My partner being vegetarian, it was difficult to find somewhere to eat in Sarlat in the Dordogne, a mecca of French gastronomy, but that was without counting on La Chèvre et le Chou. 3 starters (vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan) 3 main courses (vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan) 3 desserts (vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan) Each dish is prepared with finesse and precision. A delight for the taste buds, proving that even without fish or meat, it is possible to truly enjoy eating vegetarian dishes. In addition to the culinary experience, La Chèvre et le Chou is located not far from the main square, but the interior courtyard isolates you from the noise, allowing you to spend a pleasant time.

Delicious fresh food with lots of vegetables, all homemade and very tasty. The service is very friendly and you can sit inside and outside. All desserts are without refined sugar and gluten. Recommended!

Milwaukee Café is a very nice place. We were here for breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are many gluten-free options on the menue, a great smoothie selection, and an amazing avocado toast. 🫶

That was actually really good. A gluten-free crêpes, all organic, artesian fish, local produce. A place where you can eat while other places are closed. Organic dry cider is one of the best. The values of this place make it worth coming. Romantic atmosphere included.

A charming place, the service was very good, and despite it being close to closing time, they treated us very kindly. If we ever return to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, we'll repeat the experience. Plus, one of us has celiac disease, and they provided us with wonderful service and options.

Discovered this restaurant because I was looking for a gluten-free restaurant, a first for me... A real treat for the taste buds, a delight! As a bonus, a surprise at the back of the restaurant... Every year we come and we are never disappointed! Special mention for the Burger Chuck! The only downside is that we have gluten intolerants in the family and they only have the Steak and Fries that they can eat but it is still delicious! We come at the end of the season where most waiters and restaurateurs lose their smile, this is never the case at the spot!

This is my HQ. I have an allergy problem. So suffice to say that gluten prevents me from going to a lot of restaurants. But at Mamie Bigoude, there are pancakes. I enjoy it every time. Being disabled, I am often at the bottom. But on two occasions, even though it wasn't easy for me, I wanted to go upstairs. I didn't regret the "bedroom" area, I loved it. The staff are lovely and attentive. I recommend. The only regret is that it's not big enough because places are quickly reserved 😅

I had dinner here with my Franco-American family for Thanksgiving. The meal was amazing!! Everyone loved it. I have celiac disease and most of the menu could be made gluten-free. The waiter was really nice and was able to explain everything to the family members who only speak english. They were also accomodating and made a special meal for my 3-year old nephew. Great specialty coffee!! Even without drinking coffee, they have very good hibiscus infusions, hot chocolates and turmeric or beetroot lattes (gourmet).
