restaurant because they have two sides with very different atmospheres serving the same food. It would have been nicer for my wife if they had some gluten-free options, but hey it's bar food with a little Italian. You have to expect gluten at a place like that.
Expect a lively atmosphere with unique drinks and a solid menu, though noise and seating might not suit everyone’s vibe.

We’ve been coming here for years and have always loved the food and drinks! A few things that make this place special and keeps us coming back:
1. The servers are always amazing and you know if they keep them that this says a lot about their business and skills! We just left and had Gwen! Such a professional server with attentive serving skills! Great job! Thank you for making me finally review you guys!
2. The food is amazing ! I get the gluten free pizza and am a pain in the butt with my order and yet they always make my bruschetta pizza amazing !
3. They have Diet Coke for my captain Morgan’ and diet! Nothing worse than a restaurant who serves Diet Pepsi to go with my captains and diet! (No one orders a captains and coke and hopes for Pepsi) Great job guys on staying strong with the Coke products and rocking the food and service !!!!
I had a great experience today!!
Great service, great food, there was a tiny thing wrong with our order and the manager made it right immediately and he and the server were so polite and helpful!!
Would come again!
Sirloin is delicious, fries are good and crispy, eggplant parmesan is great, gluten free rotini is just right!

The atmosphere is nice and so are the ladies working there. I ordered the shrimp bruchetta which was sloppily drenched in a bland sauce w/ a long piece of hair on my cheese toast. The waitress and manager went above and beyond to attempt to rectify the situation....cooking staff obviously needs to wear hair nets. My co-woker ordered a gluten-free salad which wasn't and she had a reaction. I wouldn't return or recommend.

Neat, casual restaurant. Great explanation from our server of how it all works. Enjoyable experience. I love that they cook food for those with food allergies separately. Gluten free noodles and sauces were labeled; however, the sauces were dripped all over the counter, so I know the sauces that were not gluten free were dripped in those that were. For the restaurant, a suggestion: place all gluten free sauces either in the back or, better yet, separately.

Anytime we want good pizza we go here. It is a great place to go as a family or on a date or to watch some sports. The pizza's are great. Love the atmosphere. It is comfortable yet still very nice. Being gluten free (not celiac) it is hard to find a good pizza & they maintain their standards. Every time we go, they are consistent & still tastes amazing. Always super friendly service! Have been coming here for years. My son is gluten free & loves the gf pizza. But I noticed the last night ( and the time before) when we got our salad there was barely enough for 3 adults. Also the servers don't offer the fresh cheese anymore. I had to ask for some for my pasta. Just a tad annoyed

Friendly staff, great service, clean and great food. My husband had the Black Label burger and fries, and I had the LA Club in a gluten free wrap. I visited the meeting house for brunch with a friend and, since I have a gluten allergy, trying new dishes can be tricky. I was pleased to see a breakfast rice bowl on the menu marked gluten-free. It came with scrambled eggs on top, and when our server asked if scrambled eggs were okay, I confirmed that they also offered other egg options. The dish was absolutely delicious and full of flavor—definitely a standout!

We absolutely love the carrabbas in Sterling Heights! The staff is on top of their game and friendly. We had Ethan as our server and he was wonderful! He constantly refilled our drinks and kept our table clear of extra dishes. He was very friendly and patient, answered all of our questions! The manager Becka was also wonderful about remaking my dish and making it right on her end. My only complaint is they switched the gluten free pasta. The new bow ties don't cook evenly. The middle is hard the outside is gummy. It's really hard to find a restaurant that makes good gluten free pasta. Carrabbas has been my go to. Super disappointed that they changed it. I absolutely loved the old gluten free pasta and hope they bring it back soon.

Food is always good, I'm enjoying the new gluten free items, that they are able to substitute for noodles in their delicious dishes! There is some cross contamination, I believe. But gluten free noodles are huge! Still no bread sticks sadly... But maybe one day!
