We went to Ardemos because we'd heard they had really good gluten-free burgers, and they didn't disappoint. The brioche bun was toasted just right and didn't seem gluten-free at all, and the burger overall was very good, one of those modern ones with ingredients that fit the bill, without going overboard. The menu isn't very long, but that's precisely why it's appreciated: you can choose with ease without having to spend half an hour wondering. They have several types of chips (I think four) and some nachos that surprised us quite a bit; they were very good. What blew us away were the pancakes with Nutella. They didn't seem gluten-free in the slightest. Tender, not dry at all, and with just the right amount of sweetness. The waiter we had, a bald Argentinian—I can't remember his name—was incredibly nice. He was attentive without being pushy, and you could tell he knew what he was serving. It's not super cheap, but you can tell everything is well-made. Definitely a must-have again.

Make sure you go to the right location! We drove an hour to the nearest grosso to find out that their entire menu is gluten and NOT GLUTEN FREE. If I did not ask to make sure I would have just glutened myself unintentionally.

We had high hopes for eating in a dedicated GF restaurant. We ordered 2 tapas, garlic shrimp, strong fishy flavor & pork skewers. Our pork came without the skewers, no biggy but it was wayyyy too salty. We shared a couple blended drinks, pina coladas, that were very good. My main entree was pasta with pesto sauce. There was a lot but very skimpy on the pesto & underdone pasta. ( I took home leftover pasta & reheated with some good pesto. It was much better the 2nd time around. My husband had ravioli, the menu stated it was tortellini, but they substituted the ravioli. We did enjoy the sidewalk seating. All in all this meal was a disappointment but we didn’t get glutened , so that’s a plus.

I'm celiac, so I ordered a crepe and got gluten poisoning. I've been sick for two days. I barely finished eating when my headache and nausea started. I don't recommend it for celiacs. Perhaps it's only an option for those with gluten allergies. We sat outside, and no one came out to serve us. We had to stop to order and pay. I won't be back.

The burata sandwich was also amazing😍 My friend (not gluten free) also loved, loved, loved, the food. I will definitely come back and recomend this place! The staff Are also very nice and effective. Excellent service, very tasty food, although the portions were very small. I would double the portions to make them more reasonable for the price. The strong smell of dampness throughout the restaurant is noteworthy. Maybe they could try installing a dehumidifier or finding a solution... A very good option for celiacs. We were very surprised! I had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant. The food is simply spectacular: authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful presentation. But what really pleasantly surprised me was their attention to gluten-free and vegan options. Delightful! Not only do they have options, but they're just as well-prepared as the rest of the menu. Bloome by Sasha, just steps from the Sagrada Familia, is an absolute gem: a gluten-free brunch near the Sagrada Familia. A true find for anyone looking for gluten-free options. Every dish was incredibly delicious and lovingly prepared—a feast for the eyes and palate. The ambiance is inviting, and the service team is attentive and warm. An all-around wonderful experience—we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

I'm celiac and super cautious if where I eat. The staff here we're wonderful and informed me of everything being gf, even the candies they bring with the bill. I read on here that desserts aren't GF but I didn't get any so I can't confirm. They do have the 2025 Sense Gluten sticker in their window and seem dedicated to me.

We loved it, my partner and I went looking for a good place to eat quality burgers and we were very pleasantly surprised. They were very friendly, my partner is celiac and they immediately told us that they had everything for celiacs and without cross contamination. The meat is spectacular and the burger is not greasy at all, we would say 10/10 so we will return!

Sopa Barcelona is a place for its healthy cuisine, its breakfasts and the atmosphere which is very comfortable, it can be very spacious for groups. Vegetarian and vegan dishes. Craft and local drinks. Natural filtered water. I recommend the gluten-free desserts and sandwiches on the breakfast menu. Service is another matter. They are almost always very busy and busy, regardless of who attends to you... The smile is not his greatest virtue. I wish they would improve this very important aspect of customer service.

I have been in all the HG in Barcelona, it is the first time that someone serves me with so little interest, like if he was making me a favour for taking my order. I did not get the name of the guy, however he did not treat me well. I’m a celiac and so I had to make sure the order was properly handled. He had to go a few times to the kitchen to make sure the plate I was ordering had nothing that could cause me a reaction. He really did not have any interest in helping but got annoyed at me asking questions. I do love HG, love their macha, they make as well lovely flavoured waters. It is a great place for a night out with the girls, and price wise is quite okay. Volume of the music was too loud tho. So besides the music and their “nice” employee, the rest was great.

Kid-friendly vegan restaurant with gluten-free options. We've been going for years and we love it. We also usually go with omnivorous friends and family and everyone leaves delighted. We especially like the croquettes, patatas bravas, hamburgers and desserts. The cannelloni and lasagna are also very delicious. In short, everything 😂

This is a great spot in La Eixample! We were drawn in by the charming decor and proximity to our hotel, but the food was so good and the service so friendly we’ve returned multiple times over multiple visits to Barcelona. They have options for omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans, as well as labeling for allergens like gluten. The staff happily converse in English or Spanish (probably other languages as well) and they’re very warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend coming here for breakfast/brunch their combo meals are such great value!! I had the energy combo - bagel was delicious and super filling and the fresh fruit was so nice. Comes with a choice of any coffee and either orange juice or water. My friend is also gluten free and they have a great range of gluten free options - gluten free bread and bagels!! they even have gluten free granola. Orange juice was fresh and the coffee was great also. The staff were lovely and made space for our 5 person group.

We were lucky enough to have this restaurant right next to the hotel, and when we saw they offered gluten-free options, we decided to try it… A real success. We had pizza for lunch, and it was so delicious that we went back for dinner that evening and tried the pasta. Everything was spectacular, and both the regular and gluten-free versions were delicious. The portions are very generous, the sauces are incredibly flavorful, and the menu is extensive, with options for all tastes. The staff was super friendly and attentive at all times. I have been coming to Maoz for almost a year, and I really like it. It is a wide vegetarian option, because they have many vegetable contours, something that not all fast food places offer. We decided to share one cheesecake between the two of us 💛 Considering the price and the portion size, it was definitely worth it big enough for both of us to enjoy. They offer a great variety of sweet and savory treats, with plenty of gluten-free and vegan alternatives available! As for the Basque cheesecake, if you’re into the ultra creamy style like Jon Cake, this one is a bit more on the grainy side or the one we got was like this. That said, the flavor was excellent. The caramelized bottom added a nice depth, and the batter wasn’t too sweet, just right for my taste though it really depends on what kind of texture you prefer in a cheesecake. The staff were also very kind and friendly. I’d definitely go back to try more of their goodies!
