I don't typically trust restaurant pizza with my celiac, but their website is clear about their Gluten Free procedures, so I felt pretty confident about eating here. I got a margherita with pepperoni. The crust was good. The dough is made in-house, and is stretched (in a separate area, with separate toppings) like a normal pizza crust. My gluten eating mom actually preferred the Gluten Free crust over her normal one. That being said, don't order your pizza "extra crispy" if you don't want a heavily charred crust. Overall, it was REALLY nice to have a fancy restaurant pizza that I could trust. This place is Celiac safe, if that's why you are looking at the reviews.

This place is great if you have a dairy allergy as most things are vegan by default. If you have a gluten allergy you have to be careful as they do not have have a dedicated gluten free fryer. The killer for me is that I have issues with gluten dairy and soy. They had very few dishes available that could accommodate my soy allergy. Caprese pizza with cashew ricotta. It was ok. I was devestated I couldn't have the chicken and waffles.

Feels like an authentic French Cafe, good service and the food was tasty. Theyāre able to make Gluten Free Crepes and I got the Toscana which was very good. It felt a bit heavy as it was a big portion which left me more than satisfied. A bit pricey with a double espresso and one crepe plus tip coming in at over $25 but Id go back. Parking can be dicey!

we were looking for the best Thai food downtown and this place was it. the atmosphere is very open, with great decor and an open kitchen/bar in the center of the room. that being said, it wasn't loud and we were able to have a pleasant conversation seated by the wall. I was looking for a breakfast spot to relax before heading back to south Denver and located Cozy Cottage. Wow! The service was excellent, the decor is very cozy as the name implies, and the food was sublime! I appreciated that they have gluten-free options, which is difficult, especially when you want Eggs Benedict. The chef is fantastic and the creation with the addition of brie cheese into the hollandaise sauce was something else! I will definitely come back! Give this place a try you will be delighted.
