If they would take care of contamination it would be such an amazing place for celiac people. But wouldn't recommend if you're celiac. I have a friend who is gluten free due to celiac disease. She had ordered gluten free pasta along with me who got the same dish. When the dish arrived, she asked the waitress if it was gluten free and the waitress said very firmly that it was not so she gave it to me. When she gave my friend her “gluten free” dish and after my friend took a large bite, the waitress came scurrying back saying that it was not gluten free. We didn’t make a big deal about this because it happens and had happened before to my friend, but when we asked for a new dish we were greeted with extremely poor customer service—I have worked in the service industry for years so I understand mistakes, but treating the customer with kindness and respect is important, especially when mistakes are made. They made it extremely uncomfortable and confusing for us regardless of the language barrier for their own mistake (arguing with us, arguing with each other in front of us, not apologizing with intention). After advocating for my friend and eating for 20 minutes of waiting for another dish, they still charged her $27 CHF for the dish and asked for a tip.
