One of the few places with a dedicated gf pizza oven. The pizza is great. They'll also make a gf "focaccia" using the pizza crust which is also delicious. They also have gf pasta.
A cultural gem with a relaxed vibe, it features unique local art, open mic nights, and a cozy spot for drinks and casual hangs.

Lovely and cozy eatery serving a variety of classic American and fusion fare, with a wide selection of great vegan and/or gluten-free options. I visited this location for brunch and got their sweet potato skillet, which included a generous helping of brown rice mixed with sauteed kale and sweet potato, then topped with a beautiful poached egg. The meal was simple, yet so incredibly tasty.
While their food is delightful, what has made Busboys & Poets a long-time DC favorite and cultural hub is its ambiance. It's one of the main "cool" places in the city, with its relaxed vibes, open mic poetry nights, and adorable little shop featuring small artists from across the District. The K Street location also features a lovely little bar serving both caffeinated and alcoholic beverages, which is a delightful spot to sit if you just want to enjoy a drink or casual meal. The entire staff is super friendly, so sitting at the bar is a surefire way to have a delightful conversation with the bartender, as well as to people watch or just soak in the vibes.
Enjoy a lovely atmosphere with satisfying flavors and attentive service that keeps things lively and fun during your visit.

I was referred here for their Gluten Free pizza so can only speak to that. I hate to be the downer here but this pizza does not taste like real pizza. It’s very thin and greasy. Much closer to an overcooked flat bread. The space is also more restaurant/bar, doesn’t give that good pizza joint feel. I won’t be back.
Expect delicious pizzas and salads with a unique crust option, but keep in mind that delivery might take longer than hoped.

Under a medical recommendation I’ve decided to try a gluten free Margherita pizza, if you’re a celiac or gluten products may affect your health, 1st time doing so, it wasn’t bad but the taste is delicious although different which I can get use to it, the only issue that I found was that when ordering a Prosciutto topping it was very small and on the center for the most part instead of being spread out on the pie. The service was quick and good, real utensils and plenty of seating both inside and outside with 2 fire pits when it gets cold and a section for children so they can run and play.

DC Pizza was amazing! I built my own pizza and it was phenomenal. I got the gluten-free crust and it was incredible. It is definitely on the thinner side, but the regular crust seemed to be more typical and doughy. I also got the spicy tomato sauce which was the highlight of the pizza alongside the hot honey. Surprisingly, the vegan cheese melted evenly as well and didn’t overpower any of the other flavors. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would absolutely eat here again. I especially recommend this place for those with dietary restrictions. They can easily accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan diets.
This vibrant spot offers a fun build-your-own pizza experience with a bustling atmosphere and quick service, perfect for those on the go.

Ordered a gluten-free pizza, they charged my credit card, then set my wife a text saying they are out of gluten-free 2 minutes before the delivery time. You can't talk to a live person and mo refund. Wth never got the pizza.

I dropped by with my partner after a soccer game at Audi Stadium. She's gluten-free, and I'm gluten-full. Neither one of us had ever tried a Detroit-style pizza.
Let me tell you, it was amazing. She said the gluten-free pizza was the most amazing she's ever had. I tried it as well and I agree. I have no idea what kind of magic they summoned to conjure up a fluffy crispy crust. It was a delicious pizza you could drop the "gluten-free" adjective from and no one would blink an eye.
The gluten-full pizza was also amazing. Definitely one of the better pizzas I've had in town.
Detroit-style pizza reminds me a little of Roman-style pizza. The crust is thicker and airy, like a focaccia. The bottom is crispy. There's a bit more sauce than other styles.
Last but not least, we do have to mention our waiter Hafez, who was very friendly and accommodating. He answered all our questions about the gluten-free crust ingredients with a fantastic attitude and made our days and experience at Emmy Squared that much brighter.

&pizza - Hotel Hive is an excellent stop for lovers of personalized pizza 🍕✨ This place allows you to choose your own toppings and assemble your pizza on the spot, exactly how you want it, which makes each visit unique and special. 👌🥗🍄
A great advantage is that they offer gluten-free dough, ideal for those looking for more inclusive options 🌱👏. I tried a custom combination and it was delicious, with fresh and well prepared ingredients. The pizza cooks quickly, which is also perfect for those who don't want to wait long.
The atmosphere of the place is modern and relaxed, ideal for a quick bite to eat or enjoying a casual meal with friends 🏙️✨ The prices are affordable for the quality and customization they offer, making it an excellent option in DC.
&pizza - Hotel Hive combines flavor, inclusive options and an interactive experience that makes it stand out, as in all its branches. Highly recommended! 🍕🙌

We have been to the Nashville location many times, and we're so excited to try the location in DC. The food was great, and we now have new favorites that we hadn't tried before. This is a great place for anyone. But especially for those with celiac or just need gluten-free without the worry of cross contamination. The crispy zucchini is a must.

Timber was AMAZING to work with for catering our rehearsal dinner. They were prompt in their responses, super accommodating, gave a very thoughtful tasting to help us finalize the menu, and made the planning process so painless. Our guests all raved about the entire menu, pizza and apps. On top of serving a delicious meal, the catering team was quiet, efficient, and provided a seamless service throughout the evening. Our guests also appreciated that the vegan and gluten-free options (available on request) weren’t an afterthought but were just as good as the rest of the menu.
Expect a unique pizza experience with creative combinations and a vibe that makes you want to dig in before snapping a pic!

I really was not impressed with this cauliflower Vegan cheese pizza I really was not impressed. My! Sad that I traveled way across town looking forward to having something totally delicious, instead it was like paper and glue . So I definitely won’t be going back here again and so embarrassed that I ordered some to share with friends, who all like me, avoid gluten like the plague and have an issue with dairy. But I will say the customer service was great and the restaurant seemed kind of a fun atmosphere, though I didn’t eat there only to take out, but I did notice a huge cockroach in the ladies bathroom. It was dead -It just made me wonder about what the kitchen looks like😯
The pizza was delicious however service was much better. I came in and was told the dough would not be ready for about 15 minutes. I was hungry and didn't want to go anywhere else so I stood there and waited. After about 10 minutes, the guys asked if I was interested in gluten-free dough. I said that's fine I will try it. They were both really kind and offered a free drink and desert. They didn't charge me for the pizza. They were both pretty attentive to me. They apologized multiple times for the inconvenience which I really appreciated.

We love Ledo's pizza on Georgia Ave. They have one server in particular that I want to call out, though I have since forgotten her name. She has been working there for app. 1.5 years and is a ray of sunshine. She has great rapport with my kids. The pizza itself is my family's favorite. They also have two different gluten free crust options.

One of the most unique and delicious Italian foods in DC. It’s pinsa (light pizza) or like a open sandwich. They bring all ingredients from italy including flour and meats. My wife is gluten free in the US, but the flour from Europe does not bother her, so it’s really nice to have a spot to enjoy pinsa together without worrying about allergies. Chef Angelina and Chef Fabrizio are the best. They work hours and hours in the kitchen themselves to make sure serving their guests the highest quality. We are so lucky that they moved here near us and started this awesome restaurant.

Pizza is good. Service is good. Be aware you can't pay in cash but they take all credit cards. Opt for the craft your own and you'll have a delicious pizza totally to your liking but that's not to say that the other pizzas are not good as well. Several options for ingredients from gluten free crust to toppings of your liking.
We ended up getting a cheese board because the gluten free pizza was unavailable. We also sampled a bunch of great ciders. Was a bit disappointed about the pizza. Dont make big meal plans for a gluten free outing here until they have the pizza situation figured out.
Experience a cozy vibe with flavorful, fresh toppings and inventive cocktails, perfect for a memorable night out.

OUTSTANDING gluten free pizza. I’ve never had a gluten free crust this close to the real thing. The crust was fluffy, chewy, and stretchy like real quality pizza. Plus the toppings themselves are so delicious and fresh - the confit tomatoes were incredible. Also had delicious cocktails. It makes a great date night spot.

First time I went with my family they tried to pass off a gluten reduced beer as gluten free. They gave us quite an argument when we sent it back. The service and food was good.
The second time we went back my daughter ordered from the gluten free menu a salad and after waiting an hour for our meal they brought her a salad with a slice of bread in it. She specifically said she didn't want the ficcaccio. Our drinks didn't come in a timely fashion and the food order didn't even come for my grandson at all. My food and my granddaughters food took 50 minutes to get to the table. The couple besides us ordered the same time as us and received their food and drinks and paid their check and left before my granddaughter and i got our food. When we complained to the manager for the second time, he offered to comp our meal but that was of no help as we had run out of time at that point and had to leave to catch our train. So what I had hoped to be a pleasant meal to end our trip resulted in a mad dash for the train and the twins eating Mc Donald's.

I typically don't order pizza from this place but last night I decided to do so. I am SO glad that i did. It was the best freaking pizza I've had in a very very long time. I ordered a gluten free crust w/Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, ham, and basil. Words can't describe how good the pizza was. I'm literally still thinking about it as I share this review lol.
No delivery options for unique pizza crusts here, but it's worth exploring in person for those cool flavors and vibes.

They have really good gluten-free pizza, but there’s no option to order it from them on Uber eats. There’s no gluten free option, nor can you put it in the comments since there’s no text box. Please add it as a crust type on Uber eats!
the delivery time was very fast, and i really enjoyed the quality of their gluten free pizza. my non-gluten free partner really enjoyed his regular pizza as well! we were both impressed by how pizza boli's toppings. plus, my partner is from chicago so he has what he thinks is a higher standard for pizza!

I went to Alfreda looking forward to a pizza and salad. The Alfreda signature salad has great texture, good mix of greens, bright with a significant amount of what tasted like vinegar.
The gluten-free pizza is very flat. In reality I’ll remember their pizzas are more on the flatbread spectrum than pizza. Cheese and flavors are great, but not really much of a crispy or chewy crust. Just flat. Not what I was looking for but it’s always a gamble when trying a new restaurant offering gluten-free crusts.
Service was great, very casual atmosphere, and convenient location.

Got some late night eats from here. I had a pizza on a gluten free crust (which was delicious) and my partner had a small pizza with broccoli on it. A lot of pizza spots have stopped having broccoli so this was a huge win.

What we’ve had of the “Pakistani & Indian cuisine” has been is amazing. The only reason for 4 stars is the service. Not a friendly or particularly accommodating vibe, but it’s worth dealing with it for the delicious food. The spinach and potatoes are probably my favorite of any location in the area. Farmer Chicken Kebab is wonderful. Beef kebab is spicy and tasty. The rice has light aromatic flavors like cardamom. I plan to delve more into the curry next!
For my Gluten Free friends, the menu nor the staff could identify if there was gluten in the dishes. Not ideal. I rolled the dice and made educated choices... From my experience, the beef kebab, chicken kebab, spinach and potato, chickpeas and rice are GF, but I wish you luck.
The best Gluten free pizza in DC I have had so far! If you like a cauliflower gluten free pizza crust must have. It is a little pricy but very much worth it as it is hard to find good GF pizza in dc.
