A refuge for celiacs who never find a place where they can choose almost anything on the menu. For the rest, a very good experience as well. A very good option for a different lunch or dinner.

We have been eating today with our one and a half year old son and our dog and we will definitely repeat. Dogs can enter as long as they behave well and do not disturb. Today there were two with ours and they both behaved like 10. With the child everything has been easy, they have prepared the sirloin in a special way so that he could eat it without problems. The service is wonderful and the food was all delicious and perfectly cooked. They are very concerned that there is no cross contamination and those of us with celiac disease can eat with peace of mind. We have ordered two starters, three main dishes, dessert, drinks and coffee and it did not reach €80. Unbeatable price quality. We recommend it without a doubt.
Cozy spot in the heart of Valladolid, known for its amazing variety of crepes and galettes, plus a must-try delicious cider.

The food is spectacular. My wife has celiac disease and there are not many places where she can eat with absolute peace of mind. The very delicious cookies and the Nutella crepe with caramel take away the sense (we have repeated).
Charming spot by the wall with great views, offering a mix of hearty dishes and attentive service for an enjoyable dining experience.

The place is very nice and cozy. We asked if we could enter the dining room with our medium-sized dog and they told us it could be done without a problem if it behaved well. So we were able to eat inside quietly with him. Very good service. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. They don't have an allergen menu, so the waitress had to inform us as best she could. For celiacs it was indicated. The food quite good. The meat is very good, the broken eggs and the spectacular Creole dumplings. We were a little disappointed with the revolconas potatoes, which were very good, but the torreznos seemed more like crusts to us. Highly recommended site, correct price quality.
A hidden gem for those craving unique gluten-free delights, featuring an impressive range of delicious pastries and fresh-baked bread.

Reference gluten-free site in Salamanca!!! I love this cafeteria, it is very cozy, the service is friendly and close and the products are delicious. The truth is that I come almost every week to drink coffee, but I end up snacking on sweets and I have to say that they are very successful. You can also order cakes and the ones I have tried have been a success. Highly highly recommended!

The best gluten-free pizzas I have ever eaten without a doubt. Crispy dough, exquisite flavor.
You have the same flavor combinations with and without gluten (I have only seen it in this restaurant, it is very appreciated) and… for the same price!
Seriously, a 10/10. 100% recommended.

Unbeatable location, right in front of the Segovia Aqueduct. We went on a Saturday at noon and, as expected, the atmosphere was lively and very familiar. We tried several traditional dishes: lamb, sirloin, cheek, Castilian soup and beans, and they were all on point, but the lamb was undoubtedly the highlight.
The service was excellent; especially from the waitress who served us, who was charming and very attentive throughout the meal. It's a shame I didn't ask his name because it made the experience even better.
They also have several set menus (not daily), very well thought out, and they have a gluten-free menu option, which is very appreciated. We found the quality-price ratio to be very good, especially considering the location and the quality of the dishes.
There was nothing we didn't like, and we understand that noise is part of the atmosphere of a restaurant with so much life and clientele. Without a doubt, I would return, especially to repeat with the lamb. It is advisable to book in advance, especially if you want to eat lamb, as it is one of the most popular dishes.

We have been having something and the truth is that it is very good, it is a small but original place, and now it has gained more tables with the terrace. The staff is very friendly. They also have a variety of gluten-free dishes, which is appreciated since my partner has celiac disease. Special mention to the potatoes, the cherry lollipops and the hamburger (the gluten-free bread is very good). They also have gluten-free beer and bread for breakfast.
100% Recommended.

Great location just off plaza mayor. It catered to gluten free and had bread, it’s just it felt like I was eating a McDonald’s burger bun. They forgot the bacon and the cheese felt like American cheese slices. But couldn’t fault the service, a lovely coffee and atmosphere. The food was just a little average, and for the price.
A lively spot with a great atmosphere, quick service, and unique entertainment, it’s a must-visit when in Salamanca!

A place that honors the awards it has won... Young people with enthusiasm and desire to take on the world, younger like this please!!! Incredible because even with the place full, they have been fast, friendly and everything with a smile, I come from Madrid and I have never seen good work like this. We will return next time we visit Salamanca. Also with a gluten-free option!!! Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

Good atmosphere and service with a very friendly and attentive staff where those who are people with celiac disease can calmly eat a gluten-free tortilla skewer since they control cross contamination as well as drink an infusion that is also free of contamination.
Any questions, both the waiters and the people in charge of the kitchen, will clarify them for you. So the different experiences I have had in this place have been positive and I recommend it 100%.
A charmingly decorated spot complimented by a kindly owner and pleasantly peaceful terrace; guests are often keen to return.

We went for dinner and the truth is that we left very happy.
We ordered 2 burgers, the bbq and the carbonara, each one tastier.
The potatoes with bacon and cheese are very good, they are homemade, not frozen potatoes.
It is ordered through a QR code which is
very comfortable.
The meat of the burgers is very good, I think it is of high quality.
A small negative point is that the hamburgers come without fries and for the price you pay perhaps they should include them like in other similar hamburger restaurants.
There is an option for gluten-free burgers, the bread is quite decent.
