First night in town from out of state. We placed our order at 7:02. Our pick up time showed 8:07. When we got there to pick up they told us 35 more minutes. We finally got our food at 8:50. Even then, they had to modify our order or told us to wait 7 more minutes for another part of the order to be done.
As far as the food goes… the pizza was good. They had a gluten free option and that was good as well. We also ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and we were given chicken and noodles? I’m not sure if that’s just there fettuccine or if this was a mistake.
My problem is not with waiting. My problem is not being given any kind of an accurate time and then doing nothing to make the situation right or compensate. I’ve seen the restaurant respond on here and say sorry for the same issue from other reviewer. I think it’s time to do better.

They don’t answer their phones, which is disappointing and if you do a pick up order they make you give them your card number to order it? I asked why and told her I was on the road and couldn’t give a card number and she said she would get in trouble for doing that? The lady I spoke to was kind of rude too, put me on hold multiple times. The food is amazing though and I think this makes up for the poor service and the way they treat their customers. If you ask for gluten free pizza, it’s a smaller size and they don’t offer a lot of other options. Seemed like an inconvenience to even ask for gluten free. I called on a Friday afternoon to pick up dinner and the phone kept going to voicemail. You also can’t do an online order.
